      I went to hero moto corp worli mahalaxmi race course mumbai service center for my bike to get serviced. But the executive over there demanded 75/- rupees cash to pay first then only he will put hands on the bike other wise will not estimate or touch the bike.

        I brought a product called hero duet. I did all the things that your people maintained to do so. But this is the third time they suggest me to change the same material those are already changed in the past. Can you told me why am i pay the amount repeatedly?
        I am paying the amount because of your service, but we clearly notice there is no change in the vehicle. The vehicle sounds like auto when it's speed greater then 45. It always vibrates. Milage is getting to low day by day. There is so many problems, but when i opposed manager said you have to change those things. Can you assure me next time this problem not gonna happened?

          Dear sir/madam,

          I had registered my complaint on march 17th, but apart from the auto reply mail, i have not got any call nor mail till march 24th a good one week after the lock down-1 was implemented.

          I understand that because of the lock down caused by the pandemic i did not get any reply or call from your end.

          But now since the country, especially bangalore is back to normal, i am expecting a reply from your end.

          In fact i am facing lot of problems with the bike after getting it serviced. I started using it 2 days ago once free moment started. The main problem i am facing is, when i change the gear while reducing the accelerator, it stops all of a sudden. Also there is no pick up even when there is a slight climb i have to travel in 2nd gear. Very pathetic service from your service station. Even my mileage has considerably dropped. My bike was better before servicing it. Alt east it was smooth but now it looks like some thing is restricting its free movement. My first experience with sai motors has been very pathetic. Just giving big bill. Even they dont wash it properly as i have noticed dust in some internal points..

          I used to give my bike for servicing to right motors and not a single time i have faced any problems. This i did from 2005 which is good `15 years. They used to identify even the minor defects and used to replace the fault part and then inform me. On the contrary your service technicians at sai motors have not even replaced/repaired the defective items even after telling them at the time of handing over the vehicle. I feel a local service person would have done a better job for much lesser cost. Please let me know how are you going to resolve the problems faced by me

            Bike engine worrenty 5 year or 70000km all services are take agency's but super mothers says that your bike worrenty is only 50500km or 5year please suggest me and note down complain on super mothers

              I regret to inform you that i am not happy with my bike hero passion pro. I have purchased hero passion pro bike in 01.01.2020.in my bike there is mileage issue. While purchasing it there was a guarantee from the company that passion pro has a mileage of 82 kmpl but after the use of 5 months m not happy with the milage and performance. Theres only 50 kmpl mileage which is too low i do all safety measures and time to time servicing also get done, oil change and all necessary stuff are too on time, but then too i'm not happy with my bike hero passion pro. Its also having a pickup problem & and bike has reduced by its actual height. There are many other minor problems also. Please give me proper advice and solution for all this issues as soon as possible. I hope i will get a positive revert and speedy response from hero motor company as i trust this company. I hope i'm your valuable customer.

                  It's very irresponsible part of hero moto corp authority...
                  I have bought passion pro motor bike on 25th may 2020,
                  During the lock down period the showroom authority didn't offer a discount of single rupee however delivered the vehicle after paying full said amount without providing accessories till today, and for any queries they simply dragging the days by saying materials are not in stock.
                  Customer experience is worst in sri sai hero showroom, tumkur district, karnataka state..
                  I request u kindly take necessary action to fulfill customer satisfaction.

                        Respected sir/ma'am
                        I am a resident of aligarh up and i bought a scooter maestro edge from vikas auto wheels gt road aligarh which is a dealer of hero motocorp automobiles. The scooter gave a really bad battery performance which got discharged in just 1 year and i went to replace it again. Though the services they provide is really pathetic as they don't resolve any of the issue such as i have been complaining about the self start of the scooter its been 2-3 years that my self start doesn't work properly. Then again after changing 2 batteries my battery of the scooter failed. They don't even listen to the problem faced by common people. They have such rude behaviour with the customers. I am a student and their staff yelled at me like i owe them something. Even today i have to kick start my scooter which in itself is a big problem since it's kick is so tight that my leg almost got fractured by it. Please do look in to the matter.

                          Sir, i have purchased a new splender plus (Anniversary edition) on july 17, 2019 from lakshmi motors, kovilpalayam, s. S kulam, coimbatore. There is a major defect in this bike is that smoke is coming from the engine, i made a complaint of this defect in their service centre located at same in the name of lakshmi motors but nobody take care of my complaint.                                       And availed 4 times free service from show room. But they give only water service other than nothing they won't do.
