I am writing to you with great concern and urgency regarding the service provided by your dealer, Ms. Deepak Motors.
I have recently had work done on my scooter, with a total cost of Rupees 3171. In addition, I have all the invoices for the last services that I have received from your dealers, and I am willing to provide them if required.
My experience with your dealer has been riddled with inconsistencies and a lack of transparency, which is unacceptable for a company like Hero Moto Corp.
My scooter was exchanged and later returned to me in a damaged condition, apparently as part of a conspiracy to sell me a new scooter.
Despite my numerous requests, it took a long time for you to send my old scooter to your other dealer Bajraj Motors for service.
I have also noticed that there are discrepancies in the parts that have been fitted to my scooter, and I suspect that the parts that were recently replaced by your dealer may not be replaced by your Bajrnaj motors again.
As a loyal customer of Hero Moto Corp, I expect to receive quality service from your dealers. However, my experience with Ms. Deepak Motors has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I urge you to take this matter seriously and take appropriate action against the inconsistencies that have been reiterated to me.
I require full transparency in the work being done on my scooter and a full specification of the parts that will be fitted before any work can be done.
It is a matter of shame for Hero Moto Corp that despite all this, it fails to resolve these issues. I request that you investigate this matter immediately and take appropriate action to ensure that such inconsistencies do not occur in the future.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to receiving your response.
