They are telling me that you have to pay charge for this.help me
They are giving very rude answer to me and they told me to pay money for exchange this...

I want to register a complaint because I purchase a new bike and I went to showroom for reguler service every time after 5 services yet I'm not satisfied with hero because every time I told the problem but they not do a proper solution there are many problems related with my hero bike like
1. we feel reguler jerk in runing bike at a speed of 55...60 km/h from first time due to which it damage chai socket.
2....

I anu kumari complaining regarding my scooty is smoking too much and lubricant oil getting low every 15-20 days interval. Kindly look into it and resolve the problem at the earliest. Make and model - scooty hero maestro edge zx, br22ae8168, dop-april-2018, total run-12000 kms. Currently in patna bihar....

My bike battery is dead but hero dealer Rudra automobiles Knadhla say that they cannot change this battery.They say this battery will be change from Exide dealer but Exide dealer say this battery is long idling from mfg code we cannot change this battery plz help me what I do.

1.I have purchase the hero pleasure vehicle on 31/07/2019. It's head lamp brightness is not suitable for night ride. The head lamp brightness is very low even to the compare cycle dynamo light and TVS 50 head light. I already inform the dealers.yet not rectified the problem.
2.Horn sound is very low, walking person is not affected during the horn, how can we ride in the city traffic.
3.Why are you fixing the head...

Sir mene aaj sai hero me third free service karayi gayi thi. Har baar ki tarah iss baar bhi service sahi nahi ki gayi. Meri main problem h mileage. Joki abhi meri bike achcha nahi de rahi h. Aur service karane k baad koi sunwayi nahi hoti h. Isliye aapse request h meri problem solve karaye.. So plz solve my bike mileage problem.

I've purchased my scooty (Hero pleasure plus) on 16 march. My vehicle number is up70 ff 6660. From the first day, the service people are neither providing me any facilities nor helping me. The brake is not working, the kick starting and auto starting both is not working, the average is also very low as they assured me for a good one.

I have oil leakage problem from engine backside for that i have visited service center, they have done service but not resolved the problem i had to visit for the second time but this time sound from back wheel has started which was not there before i asked them regarding...

I went ks hero service center in rkg motors gandoa, banswara, rajsthan. They asked every time to engine service. I claimed for warranty they told there is no issue in engine but every time same type of problem occur, then why they are not sloved the issue. But still not give any response properly.br...

As am facing the front abs kickback each time even on humps and small pot holes as i have complained about this several times during service.
