Hero Motocorp — about closure of loan

Sir my name mehul mera bhai khargiya my bike splender gj13 qq8838 loan in hiro fincorp in 2015 thus loan complete in2015 and show status close but still in cibil report it show 5500 overdue i receive noc and transfer bike but still show overdue many times i visit to hiro fincorp but still no response from him no one can give positive reply please help to remove cibil
