I have purchase hero maestro edge 125 from aditya hero showroom dhantoli nagpur.I received a call from showroom but I fail to receive the call, when I called again on the number of showroom the staff who pick the call is so rude, unmannered and untrained to talked with customer.I said you called me tell me she said "ha kiya hoga number plate ke liye too Kay karna hai "I said madam you called me now if you called for number plate tell me when to come on that she again talked rudely I said madam do you have no manner to talk with customer t she said "ha pata hai customer hai to Kay "I asked her to her name she start acting as if she is not getting my voice and disconnected my call.I informed this to showroom people but they simply gave me a form to fill and said they have no complaint book and took no action on the staff

I have Purchased an HERO Splender+Â Bike from Rohit AutomobileÂ Yamuna Nagar on dated May 2017 and Bumper to Bumper Insurance was made by Hero Insurance BrokingÂ India Pvt. Ltd. every year and the present insurance valid from 12.05.2020 to 12.05.2021 (copy attached) .Â Due to an Accident My Bike ( HR02 AM 1990) has been damaged on 20.11.2020 and I have approached on 20.11.2020 to the Insurance Agent/Rohit Automobile Yamuna Nagar so that the same may be claimed under Insurance. It is regretted to say that Neither the representativeÂ ofÂ Rohit Automobile nor the owner take it seriously and always told that u may come another and another day in spiteÂ of repairingÂ the Bike. The company made day by day a new flimsyÂ ground to harash me. You are requested to direct the authority to immediatelyÂ resolve the issue otherwise i have to go for further legal action for the sake of justice.Â Â Â Â

Maine Duet scooty liya hai, 2 sal hua hai oct. 2018 me. As per service book main time to time servicing karwa raha hun hero k show room se. Aaj main fir servicing k liye aaya hun 15000 km chala hai Mera gadi.
Abhi ye show room wale bol rahe hai ki esme engine ka kam karwana padega.8-10000 kharch lagega bol rahe hai.
Jab Maine Pucha problem to bolte hai wo ki aapka servicing time to time nahi hua hai.main kaha ki company k service book k hisab se har 3000 km me ho raha hai. Show room wale bolte hai ki service book me jo diya hai wo galat diya hai, aapko har 2000km se kam me servicing karwana chahiye. Show room wale 2 sal me kabhi nahi bataye ye bat.
Ye to bina wajah etna kharcha hai. Wo bhi hero service book k Galat information se aur show room wale k galat information se.
Ab ye bolte hai ki hum esme kuch nahi kar sake.

I am Abhishek S/o Hem Raj purchased Hero Extreem 200 R bike. After first service engine problem starts. Rajveer automobile Baddi changed its Rocker, crank. After that again engine problem starts within two months. This time Runway Auto Hero motorcorp change its piston, rocker and crank. After that again engine problem starts within six months and Rajveer automobile, Baddi changed its Rocker, crank. After that another time engine, problem starts within one month.

Registeration No: TN31CC6832). I facing following problem in my bike
1) GEAR SHIFTING PROBLEM
2) ENGINE OFFED DURING DRIVING
3) SELF START NOT WORKING

1st service also completed. during service time i inform following problem to show room ( vishal motors) but till now problem not rectified. Please rectify this probles in my bike.

Sir i have purchase this vehicles on 8 Nov 2020. Since new engine oil was leaking, purchase place chandan hero patna. They refer me to service center of same dealer at kankarbag patna.
Service center is treating us like baggers in place of solving this problem. I purchase this vehicle only on the sake of brand hero, but finally it was in vain. My vehicle no is BR01EY4976.

Worst servicing through your agency it will to much time, firstly they give time 6:30pm then they call me at 5:43pm and said today we have light issue then your servicing is doing tomorrow and giving me time of 10:00am and then they don't take it for servicing after 11:00am they call me and said your servicing is done when i reach to agency and am seeing that my scooter is not properly washed now my scooter servicing is done and time is 1:12pm very worst servicing is done by your agency. Next time am not taking servicing of my scooter through your agency.

I want inform you that I bought a bike hf deluxe from Gwalior Madhya Pradesh near DD mall. On very first day fuel tank was not working I request to change the bike but they refused after one month back tube leaked air. And I spent money to change that tube. Bike kick is stuck too much. There are some other concern as well. I am hoping positive response from my query before I am moving legally.
