Hero Fincorp — Not getting NOC after complete payment of 20 days & deducted EMI not refund & also getting Harassment calls

1) After 20 days I am not getting NOC.
2) No communication facility with customer care or What shop number or office in Viman nagar Pune
3) Deducted EMI refund provision not clear due to lack of Communication.
4)APP not working as well no online statement or NOC data download facility available.
5) It is my view, working style of this company as Fraud company, Nobody try to get loan from such Institution
