I have give my hero xtream sports for service in sree krishna motars miryalaguda. They have charged CGST and SGST for labour also. Taxes are to be charged for manufactured products only, labour is not a product and they were collecting cgst and sgst for labour in bill.

    I have purchased hero splendor plus(with i3s technology) on 31.12.2020 from aman motors, k-2, khasra no.2, dayalpur, karawal nagar, khajuri khas road, delhi-94.

    On 01.01.2021, after riding about total 50 kms, bike suddenly stopped in the middle of my way and then i reached the nearby hero workshop(at secundarabad) to check the problem and they told me that the engine head will be open to fix the problem because there is some problem in the engine valves or something else in the engine.
    Then i made a request to aman motors to replace my bike with new one, because this is a manufacturing defect. I did not expected this from this model of hero motocorp.

    I purchased hero splendor plus with the belief that the hero motorcorp is a very good company with best quality products and they are providing a world class services to their customers but no one is listening to our problem and they dont even picking up our calls to satisfy us .They are asking for rs.[protected] for replacing the new bike otherwise they are ignoring us.

    Therefore i request you to kindly replace my splendor plus(i3s technology) black color with the new one as i have paid the full amount already.
    Please replace my bike at the earliest so that my inconvenience may be avoided.
    Please help.

      I purchased hero splendour plus black and accent bike from Sahib Motors Panipat. They assured me that they would get me applied for online coupon on Company's end. But they didn't. Now the are befooling me.

          I have hero i samrt bike and when we visit the kurji authorised service center tirth service center, therir staff as well as his owner misbehave . talk like we are criminal and always denied to give service on time. just as we visit on 31.12.2020 to repair parts of bike and his staff told that it will be completed by 02.01.2021 and we were agree but when TIRTH owner came and he said that it wont be completed by 02.01.2021 it will be by 04.01.2021 in bad manner and said that repair at other places .
          so you are requested to increase you hero service in digha to danapur area. Otherwise we will advertise people to not take hero bike in patna area.

              I went to ashok Auto agency in salem on dec29th2020. Service personnel say 31st afternoon delivery but I got jan1st 2021 it's a tolerable thing no issue. But they're giving bill total 3 copy. Total bill rs.2715 First bill copy amount rs.2151.14 only I had received a message. I ask billing person why you sent a message one bill cost rs.2151.14 another two bill cost rs.563.86 missed in this message.they replied this model production stopped so we no need to add this amount in message but I have a copy of the bill. It's a ridiculous things service center person thinks customers are fool. I want to know the valuable reason and I think have a rights to ask because your loyal customer. Below here attached the bill copy and message screenshot. Please reply as soon as possible.

Jisme khridte waqt mene dekha ki Chain sproket or Leg guard par jung lag rha tha. mene sales person ko unhe change krne ke liye bola par unhine kaha ki abhi to kuch nhi hoga baad me aana 1st service par tb change kr denge. jb me gadi lekar showroom se nikla tb raste me chlti hui gadi ke pichle wheel se achnak hawa nikal gayi or mera accident hone se bach gya. abhi latest mene parso 1st service karwane gaya to unhe self starting problem or jung aa rhe parts ko badlne ke liye kaha to unhone esa kuch nhi kiya or ese hi dho kar gadi vapas dedi .                   I have given my bike no.Wb01a/9287 for service and some repairing on 26.12.2020 with a delivery date of 27.12.2020. Since 27.12.2020, i have approached several times for status, but not get satisfactory reply, nor delivery of vehicle. Even some tiimes service personnal not accepted my calls. Yesterdaqy, they have assurred that today vehicle became ready, but till now i have not get any confirmation. My mobile no. Is [protected].

