I, Abhijeet Barua from Ghaziabad facing too much issue after purchasing a Passion Pro from Globe Agency, Hero Motocorp.

I had purchased this bike on 28/09/2020 from Globe Agencies Just after 8 days of purchasing I am facing a lot of issues continuously. Then I consulted Santosh Automobile (Hero Motocorp, Muradnagar), he suggested me for 1st Service (Approx 10th day of purchasing). But after service it’s not working properly. One day morning my bike had a starting problem after a lot of issues then again visited the Santosh Agency. Engineers look at it and change their Spark Plug. Now it’s working fine but having another issue i.e. Cold Start, Gear Problem, Overflowing etc.
On 8th of Nov 2020, I visited Globe Agency and discussed my bike issue, they suggested me for 2nd service as per service dates and kms and assured me that after this service every issue has been resolved.
On 8th Dec 2020 again consult with Globe Agency and describe the bike issue they are doing 2nd service. During the service Engineers found that the battery got discharged and they wrote an application for replacement with a new battery. Meanwhile they fitted a used battery and told me this is a procedure to replace a battery and it took approx. 28 working days and after 2nd service I am facing another issue along with above issue i.e Fuel Overflowing, Heat Problem, Battery fully discharged, Gear Issue while shifting, Acceleration issue and Kick Problem etc.
After few days I told the issue with same guy in Globe Agency and I am fully surprised to hear their wording “They told me there are all bikes from the same slot having same issue”, After all conversation he suggest me to exchange/replace the bike and they offer me 25% deprecation rate (Approx Rs. 60, 000).

After having these issues I completely fade up as a fame “Hero Motocorp”. As an Indian Citizen we always have a faith in Hero but this time Hero Exploits its customer on a higher level. Every single day I am facing problems on my bike while starting and riding.
Now I would like to request you to kindly resolve it as soon as possible. And if it will be exchangeable or repairable then kindly do that but on its actual price only because it is not my fault. This fault is from your side as you people can also visit and check my bike and all I want full replacement
