Hi Hero team,
With Very bad mood I am writing about this incident at one of your service centre 'Mittal enterprises' Jhumri telaiya.
Incident description below:
Brand new Hero deluxe was purchased and then within one week it was unable to start, after giving to Mittal enterprises Hero service center, after one month also they are not giving the bike, when enquired about the issue with delay, customer service executive Ravi, badly behaved and blamed that it was due to riding and not a problem with bike and started arguing, after lot of to and fro heated conversation, finally other staff came and confirmed that vehicle had faulty ECU and they are procuring ot from other city hence delay. It is highly unacceptable to get a brand new faulty bike and then getting humiliated by staff, I will make sure I keep all my friends and relatives aware about bad behavior of Mittal enterprises staff and inform them not to buy any vehicle from that outlet unless proper appoloy is done from service executive Ravi, most arrogant and uneducated person, not at all fit for customer relationship executive.
