I bought the vehicle on 09th November 2019 from Nilesh Automobiles, Mahad.

However, the vehicle was hard to drive above 20-25 km/hr. During 1st service, the service centre (Nilesh Automobiles) said that running km were not enough and job will be done only if you have more running hours. The same answer was given during subsequent services without resolving the issue.

Then he promised that engineer will attend...

Service centre is not supporting as the bike is consuming more mobil oil....

My Scooty Is Hero Mystro Edge 110 And This Scooty Is The Worst Scooty.The Biggest Thing Is That Its Body Noise. In Service Centre. They Just Told Us That This Is Company Defect. My bike side cover lock is crack. And i am not satisfied ur service......

I got delivered the Pleasure plus scooter on 11/12/2020 from Gayatri Motors, Palakkad, Kerala.

Meantime I requested for the helmet matching to my size. They delivered the scooter and issued the helmet with different size not matching with my size.

Requested to the dealer to reissue the helmet matching with my size.

They denied my request and they will not give the replacement...

I purchased Hero splender byke at varam showroom, srikakulam, andhrapradesh in March 2020. My byke is i3s, it is not functioning and button start also not functioning. Only kick start. I take three services, but they didn't rectify the problem stating that part not available. We have lose good faith on Hero due to this type of response. So instruct concern to call me and rectify the problem in my byke immediately...

Giving false commitment to customer on delivery of hero xpulse.
No proper response.
When asked for refund they made us wait from 11: 00 am and its not sorted out still prolonging all the showroom peoples left to do there own work.
Instead of collecting booking charge for non available xpulse model.
They made the customer to pay full cash . each time when called they keep on telling excuses with day and time.br...

Service is not correct Charge is not correct and very bed nature...

Lakin resolve nhi hua bola abhi chala lo agar koi problem aaye to seal badal denge. Main yamunanagar se hu aur sadura 30 km padta hai isliye maine service Rohit automobile agency yamunanagar near bus stand se karwai.[protected] ko maine chainset noise ka issue...
