      Hi,
      My name is gul muhammad miya i bought the destini 125 via your dealer ganpati automobiles.

      I complaint regarding destini 125, this bike engine very poor condition because my bike mileage is a 25 km per ltr.
      I need to full engine change in claim./
      Please suggest me how do this produces this matter.

      The dealer is not supporting this matter, he say that engine half service price 3500 rupees.

      Please resolve this matter as soon as possible otherwise, i take action legal.

        Dear sir,

        Before on yesterday on 02th i have to given my own bike to service centre they not will not given back me as a well condition, not a big issue only wiring issue like self not start, miter not reading & indicator are not moving with lights only, they put on my bike about 06hrs in service centre & given after running 1kmts only my bike not getting start with self again, so bad service
        & i am not satisfied with hero service centre too, please help & suggest me what should need done for next.

        We Need my bike as well condition like as before, I am very sad, there is a wiring issue due to it bike running
        not with is starting to self, lights of miter & indicators not moving with lights also.

              My name is vijay singh mahari have bought my hero maestro edge scooty in oct 19. I received my vehicle documents kn mar 20, then i paid registration charges but till today i have not received my rc and number plate of vehicle. This dealer is not cooperative and doesn't listen the problem of customer and also till now my scooty didn't get the connection of side stand indication.

                  Hi,
                  Today i had appointment at 10.30am for first free service at ridhi motors at andul. I had reported at 10 am, but they take my bike at 11.30 am. My question is why you are giving appointment. After that they hand over my bike at 2 pm while they gave time at 1.30pm. This is rediculas. Now i am seeing that they do not wash the bike properly. I have photos. They had charged rs.361/- for mobil while the servicing is free.
                  I do not get the proper service. Wash and polish is not done properly. I want the service without further reminder. Otherwise i will escalate at social media & consumer affairs.
                  I also work at consumer service at whirlpool. This is not acceptable.

                        Purchase time bike agent say that free bike service... Agent provided that Written tha paper... But now that time don't provide free service.

                          में यहाँ (R. N. Motors service centre, rampur, 244901) की शिकायत करना चाहता हूँ l आज से 10 महीने पहले मैने (R. N. Motors, rampur, 244901) से (Passion xpro) bike खरीदी थी l जिसका रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर - up22an7461 है l और जब से अब तक 3 बार सर्विस करा चुका हूँ l लेकिन सर्विस कराने के बाद भी bike मे बहुत सारी प्रॉब्लम आ रही है l मेरी bike का सेल्फ स्टार्ट ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा है l गियर बदलने मे भी बहुत परेशानी होती है, इंजन भी आवाज करने लगा है, हॉर्न भी ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा है, bike की चैन भी प्रॉब्लम कर रही है l मैं (R. N. Motors) की सर्विस से पूरी तरह से असंतुष्ट हूँ l
                          मैं विनम्रतापूर्वक आपसे निवेदन करता हूं कि कृपया यहां हस्तक्षेप करें और इस समस्या को ठीक करें। (धन्यवाद)

                            10 months ago, i purchase hero xpulse 200t bike. And from that time, i am facing lot of problems in bike. Sometimes its soccer get leakage and now its main digital meter not working. When i start the bike with key, the meter doesn't show any light. Service centres did not resolve this issue. It's completely waist my money and time also.in this rainy season when bike cross a little water on road, after a few mintues it getting off, and then not start.

                              I brought my bike (Krizma zmr) to hero service center (Duggal automobile no 13/2, improvement trust scheme no 1, gurdaspur, punjab 143521)
                              . About one month back i bring my bike to the service station for changing the (Front left and right fearing of my bike along with headlight, indicators, power loom change, chain set change. I brought my bike to service station
                              In proper running and fully working condition, but now the condition goes
                              Worst, my bike is not at all starting, earlier there was no starting trouble, it is all happen because the staff members are very careless regarding my bike condition. Now without bike it is very difficult to survive. Please help me out, to get repair my bike asap.

                                    I, jayanta pal, s/o late manoranjan pal, resident of d5 krishna tower, station road, rupnarayanpur, dist.-paschim burdwan (W. B.) want to state that i own a maestro regd. No. Wb 38 ag 0282 for the last five years (Dealer - s. M. Automobiles, rupnarayanpur, w. B.). I bought the maestro solely for my wife’s usage.
                                    I regret to inform that being a customer of such a reputed company, for the last five years, i am facing immense problems and harassment with the vehicle. It has run 10998 km only for the last five years. From the very starting the vehicle all of a sudden stopped in running condition and this problem continues till date. I hope you can imagine the various odd places and odd times i have faced such worse condition.
                                    In this duration the engine has been opened, piston kit, head etc has been changed. Still yet the problem has not been solved. The service engineer himself has accepted that he is not capable of finding the fault. And every time, the service engineer, by citing some or other useless causes is trying to close the complain. And i am being misguided by them.
                                    While sorting out my problems the dealer is demanding a considerable amount from me. If i have to pay so often for the vehicle, then it is not possible for me to retain the vehicle at all.
                                    As it is not possible for me to explain everything in written so if you can resolve the matter, kindly contact on my registered mb. No. [protected]. It would be better if the matter is discussed seriously in between me and the service engineer/dealer, face to face.
                                    I really repent that i have committed a sin in buying the vehicle from this company of repute, where no proper solution can be provided to the problems of a customer, except mental and physical harassment. Each and every time facing the same problem really raises a question mark against the manufacturing defect of the vehicle along with the fake assurances provided from the dealer/ sales engineer’s side.
                                    If the company is not able to find a solution for the problem, then as a customer, i would rather suggest that the company can keep the vehicle, for which, i would not charge a single penny.
