Respected sir/madam
I, jayanta pal, s/o late manoranjan pal, resident of d5 krishna tower, station road, rupnarayanpur, dist.-paschim burdwan (W. B.) want to state that i own a maestro regd. No. Wb 38 ag 0282 for the last five years (Dealer - s. M. Automobiles, rupnarayanpur, w. B.). I bought the maestro solely for my wife’s usage.
I regret to inform that being a customer of such a reputed company, for the last five years, i am facing immense problems and harassment with the vehicle. It has run 10998 km only for the last five years. From the very starting the vehicle all of a sudden stopped in running condition and this problem continues till date. I hope you can imagine the various odd places and odd times i have faced such worse condition.
In this duration the engine has been opened, piston kit, head etc has been changed. Still yet the problem has not been solved. The service engineer himself has accepted that he is not capable of finding the fault. And every time, the service engineer, by citing some or other useless causes is trying to close the complain. And i am being misguided by them.
While sorting out my problems the dealer is demanding a considerable amount from me. If i have to pay so often for the vehicle, then it is not possible for me to retain the vehicle at all.
As it is not possible for me to explain everything in written so if you can resolve the matter, kindly contact on my registered mb. No. [protected]. It would be better if the matter is discussed seriously in between me and the service engineer/dealer, face to face.
I really repent that i have committed a sin in buying the vehicle from this company of repute, where no proper solution can be provided to the problems of a customer, except mental and physical harassment. Each and every time facing the same problem really raises a question mark against the manufacturing defect of the vehicle along with the fake assurances provided from the dealer/ sales engineer’s side.
If the company is not able to find a solution for the problem, then as a customer, i would rather suggest that the company can keep the vehicle, for which, i would not charge a single penny.
