Dear sir
I have been trying from last one and half month to get resolution of my complaint but till date i didn’t get any result. To start with, i had purchased a motorcycle splendor plus from one of your dealership tulsi motors on 20th march, 2020 on my wife’s name.
Detail of billing are given below

The day i bought the motorcycle i request the dealership for registration of the motorcycle as it was already in rumours about lockdown. Even one day before lockdown was started i personally go to the dealership and asked their staff for registration. I know that after 31st march 2020 my bs4 motorcycle would not get registered. But i didn’t get any confirmation from them. During lockdown also i was in contact with the dealership staff which assures me that registration will be done before 31st july, 2020.
Now when the lockdown was relaxed on 15th may, 2020 i go to the dealership and asked about the registration of my motorcycle. That time i came to know that they had done a blunder by not registering my vehicle.
From that time, i have been visiting dealership and calling the staff for any solution but all in vain. Nobody is giving me clarity that will my motorcycle get registered or not. On one of my visit dealer people told me that they will give me new bs6 motorcycle in place of this bs4 but i have to give them extra money. Why should i pay for the mistake of dealer?
Even i registered a complaint in company cell centre with complaint no.[protected] but i didn’t get any call from dealer or from company till date. I called up again and again to call centre but they just give only one answer that dealer people will talk to you.
Sir i am very upset with the behaviour and attitude of the dealer in my case. I need some strong answer. I have purchase hero motorcycle on its brand name but the service i am getting is of third class.
Please do something and help me in this matter.

    Dear sir/mam,
    I mukesh kumar. I want to say that avni auto arjun park najafgarh. The service has become so bad: 5 free do not understand the meaning of free service, these people do absolutely useless service. They do not even the washing of the vehicle and as well as he takes 260 rupees instead of 258 rupees as well as these takes 150 rupees from the name of free service and thay are take total 410 rupees for 1 service. These people give a cash memo of rs 150, 150 rupees are taken extra from the customer and vehicle's service oil is also use the poor quality.in total the servicer making fool to costomer from name of service.
    Only i want say that in your vehicle service, people work poor service so please become much better from tvs 'bike service and honda bike service. Otherwise, in the coming time, we will buy the bikes of tvs and honda because the hero's bike is not as strong as before.

    Free service means only free If you are taking money only oil, then we understand, there is a matter of making the otherwise customers fool.

    Nothing will happen by saying sir, you will have to change your system. you will have to good your vehicle service. compared to the other vehicle company like TVs and Honda only Hero company's service rating have to low

      I had purchased vehicle cd delux in jan 2020. After purchase one month battery was disabled not working properly i had intimate the showroom march 2020. Then lockdown issue problem not salved after the lockdown showroom was say. Problem salved to open exide battery service station still problem not salved. Very bad service provide prathibha motors wakad.
      Please look because it's so bad performance to hero. Please contact showroom and salved my problem

        engine warranty claim

        Hello... My hf deluxe has some problem with the engine,, i want to claim warranty as the dealer is not co-operative by telling warranty cannot be claimed and addressing some new terms and conditions that he did not informed at the time of the purchase....

        Sir,

        I have sent my hero pleasure for paid servicing at your authorized service center. D d motors, district center, chandrasekharpur, bhubaneswar. At first instant they did servicing of the vehicle and handed over without checking the locking system. As the vehicle reach at home i could not lock it. Again at the same time it was sent to service center. They too their time and rectify it. Aftet that now the vehicle is creating vibration and abnormal sound at low speed. Which seems to be a improper clutch fitting.

          I have purchased a Super Splendor BS6 on[protected]. I have charged with a Logistic and Handling charges of Rs. 1920.00 (Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty) only by the concerned dealer except the price of the vehicle, Insurance, Registration and Good life etc. The invoice of Rs. 1920.00 was not provided me by the dealer representative, but when I claim for that they have provided the same with some hesitation after half an hour with particulars LOGISTIC AND HANDLING CHARGES. The Representative could not clarify what the Logistic and Handling Charges is? But he said that they received the amount from all customer at the time of selling a vehicle. Also, I have asked him is this charge mandatory? He replied it is mandatory. It is pertinent that I have received the vehicle in the dealer myself. Now, WHAT IS THE LOGISTIC AND HANDLING CHARGES?

            Dear sir
            I am request for my bike splendor i3 s. your agency employee behaviour Is not good. In bike engine last service no oil found so engine makes more noise. In bike 9 litre petrol filled but in agency no petrol remaining in my bike. Bike chain set wear in only 10000 Kms so I not paid any money for this issue. I am not paid money for any parts reassemble In my bike. Bike shockers are also poor. Bike brake leather is also not good .

              I am mrs stany sivaraman. My meastro hero bike preceding for service at the iyyapan agency trichy main road, kulithalai, karur district tamilnadu - india, (Gstin no 33aexpj 8754k1zo) service center on 01.08.2020. But the service was very poor and worst. We are unsatisfied especially water wash. I was call to inform but they didn't response so please kindly take action for this complaint.

                        Reddy and reddy hero motocorp, west godavari, bhimavaram-534202 main branch, they sold me a fraud bike at 9/12/2019. The bike was always compliants, as many engine problems, there staff told me a crank problem after a month they solved at price 2500rs after 4 days full smoke at silencer again they told me piston rings problem they told me price 3000 maybe but we refuse the high cost, after completing bike piston ring complaint we give 600rs. After 2 months again crank problem they again told me crank problem but we ask (Why this bike was have so many complaints they avoid me for 2 months we talk to manager and they refuse they always postpone my bike complaint what should we do, we need to exchange the bike or engine, they always avoid my complaint. We think about to complaint near police station to that my bike number is (Ap39dj8726) please respond

                              I purchased a new bike in march 2019. From dhruv automobile ambala city haryana. But in an accident in march 2020 under one year. I went to the daman automobile for repair my bike alloy wheel was broken. But their staffs say it would not be cashless. I repaired my bike 17/03/2020 and but i didnn't my reiumbrhment daman automobile staff is not coporate with me.

                                I submitted vehicle in showroom in june 2020 in bramhapuri, chandrapur district. I met with an accident and chasis got damaged. Till date, i didnt receive my vehicle and hero company saying they dont have chasis. So is the manufacturing of vehicle is stopped? I am not getting proper answers from hero team and dealer is not responding properly. Plz do needful

                                  Hi, i was purchased duet vehicle in gheetha automobiles at palamaner, chittoor (District), andhrapradesh. One year back my vehicle was repaired. That time full engine was charged. That time self motor also repaired. But time self motor is not their, they have told me i will order the self motor. Once come the parts after that i will fitting spare parts. After that i was three times i was servicing the vehicle. Every time i was asking the showroom owners. When it will fitting the self motor. Every they told i was order, but self motor is came. Once came i will fitting the parts. I have a doubt why company vehicle spare parts is not available. Still one completed, without self motor vehicle is running. This is ur company is given the servicing. This is ur showroom agents given the servicing the for the customers. I need a properly solution and proper action on that showroom agent. Why still one year my vehicle selfmotor is fitting. I have order selfmotor bill and vehicle rc also

                                      I am from hyderabad and i have purched pleasure bike from Sri Lakshmi hero motors Malakpet in 2018, and i have done all service according to time now recently we had a problem in bike and take to service to same show room they said trunk problem and it will be replaced in warenty but after service they taking some charges for which warenty will not cover it's look like the amount which they taking is high and service charge too, we request you to take any action as the bike in warenty and parts are replaced in warenty even though they taking charge from us please do need full help.
