Dear sir/madam,

I had registered my complaint on march 17th, but apart from the auto reply mail, i have not got any call nor mail till march 24th a good one week after the lock down-1 was implemented.

I understand that because of the lock down caused by the pandemic i did not get any reply or call from your end.

But now since the country, especially bangalore is back to normal, i am expecting a reply from your end.

In fact i am facing lot of problems with the bike after getting it serviced. I started using it 2 days ago once free moment started. The main problem i am facing is, when i change the gear while reducing the accelerator, it stops all of a sudden. Also there is no pick up even when there is a slight climb i have to travel in 2nd gear. Very pathetic service from your service station. Even my mileage has considerably dropped. My bike was better before servicing it. Alt east it was smooth but now it looks like some thing is restricting its free movement. My first experience with sai motors has been very pathetic. Just giving big bill. Even they dont wash it properly as i have noticed dust in some internal points..

I used to give my bike for servicing to right motors and not a single time i have faced any problems. This i did from 2005 which is good `15 years. They used to identify even the minor defects and used to replace the fault part and then inform me. On the contrary your service technicians at sai motors have not even replaced/repaired the defective items even after telling them at the time of handing over the vehicle. I feel a local service person would have done a better job for much lesser cost. Please let me know how are you going to resolve the problems faced by me

Bike engine worrenty 5 year or 70000km all services are take agency's but super mothers says that your bike worrenty is only 50500km or 5year please suggest me and note down complain on super mothers

I regret to inform you that i am not happy with my bike hero passion pro. I have purchased hero passion pro bike in 01.01.2020.in my bike there is mileage issue. While purchasing it there was a guarantee from the company that passion pro has a mileage of 82 kmpl but after the use of 5 months m not happy with the milage and performance. Theres only 50 kmpl mileage which is too low i do all safety measures and time to time servicing also get done, oil change and all necessary stuff are too on time, but then too i'm not happy with my bike hero passion pro. Its also having a pickup problem & and bike has reduced by its actual height. There are many other minor problems also. Please give me proper advice and solution for all this issues as soon as possible. I hope i will get a positive revert and speedy response from hero motor company as i trust this company. I hope i'm your valuable customer.

3time am taking my bike for rectify my bike but no one response.

It's very irresponsible part of hero moto corp authority...
I have bought passion pro motor bike on 25th may 2020,
During the lock down period the showroom authority didn't offer a discount of single rupee however delivered the vehicle after paying full said amount without providing accessories till today, and for any queries they simply dragging the days by saying materials are not in stock.
Customer experience is worst in sri sai hero showroom, tumkur district, karnataka state..
I request u kindly take necessary action to fulfill customer satisfaction.

Dear sir, i have gone to your usha hero workshop purnea for my two wheeler free servicing on[protected] at 11:45am but they deny to service my two wheeler stating the reason that we wont take any two wheeler after 11am so come again next day. So my question is that how they deny the service is there any circular or any govt guideline, kindly look at the matter becoz i am unable to come again without any holiday in this situation of covid19 and for your kind information i am working on essential duty of covid19 so its very very difficult to give time for free servicin of my two wheeler so kindly look at the matter and solve as early as possible

Hero motocorp — engine oil leak issue

And my bike is regularly use due to calim is my self and get approved for my bike . And surveyor get me approved all accidently damage parts and changes parts . And I go today Hero keshav and I ask for this claim and he also tell advisor name is jani . And he also today roudly answer and angry for me . And my all documents submit from surveyor His office . And I talk for my bike cliam jani advisor and he give answer ready your bike after 1week . And take a action from jani advisor and as well soon my bike ready in 2days and I complet all claim process. And take action my bike ready and take action on advisor jani.

I am a resident of aligarh up and i bought a scooter maestro edge from vikas auto wheels gt road aligarh which is a dealer of hero motocorp automobiles. The scooter gave a really bad battery performance which got discharged in just 1 year and i went to replace it again. Though the services they provide is really pathetic as they don't resolve any of the issue such as i have been complaining about the self start of the scooter its been 2-3 years that my self start doesn't work properly. Then again after changing 2 batteries my battery of the scooter failed. They don't even listen to the problem faced by common people. They have such rude behaviour with the customers. I am a student and their staff yelled at me like i owe them something. Even today i have to kick start my scooter which in itself is a big problem since it's kick is so tight that my leg almost got fractured by it. Please do look in to the matter.

Sir, i have purchased a new splender plus (Anniversary edition) on july 17, 2019 from lakshmi motors, kovilpalayam, s. S kulam, coimbatore. There is a major defect in this bike is that smoke is coming from the engine, i made a complaint of this defect in their service centre located at same in the name of lakshmi motors but nobody take care of my complaint. This problem is still there in my motorbike. I have to get my engine checked after every 1-4 week. Please help me in this matter. My bike no. Is : tn 38 ct 2505 i have 11177 km only drived.

I have purchased a pleasure+ from hero motors, habsiguda branch three months ago. From the day i have purchased the vehicle its been troubling a lot with petrol leakage. Though we have consulted the habsiguda branch about this problem and they have repaired the vehicle for about 3 times but they didn't rectify the problem. I request you to consider this problem and solve the problem as soon as possible.

We complained about alloy wheel color changed tyre seating place but service dealer not responding properly and not giving proper reason also, if material fault please change the wheels under warranty so kindly rectify this issue.

Its been a several time i am going through this issue. Whenever i change my engine oil i dont get the previous engine oil, after showing it in service station they changed the bore piston. Still i am getting the same issue. My vechile age is 2.5 years and it ran around 25000 km. My vehicle number is ka 53 eu 5607. So i request to replace the engine. Please take some action for my vehicle.

Dear sir i purchased a bike splender plus from saraswati motor rajapur allahabad on 18 sep 19. Which is registered to rajasthan rto (Rj-18) on 20 nov 19, but rc not received till date. Reason behind this hsrp not approved. I already spk to saraswati motor rajapur and raised three time complain to hero motor corp help line no, but no response and i tried to talk with varansi area officer but he not picked my phone ([protected]) and hero c/care mrs kiran misbehaved with me..

Dear sir,

I, m narayana murthy purchased hero glamour bike on september, 2019 from hero sub dealer laxmi auto mobiles, rajam, in srikakulam dist.

But from 1 month onwards there is a problem in engine, i informed more than 5 times in service centre, rajam.

And availed 4 times free service from show room. But they give only water service other than nothing they won't do.

I have purchased destini 25 of hero company. And i haf worst experience with it because of dealer and agency. They give me a defected product and not providing good service and not exchange defected pruduct which is under insurance..in my review i will never ever suggest anybody to purchase hero products because of bad service

I had by a new hero bike on last year 2019 in october but still showroom had not gave me my rc card and number plates.

Neglegancy in insurance claim work and not satisfactory conversation with custumer by manager at least three months before custumer had diposited advance rupees for hero motor parts but garg service centre did not take any action to transport parts for accidental bike i smart 110, the custumer had already have bikes insurance and it's reneval also the service station did not attend custumer phone and if attend phone did not answer satisfactory pl repair our bike in insurance scheme (Demage some parts) motorcycle registration number is 02 ws3884 this matter is 14 feb 2020

I am om prakash choudhary alwar. I have a hero duet bike my hero duet maximum time get breakdown due to engine problems and poor service quality of service center.
My service center is js fourwheel motors pvt ltd alwar.
There are poor service quality and all staff members are don't have any responsibility.
When i went to there senior about my here duet problem they always speaks "abki baar sahi se check ki hai ab problem nhi aayegi" but after few kilometers my hero duet breakdown.
Please revert my problem very soon.
It is very serious matter.
