I am s ramasuresh, i purchased hero xtreem sports at cost of 89000 and i paid 40000 as downpayment, application and rc and road tax etc they have to finance 52500, but financed amount is 58000. I complaint against to this in hero showroom and zonal manager and collection dept tl also but nobody responded. By result i paying late emi's. I argued several times please do correction th en i pay in time. No result in this so i am approaching through.

Reference our complaint dated 19 feb 2018 and your reply. Double deduction of emi from bank and cash. Hero fincorp not yet deposited amount in bank inspite of repeated requests reminders they not agreed to give money as asked and they say sorry for inonvenience. Once, we delayed by one day by emi they charged rs 350/- as penalty recovered from us. But they done the same thing who will give penalty for one month. Pl instuct the company act accordingly. Otherwise legal action will be taken against the company.

My name is l suresh kumar, my complaint is i have taken loan from hero fincorp for two wheeler loan for vehicle no tn 40 l 6178 and paid emi. On 20 jan 2018, i want to close my preclosure of loan, i asked their agent for preclosure, accordingly rs 7180/- (Two months emi of rs 6028/- and preclosure charges of rs 1000/-). On 08 feb 18, rs 3014/- was deducted from my bank. I wrote to the company regarding double deduction. They replied that the amount to be deposited in within 4 to 5 working days. But till date there is no response from them. Pl take necessary action against them.

Hi,
I Purchased Hero Ismart 110 bike in September 2016 which was initially giving 40 km/litre as mileage, I was expecting mileage of atleast 65km/litre after servicing. It was promised to give mileage between 75 to 90 but what I experienced is quite different. It is now 5th servicing completed but still giving mileage of 40 km/L.

I want to say to you that i paid my last month emi on dated 03/10/2017. And i request him for receipt of emi. He said me to collect tomorrow in early morning.in the next day i will visit for this but i will not received any receipt. And he repeat same for next day. I do again visit next day. But there is no response come i will call on [protected] this no. But they no pick the call
So please i requested to you for provide receipt of emi amount immediately

I have purchased Hero pleasure from RS Hero, Alambagh, Lucknow against a loan from Herofincorp in the month of march2016.I have deposited all the balance in the month of november2016. After that they have deducted Emi amount 3 times. Now I am following them to return my money but they are not responding clearly. Now I am interested to lodge a complain.
