    i purchase new bike in 19/3/2020, but many problems in bike, we go workshop in shivani motors privat(surat), but no any type solution in my bike, i think we go 4 time, but no any type solution.Bike first big problem is not go to reserv, second is fuel indicatior is not work properly, 4 time repair in workshop, but no solution, so please help me

        Giving false commitment to customer on delivery of hero xpulse.
        No proper response.
        When asked for refund they made us wait from 11: 00 am and its not sorted out still prolonging all the showroom peoples left to do there own work.
        Instead of collecting booking charge for non available xpulse model.
        They made the customer to pay full cash . each time when called they keep on telling excuses with day and time.
        We are still waiting in showroom unattended.

            Maine yeah bike HF deluxe i3s Oct 2019 main le. Pehli service pehle hi maine complaint ki apil automobile agency sadura main ki shocker issue leekage and noise ka. Lakin resolve nhi hua bola abhi chala lo agar koi problem aaye to seal badal denge. Main yamunanagar se hu aur sadura 30 km padta hai isliye maine service Rohit automobile agency yamunanagar near bus stand se karwai.[protected] ko maine chainset noise ka issue bataya uske baad maine Nov main two time complaint log karwai Rohit automaoblie agency main near busstand ki chain set se awaj aa rahi hai.[protected] ko service karai last. Us time bhi bola lakin resolve nhi hua. Kal kapil agency main call kiya aur unhone bola yahan check kara lijiye ek baar. Wahan gya kl to unhone bola chainset change Krna padega. Aap bataye ki one year main hi chain set change karna padta hai. Main aapke yahan se already two bikes le chuka hu. Last year lakin unme to issue nhi hai. Pls ise resolve kare as soon as possible. M waiting for you and your reply.

                I have purchased super splendor bs6 in the month of july month in Gadwal - 509125 Telangana .within a month the screws and the engine plate got rusted and the voyager is making a sound if if speed the vehicle no proper response from the south zone office i have complained on[protected] to [protected]@heromotocorp.com
                and another problem is that the tail lamp of my bike has been damaged and i have inquired many show rooms for which the spare is not available.

                  Mera naam dheeraj kumar hai last year mene apki agency panipat sahib motor haryana -132103 se apni wife samita kumari ke naam pe 27/12/2019 ko bs4 model bike purchase ki thi.emi pe rc ke paise thoda let hone ke karan nhi de paya or fir lockdown ho gaya jis karan meri rc ban nhi pae .lockdown khatam hone ke bad me kae bar apki agency gaya pr hamesa time pe time le rhe hai kabhi 10 din bad bulate hai kabhi 15din bad.me chakar kat kat ke paresan ho gaya hu.kabhi bolte hai coourt ki trf se band hai.pta nhi kb tk banegi.rc na hone ke karan me bike bhi nhi chala pa rha hu mail road pe challan ke dar se.meri bike ki kist time to time pay bhi kr rha hu.kirpa krke koe rasta dijiye taki me bike chala saku.

                    I have purchased Galmour-Drum version having below details:
                    Engine No: JA07ACL9J03744
                    Chassis No: BMLJAW155L9J03865
                    Purchase date: 12/12/2020.

                    I have paid total 89000 for this bike, where 71673 is Ex. Show room price and remining are for RTO+insurance. I have not received any message on mobile about registration has completed or not. I am calling to dealer number, They are not picking the phone, they are reading the WhatsApp message but not responding.
                    I am highly unsatisfied with this unprofessional behavior of dealer.

                      I bought this bike 1 month ago it is consuming oil to much making sounds very loud compared to others same type bikes. yesterday suddenly on road bike sound changed like its silencer was broke then I repaired. And today its tube is cracked.

                          Defect in Rear tyre of new purchased Hero Splendor plus bike

                          Respected Sir,
                          I had purchased Hero Splendor plus bike on 8th October 2019
                          from Samrat Motors Satara.Now Air problem occurred in my bikes rear tyre.
                          Today I contact to Samrat Motors Satara and asked them to solve the problem.
                          But they said that the twelve months have been passed on purchasing the bike and the kilometres are being 18000.so we are unable to replace the rear tyre.

