Good afternoon,
I book my super splendor in 10th December through your authorised dealer (Automiles) Malad East Mumbai. They call me in 16th December pls come and receive your bike because your bike number is received by RTO. I received my new bike 16th December 2020. Yesterday I was go to my office bike in some problems like sound. And 2nd problem self start not working properly. I ask hero Moto corp how they are bad manufacturing products.MY vehicle number is MH48 BY 8909

I purchase hero passion pro 10days back 2nd onwords i facing problem of self start button and suuden battery discharge i visit the showroom and service centre lots of time but my problem not resolved plz sir i want change my bike

On 17th November 2020 I have purchased Hero Splendor+ 135, Chasis number- MBLHAW126LHH17403 from Sub delivery showroom Agragami Auto centre who bring their consignment from Naihati Motors- Hero Motor Corp.

After travelling 500 km, mobil started dropping, hence I have taken it to the Authorized service center- Vinline Engineering Pvt Ltd VIP Road. After reaching their they have uploaded the vehicle details to the system and...

Sir, I had my bike service in Authorized service showroom-Mohana Hero at kelambakkam, chennai after claim insurance and during service I told those complaints as Handle bar bend, loud Sound in engine, speedometer not working, i3s not working, etc. Meanwhile my bike had engine guard but after service it was not found also service teams was not behave be like professionally. Hence i would request you to suggest the best sevice center for my bike as better one because it was new one bought on July2020.

I have purchased a bike of your hero motors engine bs6 passion pro i have faced issues in bike last 3 months or after purchase many issues in a bike i m compared my life with this bike always company says jitni bari kharab hogi laka ana workshop ma job krta hu hrroj ma apni life ka sath nhi khal skta ma bhot jada hraass hora hu prashan hu company ka khana ha ki bs6 engine hi asa ha bar baar complaint ayagi

5 sa jada baar ma theek kra chuka hu but problem not solved by company end
Please help me otherwise with this bike my job is lost i m marketing person so bike is important for me

Sir I gave my vehicle for servicing in Ganshyaam Ace Motors at Indira Nagar, Hyderabad. when I checked for challans in website, it has shown a challan of 1235.I went to the showroom and asked ...instead of giving response he is talking rashly and saying me to do whatever I can. I had given in 5 service coupon for completed battery dead issue and head light on 13/12/2020 in showroom service center by morning. The showroom employee called me and said the battery was not working.. Please take a new battery. I'm nit agree for the showroom employee suggestion and I have been paid amount 30rs ( INVOICE NO :[protected]RJC[protected] for filling air in tries. After come out showroom.. I had given battery to local battery shop and putting battery in charging. Now it's working fine from till now..I think, the showroom employee are misguided to customers and take advantage. I purchased hero passion pro Bs4 on Feb 11 TH 2020, but Medak dealer Vasu showroom not given service book so I suffering a lot, every time going to that particular showroom for service even though I am staying long from Medak town.

Hello this is ajay Tripathi, sir I want to inform you I was buying hero destiny 125 lx model from s.p automobile Siddharth Nagar . After 2-3 days an annoying noise starting come from engine I was going to agency 3-4 times and tell the all fact about my problem but they can't fix it . Still I am suffering from these problem and today they say that I will not fixble sir my scoty is in underwarrenty and it's only 8 months apporxx age . It's manufacturing defect or agency workers can't find the problem I don't know but I am suffering from that annoying engine noise kindly fix it

Yesterday I am visit your service station at Sultan Bathery, wayanad branch. Your staff of there is behave badly and their service is very very poor, after 24hrs vehicle deposit they are not tuch my vehicle and rectify my complaint. So why you are open such a hopeless service station

I have purchase bike before 4 year but now some issue in engine but service center and showroom not take responsibility

It's about my hero HF deluxe 2019 model, it's engine sound inappropriate just like something broken (crank gear) in engine.the bike registeration is Rajasthan number and now I'm working in Haryana due to far distance I'm not able to go to the original supplier..

That's why I will visited to haryana dealer for engine work and servicing and they are demanding 10000 for engine work I'll show the service...

Sir myself Sekar from Tamilnadu, my complaint reg service was poor in your authorised dealer Sarathy Bikes- Tiruvallur, I have to given my bike service today for lights not glowing in morning 9.30am after follow up 4pm only to update the status of issue and made it ready 6.30pm, I have returned from show room again lights not glowing, this kind of poor service only happened here, need your support
