Me Karib 12 baje service center gaya aur Maine bola service Karan hai Mera extend free service card hai par service center walon ne mana kar diya hame company iske paisa nahi deti janha se aapne extend service karawo me to chok gya hero ka service card Bana rakha fir bhi mana kar rhen men 12 se Lekar 5 sham ho gya me idhar udhar fon karke Karen Preshan ho gya kisi ne koi help nahi kiya, baat hua bhi to Kal ke liye ho gya Mera din bhar Kharab...

I'm facing the same issue with my Xpulse 200.
I bought it in 13 April, 22 and the issue I faced on 20 sep, 22. Exactly 5 months....

1 & 1/२ month later I have visited to your service centre lohia motors ujjain, but service provided at their was worst experience, they have just charge around ₹ 4500 for different parts change but after 1 month I have still facing problem in bike hero meastro125. Now when visited to resolve the problem they just charge ₹450 for routine service the parts require are not available at centre, and also they just do third class...

JK02BT3043 I went to sukhmani motor r. S. Pura, jammu - J&K for service of my scooty they just change gear oil and charge 220 for 120 ml gear oil which hardly cost 100 rupees and now scooty is not starting and shutting off at idle and make round bill 1000 only doing 3 steps not working as per service manual... I visited again after 3 days told them my shutting off at idle and complaint regarding it to hero administrator of service centre...

and GETTING some issues of bike INDICATOR and i have specially mentioned about getting lot of bike pikup problem many time but they dint solved my problem .

Gave my metro edge for service, after its done no one came and told me about the parts that needs to be changed. And there was no one available when I went to receive, a lady came and she starred asking me for rating. And when I gave her the rating she started to ask for higher . But no one told me about the parts that I had to change .Now I am coming the next day with the problem and the worker here are misbehaving....

Sir, I have purchased an hero mastero edge 125 cc scooty from Piro bhojpur on finance and I have paid all dues amount on time but after more than a year passed but they hadn't provide me NOC for the same and everytime when I visit them they told me to come after someday.
It's humble request to you to please look into this matter seriously.

i have super splendor bike purchase from US agrwal varanasi dealer .iam not satisfy for service, DISK BRAKE problem in my bike but not solution provide by your service center, service center manger say i have no engineer for disk brake system, we arrange engineer from lucknow .if any type of accident who will responsible.current reading 7200.if no solution pls replace with new bike.

I got the bike serviced on 8th Sept 2022 at Doshi Motors Dungarpur Rajasthan. Bike leaking engine oil and chain is rubbing with someware that is why bike is running very slow and it seems that chain will be broken soon. Bike service is done very irresponsible way....

I have gone to Laxmi moters hero service center which is situated in berhampur dharma nagar..

There service is not at all worst but also staffs are very agrashive and treatful to me.. they didnt even open our vehicle to repair because we are doing Joy Ride card and their hard earning effort so called labour charge is lapsing in that manner.

After 2 3 attmpt of going their they comming as a gathering comunity...
