Sir/madam,

I purchased my above bike from j&k motors srinagar from the date of purchase of bike to till date i am in big problem to purchase this bike. There is a engine noising at least 3-4 times head camp and slender nd timing chain has been changed but noising nd mileage problem could not be resolved nd other problem is with pickup issue nd disc issue with front nd back nd handling also is not gud compare to other bikes nd suspension is very bad from 1st service many times i told your service engineers clear these issues they just trying to convince me everytime there is no problem and these are manufacturing defects why i am suffer. My bike was passed by your q. C without checking/testing. There is a manufacturing problem.

In the meantime i have lost my time and money also every time they giving me fake trust. I had a glamour nd cd deluxe bike almost which was 8 years old. I was happy with my old bikes. But my new bike harrassed me badly. All of these happened due to your wrong manufacturing. I think your tie up has been borken with honda, so it happend. Your engineers are not so good as honda engineers.

Finally, i would like to say that kindly look my matter seriously otherwise i will have to go to consumer court.

मैं सुधीश कुमार हीरो सुपर स्प्लेंडर के BS4 एडिशन का मालिक हूँ जिसको मैंने 2017 में मई महीने में जनता हीरो भगवाचुंगी प्रतापगढ़ से ख़रीदा था।

घटना सं 1:-गाड़ी खरीदने के 1 वर्ष के भीतर ही गाड़ी से धुआं आना शुरू हो गया (जबकि गाड़ी खरीदने से अब तक सभी सर्विस नियमित समय पर जनता हीरो के वर्कशॉप पर ही करवाता हूँ )काफ़ी कहने सुनने और कई दिन सर्विस सेंटर के चक्कर काटने के उपरांत 1300 रुपये लेकर के गाड़ी में कुछ कार्य किया गया 2 माह के बाद फिर से वही स्थिति हो गई और अभी तक सही नहीं हुआ है।

घटना सं 2:-एक दिन गाड़ी की सफाई करने के दौरान मैंने देखा की मेरी गाड़ी की चेचिस चटख (टूट )गई है,
जिसको मैंने जनता हीरो के वर्क शॉप में दिखाया तो वहां से तीन दिन बाद पता चलता है की यह वारंटी में तो हो जायेगा लेकिन आपको आर टी ओ ऑफिस से चेचिस बदलने के लिए अप्रूवल लेना होगा अब मैं एक हफ्ते से सर्विस सेंटर और आर टी ओ ऑफिस के चक्कर काट रहा हूं मैं एक रोजगार परक व्यक्ति हूँ यह मेरे लिए प्रतिदिन करना असंभव है।

अतः कम्पनी के उच्च अधिकारीयों से मेरा अनुरोध है की कृपया मेरी सहायता करें।

I have purchased a hero passion pro bike from varenyam hero, bhopal m.p.
During dealing the dealer told me about passion pro bike that the bike has 84 k.m./liter milage, and it has tube less tyres .But I found that it has only 40 to.45 km /liye milage and both tyres are with tube .I faced big problem because of tyres .
The company and dealer both cheated me .They did fraud with me please help.me.

i visited manama motors opposite b.N college udaipur rajasthan, they said there is a problem with my scooty engine and self start and they hold my scooty for 8days and then they repair that sccoty against rs 5000
and then after few days of repairs again facing the same problem and again i went there for 4 times but they are not giving any satisfactory reply

My bike number jk01aj 6699 my bike is still pending from 29 august 2020 due to unlocated fault why company did fake promises to customers if bike is not gud for riding or bike is not in repairable condition then give me a new bike or give my money back why customer suffer due to your negligence one of the wasted bike is extreme 200r no mileage no pickup no good riding effects no gud suspension disc problem and only engine noising everytime i really want to knw why company launched these wasted model in the market why customer suffer plzz tell me i am suffering from last one and half year after buying this stupid useless bike i want immediate answer

I purchased a passion pro bike from sharma auto nangloi on 9 th august 2020 chassis no mbljaw140lhg41762. It started giving problems from the first day like engine off, missing etc. I took it back to showroom, they kept it for one day but problem remain unsolved. I again deposited it on 15 september but problem is as it is. Please provide me solution

After the service my bike having tik tik sound in the head, only all the service done in authorized service center.

They told me this sound can't raduced, first
Time am hearing this king of reply from mechanic (Authorized service center kuttiyadi). Now they using 1300 ml oil to reduce the sound, please repair my bike as it possible. While brought the time i informed the complaint, now i understand they fooling me filling more oil & reduce the sound. Am waiting for the proper solution,

And they do not asked me for service feedback otp also.

Here i want to give a complaint regarding reckless service issue for my maestro edge (Ts 04 es 8333) from sri sri service center, khammam

I have oil leakage problem from engine backside for that i have visited service center, they have done service but not resolved the problem i had to visit for the second time but this time sound from back wheel has started which was not there before i asked them regarding that but service center people told nothing will happen sound will go off while driving, i thought it's ok and taken my vehicle but day by day sound has gradually incresed a lot, again i have visited service center, they are asking me 4 to 5 thousand for repair of that though i have joy rider card and talking harshly when i asked them about the sound problem, here service center people are reckless and not showing interest in solving the problem they just do service like oil change and other small things but they are not showing interest to solve such problem which i'm facing with my bike

Since i have given the previous above complaint from then till now i have visited service center 10 times for same repeating problem i have kept the vehicle in service center for 3 days for proper understanding of problem but they haven't solved the problem instead of solving the problem they are telling vehicle is in good condition and it will be like that only or else sell the vehicle and buy another vehicle they are not interested in analysing the problem and solve it if these professionally trained people can't solve the problem then what are authorized service centers for
Manager sai krishna is also not giving response and not caring about the problem which who told me earlier ill personally look into the matter now he is not at all responding and showing interest in solving my vehicle problem
Not only me when ever i go to service center i see customer get fedup with vehicle service

I had bought a hero pleasure plus in nov 2019, and met with an accident and broke the front wheel mudguard and headlight viser on 24.07.2020. I had made requisition of the required parts from the nearest dealer. I. E. Palco automobiles, medinipur and after passing of nearly 80 days, the required parts ia not yet received and hence the scooty is running in broken condition.

I have taken your company's motorcycle, I have taken out 5 years insurance for that motorcycle, my motorcycle has broken down (speed meter wire is broken), it does not repair your service center, it is asking for the cost.

I bought this scooter maestro edge 4 years back. from last 1 year it stopped suddenly in the middle of the road .I gave it to service centre but issue not resolved. It's very risky that all of sudden it's stop anytime on the middle of the highway it may cause some serious accident. So I request your company to resolve my issue or exchange my scooter. I had activa from 2009 to 2016 . It was excellent . I never faced this kind of issue. Please resolve my problem .

I'll just buy hero xtreme 160r on aug'20 from rudra motors showroom, durga vihar delhi. Just want to know why this new bike didn't provide leg guard and carborator cover with this. Its hard to understand when i bought this bike dealer told me that company didn't provide leg gaurd with this model bike. Isn't that funny hero didn't launched his first 160cc bike without rider safety. I don't understand.
I must say bike is awesome but i need that leg gaurd for my safety.

Bought bike on 5th july but they gave number plate 16 august. His help number is never reachable. More than 5 time i go and get the number plate. But haven't got rc paper yet. People do not even inform. Will tell when it comes, but if there is no call for the number plate, what will we call for it? Not everyone has so much time. They said get all the paper in 1 month. Exceeded 2 months.
