I Sanjeev Gupta, had taken loan from hero fin corp but due to Covid -19 and financial issues unable to pay EMI at that time and after that from the last two years i am requesting the bank people by mailing and on telephonic conversation to restructure or reduce the amount of my EMI. In return I received the email. From [protected]@herofincorp.com that to contact one of your bank employee Johney Verma. This man didn't even listen to my request and clearly said I will go with legal procedure if you didn't pay full amount of our loan in a month. All this legal procedure started by his negligence. Also he himself stated on telephone that there was a way but i will not be doing that. All this legal procedure and EMI stopped because of him.
I have all the proofs of mails which i was doing on constantly since year 2020 to restructure or reduce the EMI for few months.
Now again i am saying i am ready to pay the loan and i am requesting you to restart my loan apart from going for legal procedure.

Hero fin corp is cheater, fraud, looting public by showing interest rate 14% whereas it is charging 25%...

My father taken a 100000 for 36 months personal loan but it is showing loan amount 103150 but amount credited is only 91000. And interest rate is 14.67 % but emi is 4167 instead of 3465. They are charging 25%.

I have purchased a 2 wheeler (I-Smart ) from hero honda showroom at Moosarambagh, Dilsukhnagar Hyderabad with the finance of hero fin corp in the month of October 2014 to help my friend find a marketing job. He has paid all the EMI's except a few in the ending due to financial issues. A team from Hero Fin Corp visited my friend's house and recovered the vehicle, without proper documentation. It came to my notice lately, because of my busy schedule I couldn't pursue the matter further to close the account. I had to pay an extra INR.17500/- during my car registration as the vehicle was still existing in my name. I request you to please close the account and issue the NOC at the earliest. I don't have any further details on the vehicle, I request you to check My name as Y M M Srikar, October 2014.

On sep 2, 2021 I paid my EMI rs.2594 through the phonepay.payment is successful.The amount has been deducted from my phonepay but marchant I'd have not received my payment.

I, Mukesh Kumar S/o Sh. Late Dharamveer Singh have purchased a Hero Bike ... from Shiva Motors against Vehicle loan from Hero FinCorp. I have paid all installments on time except the last one which I have confused that i have paid all. I have received calls from their executives and i promised them to pay the balance amount after checking my records whether I have to pay this amount or not. Unfortunately, one female collection executive called from [protected] & misbehaving on phone and even send text messages on whatsapp using inappropriate language & threatening to me. I have screen shots of whatsapp chating & call recording as proof that she misbehaved. I am liable to pay that amount and will pay it surely but their behavior mentally tortured me a lot.

I am requesting to you to take strict action against the execute and her seniors also as they are all aware about the case but done nothing...

Please take appropriate action to avoid the same situations in the future.
