    I have purchased hero glamour registration details JH05CR0835 Dated 25/06/2020. continuously I am facing starting problem apart from these now a days soccer problem has been reached to large extend. I am not satisficed with agency services and response. Please look into the matter. I have purchased it with long faith now within 5 months of purchase I am facing such problem.

      I am here to complaint about my Hero Xtreme 200R engine sound. I have purchased the vehicle on 15/02/2020/9150 KMS old also have completed 4 free services at my dealer. the main issue was the engine sound of the vehicle. 8-10 days i have placed the vehicle at my service center at different days for this issue.             As per the above complaint subject i purchased the hero xtreme 160r
            two months ago on september 25 2020 evening 6:00 pm this problem occurred two times before the first service and when i went to the service also they said the battery charging required my question is why does the new bike which is not even happened half a year shows the problems like this?. and the service managers also not responding properly. putting additional amount in the first service and when i come to the battery problem they charged the battery during first service. After a couple of weeks after first service its showing the same problem. so my sincere request is to take this problem seriously please i'm requesting the company to replace the battery as soon as possible because am daily travelling sales agent .

              I Paras Pardeep Nagpal purchased a super splendor with disc brake on 24/09/2020 and from the very first day there a irritating sound coming from inside the visor and meter console. I told the dealer about the problem on my bikes 1st service but they told that all bikes have same problem but I hve taken a test drive on an another bike which was totally perfect i.e no sound was coming than they told that every disk brake bike has same problem and the major issue is that bikes left side cover was hitting on a screw of chain cover while bumps and it got the side cover is found damaged which happens due to manufacturing defect so I want to know is this is the standard of the hero bikes sorry to say but it is totally rubbish
              Now kindly do me a favour by replacing my bikes side cover, visor as soon as possible otherwise I have to take some action in the consumer court against your company

                DEAR TEAM
                kindly to inform you that i have a scooty Registration no. is up-16 CQ 0727, Owner name is Mr. mithlesh kumar gond . i have a problem in front indicator lamp ( water moisture) and for this i visited my near Hero dealership i.e shaurya automobiles, jagat farm gr. noida but they told me that go to the dealership from where you have purchse this scooty we will not solve your complaint. i want to just know about this law, is there any law about this type of problem.

                        I bought XPulse 200 two weeks bike from Hero NGM showroom Butwal, Nepal. From the begining, I am facing the problem regarding battery not charging while riding motorbike. I took motorbike three times in workshops. Frequently, I felt the same problem of deeming out dashboard while starting with self start button. Now I have left the motorbike in Butwal Nepal service center for the problem serving. So I kindly request you to response to make me satisfy with the product. I actually wish to replace motorbike with another motorbike.

                            We have had booked our 2 wheeler before Diwali with full payment
                            And the Bike which we saw on the display at the showroom
                            Luckily we had taken the pictures of the same Bike
                            And on the day of delivery we saw the same bike registered on our name for delivery
                            As we were we would be getting new vehicles not the display one
                            And on the Delivery day they gave us the display bike with scratches all over
                            We refused to take the delivery
                            But very rudely said the bike is registered in you name so we had to take it
                            We took the delivery since they left with no choice
                            .
                            . Please guys even if he is authorised dealer for Hero bike

                              Last year i sold my old hf-deluxe and bought a new one . just one day before diwali last year . i'm satisfied with product but when i bought it just after about one and half month or after two month since november last year, its back break is not right . It sounds roughly whenever i use break (something like rubbing or collabing of two components) . Yesterday i had 6th service and paid bill of RS-620 . its long time whenever i complain them the do whatever they want and it stops sound just for near a week, they said its due to water stuck in brain but i didn't wash it like everyone wash by lot of water i clean it with wet cloth . so yeaterday when i again ask them for it they said that break's leather is to replace . And they didn't replace under guarantee so i didn't take vehicle with me its in agency .
                              i've to move out of state, so you're requested to help as fast as you can .
                              and if they didn;t replace it for what thing ther're giving me guarantee .
                              When i ask for bill they didn't provide me they said it'll be provided me yeaterday, even i signed the bill .

                                I had lugging a complain no[protected] about my bike leg guard & silencer cover was rusted after 5 to 6 month from dt. of purchase but dealer ignore my complain & massages me ur complain is closed due to the leg guard is minor rusted so it is not replace .Here the question arises that its quality though how it is minor or major rusted

                                    I was charged 273/- for engine oil change in my first free service of 500 km to 750 km. There was no information or estimates given before hand.. This is cheating as I was told while buying that first servicing is free and engine oil will not be changed..
