Here I want to give a complaint regarding reckless service issue for my Maestro edge(TS 04 ES 8333) from Sri Sri service center, khammam
I have oil leakage problem from engine backside for that I have visited service center, they have done service but not resolved the problem I had to visit for the second time but this time sound from back wheel has started which was not there before I asked them regarding that but service center people told nothing will happen sound will go off while driving, I thought it's ok and taken my vehicle but day by day sound has gradually incresed a lot, again I have visited service center, they are asking me 4 to 5 thousand for repair of that though I have joy rider card and talking harshly when I asked them about the sound problem, here service center people are reckless and not showing interest in solving the problem they just do service like oil change and other small things but they are not showing interest to solve such problem which I'm facing with my bike
[14/09, 7:44 pm] Muzzu: Since I have given the previous above complaint from then till now I have visited service center 10 times for same repeating problem I have kept the vehicle in service center for 3 days for proper understanding of problem but they haven't solved the problem instead of solving the problem they are telling vehicle is in good condition and it will be like that only or else sell the vehicle and buy another vehicle they are not interested in analysing the problem and solve it if these professionally trained people can't solve the problem then what are authorized service centers for
Manager sai Krishna is also not giving response and not caring about the problem which who told me earlier ill personally look into the matter now he is not at all responding and showing interest in solving my vehicle problem
Not only me when ever I go to service center I see customer get fedup with vehicle service
