Sir I have purchased a maestro edge scooty in 24/10/2017 .at the time of purchase my scooty engine was oil leakage .that time u will not change my scooty.now it will again having engine problem.now my scooty is in hero servicing center in soro (Twinkle motors ), odisha.now the service center owner charge me for reparing of engine.but my scooty engine is with in warranty period.so please help me.

    It is reported that most of the owners of hero xpluse 200 have complained about the abs of their bike.in some cases the abs does not work properly and increases the risk of brake locking causing an accident.

      सर मैने दिनांक 15।7।2020 को मंगलमूर्ति शो रुम पर अपना गाड़ी संख्या up65cz9305 का सर्विस कराने समय 1।00 बजे गया मगर मेरी एक लेट सर्विस की गई और सारे स्टाफ बत्तमीजी सेबात किये और तो और मेरे फिल्तर कवर को डैमेज कर दिया सर्विस घरिया स्टाफ घटिया मेरी को नैश कर दिया मंगलमूर्ति के स्टाफ ने और 4 घन्टे खडा किया सो अलगi hat hiro sarvice centar.               Dear team,
              I have purchased new hero bike on 29 sep2019 vehicle no. Rj20vs9000.
              In feb2020 i had visited for 2nd free services and it was done. Post that due to lockdown and being out of the town i was not able to visit for 3rd free service.
              I visited for service at kota motors service centre kota on 18 jul 2020 and the team officials behaved very abruptly and when i concerned about my 3rd service they refused for the same and done 4th free service while 3rd one is skipped without any reason.
              King take corrective action against the same or will directly complain at pmo against this incident.

                And again worst and pathetic service i ever have for my bike at avni motors najafgarh new delhi. Even after telling the advisor regarding the oil leak issue at 1st and 2nd service, issue gets unresolved... Don't think that the company really want to make a relationship with customers as per the advertisement shows... They don't even know how to treat with a customer... Hero "#" motocorp...

                  I really dispointed to your bike service. I have purchase a hero xtreme 200s bike. Already 3 time service done but still now my problem was not slove. What the issue I can't understand.
                  1millage.
                  2 engine sound
                  3 abs problem.
                  And many problem. Many times I saying to service centre but still same problem.

                      With due to respect & humble this is ram niwas gautam from delhi. I would like to say that i am not happy with my bike (Passion pro). I have purchased from sapphire bikes l104-105. Gf, lajpat nagar-2, new delhi. Since from 22/05/20,
                      Invoice no:-12050be20s27. Please find the all relevant document as an attachment.

                      I was very knee to look forward passion pro. I had purchased my bike in very crucial time or in global pandemic. The problem created is in bike, its suddenly has been stop while running. They came created a problem after first serving.
                      Then i been there second time in service centre & they kept my bike 05 days (Service centre:- same above address). They only change fuel pump & fuel injector, they return as it is in same condition with not desired quality & not standard and well as no changes. Again same problem created. Next day again i been there service centre they told to me keep one week bike for serviceing.in service center for my bike some parts were not available. I have all document or job related done from service centre. (Jc number:[protected]rjc[protected]. How's possible i keep my bike one week. I am self employed and i fell very trouble to move delhi to gurgaon. There is no point either those who working their & not doing a job properly or irresponsible. I daily conversation with service centre but no response come from thier side.

                      So, please request you to replace my bike or resolve solution. As i facing the lack of quality problem you need this to be resolved at the earliest.
                      I hope that you will solve my problem as soon as possible.

                        Dear sir,
                        I want to register a complaint because I purchase a new bike and I went to showroom for reguler service every time after 5 services yet I'm not satisfied with hero because every time I told the problem but they not do a proper solution there are many problems related with my hero bike like
                        1. we feel reguler jerk in runing bike at a speed of 55...60 km/h from first time due to which it damage chai socket.
                        2. Now on 29/06/2020 bike completed 5th sevice after this it creating lots of problem like not starting with self start, making lots of noise after service.
                        3. Not started without chock.

                          I anu kumari complaining regarding my scooty is smoking too much and lubricant oil getting low every 15-20 days interval.                               1.I have purchase the hero pleasure vehicle on 31/07/2019. It's head lamp brightness is not suitable for night ride. The head lamp brightness is very low even to the compare cycle dynamo light and TVS 50 head light. I already inform the dealers.yet not rectified the problem.
                              2.Horn sound is very low, walking person is not affected during the horn, how can we ride in the city traffic.
                              3.Why are you fixing the head light glow during the day time.Head lamp bulb quickly fuse out due to continuous heat generation, also energy waste.(Purchase the vehicle from M/s.RPT Motors, Pallipalayam, Namakkal-dt, Tamilnadu

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I've purchased my scooty (Hero pleasure plus) on 16 march. My vehicle number is up70 ff 6660. From the first day, the service people are neither providing me any facilities nor helping me. The brake is not working, the kick starting and auto starting both is not working, the average is also very low as they assured me for a good one.
                                  They are not talking nicely with me. I'm a working person, and i've purchased this scooty by my savings but now i'm really regretting that why i didn't go with activa.
                                  Service provider told me when you would get service then auto or kick start would work properly. One service they did but the problem is still there.
                                  My humble request to you, please tell the service people at least show some honesty with their work and respect to customers. I've purchased my scooty to ease my problem, to facilitate myself not to bring a headache for me. Please tell them to provide me better service so that i can suggest others to go with hero. Otherwise i would just recommend to others never go with pleasure or any vehicle of hero.
                                  Kindly consider my problem and help me out.

                                      Here i want to give a complaint regarding reckless service issue for my maestro edge (Ts 04 es 8333) from sri sai service center, khammam
                                      I have oil leakage problem from engine backside for that i have visited service center, they have done service but not resolved the problem i had to visit for the second time but this time sound from back wheel has started which was not there before i asked them regarding that but service center people told nothing will happen sound will go off while driving, i thought it's ok and taken my vehicle but day by day sound has gradually incresed a lot, again i have visited service center, they are asking me 4 to 5 thousand for repair of that though i have joy rider card and talking harshly when i asked them about the sound problem, here service center people are reckless and not showing interest in solving the problem they just do service like oil change and other small things but they are not showing interest to solve such problem which i'm facing with my bike
