I Purchased the above mentioned bike on 25/01/2021.With in 6- 7 months battery failure complaint.When asked the dealer they replaced with new battery after a week and assured me there will not be any problem.With in another six months the replaced battery also failed and when asked the dealer why this frequent failure they said they will replace with new battery and replaced with new battery after weeks time.When asked them why this battery failure they said problem is rectified and there will not be any problem.Now the replaced battery worked for 6 months and now the new battery also dead.Two batteries were replaced free of cost. With in two and half years of bike purchase three batteries were replaced.Now when asked the service manager he is saying that he will replace with new Amaron battery which will cost about Rs 1750.00 which is more quality one than the TATA batteries which were replaced earlier.I don't know wether new HONDA bikes are coming with low quality TATA batteries.They are unable to find the reason for frequent battery failure.They said that there was problem in relay .Even I fix with new battery without sorting out the cause there will be continuous battery failure.
My friends are using HONDA SHINE Bike without any battery problem for more than 3 years.With in 2 and half years of bike purchase 3 batteries went of and now waiting for fourth
For the past 30 years i am using two wheelers of various companies