                    My bike Hero glamour i3s service maintainable for give a service center in vijayawada, kanuru branch in last october, changed new suspension bushes, at that time they forget chain pad, no one is telling about that complaint, after 15days chain noise is coming, I think chain is loose, that's why the noise is like that, I take my bike a local mechanic to check that sounds, after checking he says suspension bushes changed that time they forget chainpad, after my bike talking to service center noise complaint, they agreed to changed that pad, but oil changing and service after complete your ready bike.at that same time I will checked, but still complaint is pending, I asked service person about that, he says part not available, when will we part available that time we will call u, I asked how much time will you taken, he says three days,
                    Today I asked about my bike complaint, he says irresponsible answers, and one week time to taken again,
                    Then I said I complaint to u and your service center, he replies to me what ever u can, i don't care,
                    So please tell me is this service center, service center is in responsable persons
                    What is it?

                          This is Sundararajan K residing at Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu.

                          In the name of A. Rajeswari, (TN-72 BL 6627) I bought a Pleasure vehicle in the month of December 2018. from Vijay Auto Agency, 1. Sankar colony, Samathanapuram, Palayamkottai. So far i Serviced my vehicle in the above said showroom/service centre.

                          I finished my free service and continuing paid service.
                          yesterday i received the service reminder from the Vijay Auto agency. Today i serviced my vehicle from there.
                          But i ever seen like the worst water service. I asked the people, they told to bring the vehicle tommorow morning for water service. Today I paid Rs. 621 against the invoice number 10143DL20V5588.

                          I had lot of bad experiance with the agency.

                          Kindly consider my request and take necessary action in this regard

                              मेरा नाम विवेक गोस्वामी है। मैने 20 मार्च 2020 को hero hf deluxe bs6 अपने नजदीकी मिश्रा मोटर्स (हीरो मोटरकॉप डीलर) चेक इंजन लाइट जब से चालू है और इन्होंने हमेशा कहा कि इस लाइट का कोई काम नहीं होता ये जलती ही रहती है मैने कई बार उनसे बताया की यह लाइट इंजन में कोई समस्या होती है तब ही यह लाइट जलती है।
                              मैने बाइक की सर्विस हीरो एजेंसी से ही करवाई है।
                              मैने बाइक की दूसरी सर्विस करवाई तो इंजन में से 100ml ही oil निकला मैने ये सर्विस बॉय से कहा कि इतना काम ऑयल क्यों निकला वह बोला आप अगली सर्विस में आना में देख लूंगा। मै फिर तीसरी सर्विस पे गया तो भी oil 100/150 ml oil ही निकला लेकिन हीरो कंपनी के वर्कर ने कोई एक्शन नहीं लिया।
                              मैने मात्र 200 km बाइक चलाई सिर्फ 6 दिन में कोई बाइक धुआ बहुत देती थी मैने कहा बार बोला लेकिन ये लोग मेरी 6-7 महीने से नहीं मान रहे। जब बाइक का गेज देख गया तो 600 ml oil कम था इंजन में फिर मैने उनसे कह कर उसका गेज पूरा करवाया।

                              बाइक का मीटर भी सही रहता था लेकिन हीरो एजेंसी वाले कह देते थे सही हो जाएगी बाइक के मीटर की सुई वाइब्रेंट होती थी कभी कभी अटक जाती थी ।
                              कुछ दिन से तो अब सुई हिलती भी नहीं है।

                              कृपया आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरी बाइक की जांच करवाई जाए। और इस डीलर पे सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए

                              मिश्रा मोटर्स श्रीनगर, महोबा, उत्तर प्रदेश - इस एजेंसी से जिस भी व्यक्ति ने बाइक खरीदी है हमेशा परेशान रहा है
                              बहुत सी बाइक का तो registration नहीं करवाया

                                I bought the vehicle on 09th November 2019 from Nilesh Automobiles, Mahad.

                                However, the vehicle was hard to drive above 20-25 km/hr. During 1st service, the service centre (Nilesh Automobiles) said that running km were not enough and job will be done only if you have more running hours. The same answer was given during subsequent services without resolving the issue.

                                Then he promised that engineer will attend...
