Hi Team,
i had raised a complaint with the [protected]@heromotocorp.com related to my recent bike service issue with a Hero Authorized service center where they claimed my Joy ride service is expired before the valid date, as per my Knowledge the AMC service purchased was for 4 Service per year but when i questioned them about the same they failed to respond nor submit me the last purchase of the JoyRide invoice details, i tried reaching out to the Hero Moto corp but there customer service is so bad that they have not responded.
This kind of act from them has costed my additional of 400+ in my service bill. and i have noticed some issue with the Bill the 'Max Motor Rajajainagar, Bangalore -10' been charged to the customers for whihc both the service center nor the Hero Corp is ready to respond.

9/8/22- General Service and Pinion Assy Starter replaced
10/8/22-Starting Problem again, scooter placed for correction.
10/12/22- Petrol Leaking Problem- COCK ASSY FUEL replaced
11/12/22-Sunday, Same problem again exists. What can I do now ?

I bought my hero extreme 160R, vin number MBLKCU031MHM00013 from HITECH HERO SHOWROOM in kolkata on february of 2022. during purchase the dealer fitted my tyres with tyre pressure monitors for an extra price of rs580. from the very beginning air from both tyres drench out at an interval of 24 hours approx. on complaint the dealer removed some rubber flaps from the tyre but the problem persrists. i have repeatedly approached the service center only to hear the reply that they could do nothing. under the circumstances i cannot ride my bike as its tyres dont hold air and slips very frequently. i can have a serious accident anytime. the dealer has blatantly said that he will not replace the tyres, i have complained multiple times to hero motocorp helpline but got no reply. please help me. this is not just expected from her

Sir mene super splendor khridi thi last year December mai last month chota sa accident ho gya phir mene insurance claim kiya sir 1 mnth se na to koi part aaya h na mujhe bike mile hai or meri bike b service center wale k pass hai or service center koi satisfied jwaab b nahi de rha h wo bolta h ki jab prt aayga tab hogi meri bike whi h or na koi bike di mujhe use k liye ya to mero bike wapis chahiye nahi to wo tooti huyi hu wpas chahiye bhot hi bekar service h hero walo ki smjh gha hu

I purchased bike in last 2021 from that day starting problem begin and i continously complain and getting back bike wd same problem . Two days and three days bike keepi g in agency problem cannot find from All technician . (Bike Purchased and all Services from Plaha Automobile Mukerian )...

I bought the bike on 18th November 2022 from Sehgal Automobiles whose registration number is HR87J1087. Which was already an accident bike. I complained about this to Sehgal Automobiles. So the employees of Sehgal Automobile changed the alloy wheel of my bike. But the problem didn't get solve. I then complained again it to Sehgal Automobile. This time the employees of Sehgal Automobile changed the tire of my bike. But still the problem remained the same. I again complained to Sehgal Automobiles for the third time. So the employees of Sehgal Automobile spoke to me in wrong language and refused to change the my bike. I have left the bike at Sehgal Automobiles only. And the receipt of the same is attached with this mail. Sehgal Automobiles is selling fake goods and slitting people's throats.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and take strict action against Sehgal Automobiles. And will do my problem solution soon.

I have a new bike purchase by 29.06.2022
The rim of my bike has cracked Checked at Raja Motors, And our BIKE is not an accident from anywhere.
He has said that you should submit a complaint to customer care.
SO please take the action asap.
So that we can avoid accidents

My bike hf delaxue mh 09 ex 5666 dropping servicing center S.M.Ghadge & son Kolhapur Dis.Maharastra. Service employee broken my life side panel. I am calling company officer told problem. But he answered cheque issue and call you. He not calling me.please change original company panel free of cost.

I have purchased bike from aman hero Ghaziabad. but my bike battery is dead within 5 month i have already submit the battery at dealer end last 2 months but no response.

I have purchased HERO SUPER SPLENDOR BS VI on 4/11/2021 at Jagdish motors Junagadh Gujarat. In this duration i have done two free services at showroom at where i have purchased. After this service i took my bike at Ahmadabad region. I have taken 4 th service in HERO MOTO CORP AHMADABAD(near vijay cross road branch).
At the time of 3 rd service in junagadh i have battery related issue, at that moment showroom shopkeeper sent me to the exide store in junagadh where i check my battery. exide store keeper suggested me that battery is dried and it is replaceble in warranty period. he gave me a details on paper about battery specifications and told me that give to the workshop and your battery will be replaceble.
when i went to the showroom with this letter they told me that come on after two or three day we will replace it. but after this duration when i go for replacement they just charged battery whole day and next day it is delivered. they convinced me about battery life and told me its positive review. i trusted him and after some days battery again dried and fail to start by switch. i have to start it by kick.
After this time when i go through the 4 the service at Ahmedabad i told to the technician and manager for this incident but they just told me it is ok.
now i have one more problem is malindicator for fuel air ratio is always ON. it should be ON at the time of starting of bike and OFF at the time of running. but it stays always ON. i told this problem to the showroom but they told me that 1000 rs got extra charges and you have to take bike at where you have purchased and did not give me a proper solution and my 4 th service is also as uasual.
please try to resolve my this issues.

Maine hero gadi abhi purch

I baught super splendor in may and after a month it's engine oil started to leake I did so many complains but still they cant solve my any problem. Tomorrow I am going to do it's 5th service and If i didn't get any results am going to file complaint against you and Hero company not only this I will print an article about your services at hero centre in newspapers

With in two months 4 times services but problem not solved always chargeable too much amount if any questions ask to engineer careless reply and check the bill like that engineers told please concern the issue take action against hero sarayu nellore

Two days ago i purchase a product from hero agency which is located in kanpur hamirpur road rbs hero kanpur nagar uttar pradesh and the cost of that product is rs 190 which is written on the pack but they give me the bill of that product of rs 193 and said that i have to pay which is totally wrong as how you can ask extra as they cheated me and doing fraud with their customer
