Dear sir/madam,
I had registered my complaint on march 17th, but apart from the auto reply mail, i have not got any call nor mail till march 24th a good one week after the lock down-1 was implemented.
I understand that because of the lock down caused by the pandemic i did not get any reply or call from your end.
But now since the country, especially bangalore is back to normal, i am expecting a reply from your end.
In fact i am facing lot of problems with the bike after getting it serviced. I started using it 2 days ago once free moment started. The main problem i am facing is, when i change the gear while reducing the accelerator, it stops all of a sudden. Also there is no pick up even when there is a slight climb i have to travel in 2nd gear. Very pathetic service from your service station. Even my mileage has considerably dropped. My bike was better before servicing it. Alt east it was smooth but now it looks like some thing is restricting its free movement. My first experience with sai motors has been very pathetic. Just giving big bill. Even they dont wash it properly as i have noticed dust in some internal points..
I used to give my bike for servicing to right motors and not a single time i have faced any problems. This i did from 2005 which is good `15 years. They used to identify even the minor defects and used to replace the fault part and then inform me. On the contrary your service technicians at sai motors have not even replaced/repaired the defective items even after telling them at the time of handing over the vehicle. I feel a local service person would have done a better job for much lesser cost. Please let me know how are you going to resolve the problems faced by me
