Hero Fin Corp — My phone pay payment is successful but not paid to merchant

Dear sir
On sep 2, 2021 I paid my EMI rs.2594 through the phonepay.payment is successful.The amount has been deducted from my phonepay but marchant I'd have not received my payment.
Solve the problem please sir