                            Hello,

                            I, Abhijeet Barua from Ghaziabad facing too much issue after purchasing a Passion Pro from Globe Agency, Hero Motocorp.

                            Bike Details as given below:

                            Bike Model - Passion Pro

                            Engine No. - JA06EWLHJ51924

                            Purchase Date – 28th Sept 2020

                            Colour - Black

                            Mode of Purchase – Cash

                            I had purchased this bike on 28/09/2020 from Globe Agencies Just after 8 days of purchasing I am facing a lot of issues continuously. Then I consulted Santosh Automobile (Hero Motocorp, Muradnagar), he suggested me for 1st Service (Approx 10th day of purchasing). But after service it’s not working properly. One day morning my bike had a starting problem after a lot of issues then again visited the Santosh Agency. Engineers look at it and change their Spark Plug. Now it’s working fine but having another issue i.e. Cold Start, Gear Problem, Overflowing etc.

                            On 8th of Nov 2020, I visited Globe Agency and discussed my bike issue, they suggested me for 2nd service as per service dates and kms and assured me that after this service every issue has been resolved.

                            On 8th Dec 2020 again consult with Globe Agency and describe the bike issue they are doing 2nd service. During the service Engineers found that the battery got discharged and they wrote an application for replacement with a new battery. Meanwhile they fitted a used battery and told me this is a procedure to replace a battery and it took approx. 28 working days and after 2nd service I am facing another issue along with above issue i.e Fuel Overflowing, Heat Problem, Battery fully discharged, Gear Issue while shifting, Acceleration issue and Kick Problem etc.

                            After few days I told the issue with same guy in Globe Agency and I am fully surprised to hear their wording “They told me there are all bikes from the same slot having same issue”, After all conversation he suggest me to exchange/replace the bike and they offer me 25% deprecation rate (Approx Rs. 60, 000).

                            After having these issues I completely fade up as a fame “Hero Motocorp”. As an Indian Citizen we always have a faith in Hero but this time Hero Exploits its customer on a higher level. Every single day I am facing problems on my bike while starting and riding.

                            Now I would like to request you to kindly resolve it as soon as possible. And if it will be exchangeable or repairable then kindly do that but on its actual price only because it is not my fault. This fault is from your side as you people can also visit and check my bike and all I want full replacement

                              Hi Hero team,

                              With Very bad mood I am writing about this incident at one of your service centre 'Mittal enterprises' Jhumri telaiya.
                              Incident description below:

                              Brand new Hero deluxe was purchased and then within one week it was unable to start, after giving to Mittal enterprises Hero service center, after one month also they are not giving the bike, when enquired about the issue with delay, customer service executive Ravi, badly behaved and blamed that it was due to riding and not a problem with bike and started arguing, after lot of to and fro heated conversation, finally other staff came and confirmed that vehicle had faulty ECU and they are procuring ot from other city hence delay. It is highly unacceptable to get a brand new faulty bike and then getting humiliated by staff, I will make sure I keep all my friends and relatives aware about bad behavior of Mittal enterprises staff and inform them not to buy any vehicle from that outlet unless proper appoloy is done from service executive Ravi, most arrogant and uneducated person, not at all fit for customer relationship executive.

They call me in 16th December pls come and receive your bike because your bike number is received by RTO. I received my new bike 16th December 2020. Yesterday I was go to my office bike in some problems like sound. And 2nd problem self start not working properly.                                     Sir, I had my bike service in Authorized service showroom-Mohana Hero at kelambakkam, chennai after claim insurance and during service I told those complaints as Handle bar bend, loud Sound in engine, speedometer not working, i3s not working, etc. Meanwhile my bike had engine guard but after service it was not found also service teams was not behave be like professionally. Hence i would request you to suggest the best sevice center for my bike as better one because it was new one bought on July2020.
