After 1 year 36500 bike counter Shaft damaged .complained to territory manager as per his request service charge removed but then problem began wandoor branch bharat motors employees and manager they were behaving rudely and showing no support . They were in hate action due to cancelation of service charge .after replacing countershaft 1500km later (38000km) clutch disc assy damaged they responded it is due to improper usage of motor bike, if that is the explanation why didnt they reported at 36500 km at that time engine oil drained if clutch has working issues it will reflect on oil . And I paid Amount for the parts and service. After 200km (38200km) bike monoshock and swing arm bearing damaged same explanation from the wandoor branch . And I investigated about complaint most of the xpulse users have issues such as failure of monoshock, swing arm bearing damage, countershaft milling damage, clutch disc issues. Hero motocorp charged 1.75 lakh for this bike there no quality of parts for the product. After the warranty customers should paid for the parts ...
