Hero Motocorp — average issue in my bike

My bike is not giving setified avreg i comaint for the same multiple time and your team committed issue has been resolved but still issue not resolved yet
And my bike hero splender plus is giving 40 to 45 km/ liter avreg to me. This is very big issue and i am getting finencial loss also. So please check and revert to me on my id - [protected]@gmail.com and number - [protected]
