My vehicle no: ap 31 dw 0514, - i am doing my 3rd servicing after the bike being bought.
The service engineers are incompetent and they are making me to run around the service center several times due to non-solving the complaints.
Even the maintenance / service manager doesnt have any proper reasons and he is saying that we will check.
But how many times do i need to come to showroom???
Even i am raising this smae issue in public consumer complaint.
The after sales service is pathetic and unprofessional, they are just cheating the customer by water washing only during the free services. They will attend the complaints only if the service is on chargeable basis Was this information helpful? |
