Today i want to service my hero duet scooty in hero showroom . I tell my vehicle problem to service manager . Service manager calls a mechanic to check the vehicle . I raise my problems to mechanic . But mechanic have a harsh behavior and he couldn't cooperate me . I have a front sound trouble in my scooty but he was talking me as a dialogue ' did I say to u but this vehicle ' . How rubbish he was speaking to me like that . On basis in front of service manager didn't raise a voice to him . So foolish and this is a prestigious matter to hero motocorp unit . I kindly and respectfully complaining u. pls take charge to him . Mechanic name : NAGENDRA BABU, SRIKALAHASTI SHOWROOM, 517644

    Dear sirmam
    i have purchase hero xtreme sports bike from rubani motors hamirpur himachal pradesh. On 1 july 2019

    my bike have some leakage problem in engine from last 1 year i have done my bike service on time and they open bike engine 2-3 time for same problem but problem is still not solved. Bike power is very low .
    Bike is run only 18000 km till date .And so many problem i face . Pls do the needful as soon as possible.
    I have very much bad experience with u
    sorry to say but i will never suggest hero to anyone

      Gear shifting issue in bs6 hero glamour 2020 bike

      Sometimes gears are hard to shift and major problems i am facing when gear down 4 to 1, we can do only 1gear down holding the clutch, to do another gear down immediately to need to release clutch and hold it again. When i mentioned this issue with servicing guys they said its known issue with the new glamour i3s....

      I submitted my bike for service in Vega Motors which is near Kongad palakkad district kerala on 12/11/2020. I requested them to repair self start complaint and back vibration check and other small problems .They only resolved minor problems and not the major complaint as mentioned above. So am kindly request to you to do the necessary action against the Vega Motors if you more details please call me mentioned number.

            I took a bike from your company and did not give the fifth free service date and I was not able to go to the service because it was a corona.Now when enquired about the free service I was told that it could not be done and that the explanation was that they did not inform me what to do to get the fifth free service now.

My battery was sent to warranty a week back at mogalthur service center, I am not getting clarity when I battery returns back, your service people are saying 15-30days. Is that time acceptable for your service norms. Resolve my issue immediately.

                    After purchase my bike model splendor+ special edition (OD02BE8734) but sorry to say that after 4 th service my all nickelling parts are rusted . After complaint & visited to dealer point regarding 5 th servicing they replace my back shockobserver colour model in place steel nickel & other parts like ( silencer cover, leg guard etc)avoiding to replace .As a customer I am expecting this type of inferior quality
                    Kindly resolved the above issue as early as possible & waiting for your valuable reply in fever of me.

                      When I was submitted my bike for servicing at "SIVA SANKAR MOTORS" near gajuwaka RTC depo, visakhapatnam 530011
                      Contact no[protected], 2747472
                      The service center is a authorized by hero motocorp when I was asked for poor servicing of my bike all staff members of this service center misbehaves with me when I told the service manager or technician for loosening of handle nut and bolt they argument.
                      Plz take necessary action against this service center either I will go to consumer court against this types of behaviour.
                      If any accidents happen with me then who responsible for. Either I speared this images through social media I didn't want to down ur company's reputation.

                        With subject to the above, I wish to inform you that my father had purchased a hero honda vehicle passion plus on june 2009 with registration no TN75 A 9972 but the vehicle chassis no is different in RC book now I contacted to show room they informed me "we can do nothing" after repeatedly calling more than 10 days. They will also not respond my grievence properly, the vehicle is purchased from bharath motors marthandam in kanyakumari district . I hereby enclosed vehicle invoice and RC book for your kind reference. Kindly guide marthandam show room officials to address my grievances and rectify the above said error.

                          I have visited the Bright motors service center lucknow for the service of my bike and that time i have tell them each and every problem of bike and they have checked it also there was a problem of shelf start noise, which is not been solved and bike front light which was also not been solved and after that i again complaint about the problem again that it is not been solved they are asking for more money, and saying that you had not tell these problems before.
                          I had told them three problem to be solved
                          1- Shelf start noise problem
                          2- Speedo meter not working
                          3- Front light not Glowing properly
                          And service of bike.
                          When they had checked the bike for service they had told me the estimate budget expenses of Rs-1055 only and after that i had received the call from service center saying that *chain socket and spark pluck* is also to be changed and again tell me more amount of Rs-1300 and finally i had to pay Rs-2100 and not got my bike in good service condition and when i complaint it again no one is bothering to listen me, and 2 days had passed from service the engine oil is also leaking from the engine, i want to know what kind of service thay are providing to the customer, i have visited three times to the service center every time some extra money is charged from me within the service of on the very second day. And now no one ready to take responsibility for there fault.

I have complained to them about battery and self start related problems again and again but they couldn't help and cooperate.                                 Dear HERO,

                                I had the worst experience ever.

                                1. When I am purchasing the Bike showroom executive informs me that it will give mileage minimum 60-65 but till date 50. I used to fill Power/Speed/Extra Premium all the time. Several times ask the service centre executive regarding this matter but they will be unable to solve my issue.
                                2. I had done the first few services form the SKYLINE AUTOMOBILES they will give me a manual invoice & every time said there is a system issue but next time they will do the same thing.
                                3. I had done service form the VINLINE ENGINEERING PVT LTD in the month of February'20 . During delivery time I was in hurry so that I can't verify my Bike properly but when I was reach my home I was found there is a damage in my bike but in that time service centre already closed . Next day morning I received a feedback call from the vinline service centre. At that time I had explained but they completely disagreed with the issue.
                                4. I had done service form the VINLINE ENGINEERING PVT LTD in the month of June'20. (Claim insurance) . After reaching my home I found I was unable to stop my Bike even removed the key . Also noise issues .But they had sent an engineer at my home to solve the issue but noise issues exist .
                                5. I had done service form the VINLINE ENGINEERING PVT LTD in the month of November'20.
                                During delivery time I found Bike properly not cleaned. After that I had done it myself.
                                Also found Oil tank colour fade & some other parts are damaged where as I had done an insurance claim in the month of june'20 & Noise issue, Mirror not adjusted .
                                I asked the supervisor for the colour fade & parts damage issue he informed me " During Bike submit he is not checked properly so it may have previously & I have to claim insurance for the repair" .
                                Also asked about noise issues & requested the supervisor ride one time at least but he informed me without riding my bike there is no noise issue but till date there is noise issue.
                                Today evening I found My Bike handle is too much vibrating then i got to know that there is a big screw bottom of the key it will get loose. How can It lose between 2-3 days after service by the authorised service centre ? it may cause an accident .

                                Today found visor also broken by the service center

                                That is what I experienced after purchasing a Hero Bike.
                                Kindly look into this matter. I am really disappointed with the Bike .
                                I am not happy with the Bike.

                                  Hero Maestro Edge bearing registeration number TN/12R/0627 purchased during Oct/2016 at Sarathy Bikes Thiruninravur:602024.
                                  The subject vehicle's engine has been seized as per the statement of the service provider.
                                  I had asked for warranty cover since the vehicle falls under less than 5 years and less than 50000 KM category, but the same has been denied by the service provider.
                                  Kindly clarify.

                                    My vehicle number is TN20X6672/Model speldor.
                                    I have done routine service @ H.M.Motors, no:3, Arcot Road, Ganapthy Road, porur, chennai_600116 vide dated on 28.10.2020.
                                    I highly disappointed after service my vehicle not started.
