Hi this is miriyal rajeshwar rao i have purchased your hero dueat ln the year of 2016 at one of your otherised showroom, and we serviced bike one time but bike engine failed lesthan 20000 km, i asked showroom thay are not responding properly and thay are not maintained bike service records in online but we have hord copies, and we spent morthan 50 persent of bike cost as it maintenance we need solution other wise we went to consumer court, thanking you

      Dear sir madem,
      I'm sunil kumar (My contact no [protected] mail id [protected]@gmail.com) customer of hero (Mastero edge). I am going for servicing of my scooter as mentioned above at indica hero agency, chirawa on 19 may 20. At the time of job card i have highlighted the following issues to above workshop :-
      (A) replace a wiser.
      (B) a heavy noise in back wheel.
      (C) rear view mirror.
      (D) kick issue.

      Accordingly i got a msg from your veh is ready. At the time of delivery i'm facing the following issues :-

      (A) they have not replace wiser saying that the not have in stock.
      (B) not resolve noise issue.
      (C) not repair mirror.
      (D) kick repair but not in proper manner.
      (E) scooter not washed properly.
      (E) they have not ask me about happy/unhappy code. But they have accept after my complain.
      (F) not senitized veh and no senitization kept at workshop for customers as per covid-19 pandemic guidelines.

      In view of the above i am requesting you instruct yours partners for better servicing.

        defective product and inaccurate service

        My husband (Mr. Alok dikshit) had purchased hero maestro edge on 19/03/2018. After a year (I. E. June, 2019), its alternator (Rect) started creating problem, due to which we have to purchase a new battery (As without battery, maestro's ignition does not work). So, for the same we had give our bike for servicing to the authorized service center where they in first instance (Without checking) refuse to understand the problem of alternator and...

              Dear sir,
              I mohinder singh r/o surat nagar ph i gurgaon age 65 yrs purchased a hero super splendor bike (Regd. No. Hr26 du 2532) in oct /nov 2019. I got it serviced from authorized service centres in time. At the time of 5 free service i reported that it mobile is found low level, technician at auto need gurgaon told me to replace it's clutch hub assembly. I got it replaced from there on payment. After one month i found again it's mobile level very low. I reported it to autoneed service, they topup the oil and told me to report after 500-1000 km run. After it i again report to service center in feb 2020, the technician checked the bike and all services record and told me that it's engine will be overhauled in warranty and advise me to come after one week. They demanded it's spares vide autoneed store demand no 3329 dated 15/2/2020. After 10 days i again report to service center, the store keeper mr ramu told me for unavailable of spares. Again after 4 days on 29 feb 2020 i reported for the service of my bike. Again mr ramu told that spares are not available, he again demanded spares vide demand no 3439 dtd 29/2/2020. After 13 days on 13/3/2020 i again reported service centre, but the spares were not available there. I left my bike there and told them to inform me when it gets overhauled. On 23/3/2020 i again visited service center for any progress, still there was no spares. After that it was lockdown, now as per online report that service centre is partially functional, i rang up many times but getting no response from service centre.

              Dear sir,
              As I got a message from Hero motocorp on 19 May 2020, stating that my Super Splendor is ready. I had visited the Autoneeds Service center IDC gurgaon on 25th May to collect my bike, where I found that my bike is not repaired due to non availability of spares as per the statement of Mr Parveen floor manager & Ms Parul office executive at service centre. Due to lockdown I was staying at my home in Alwar Distt. and visited from there to Gurgaon to collect my bike after after getting message from Hero motocorp. Sir due to typing mistake I had mentioned the date of purchase of my Super Splendor as Nov 2019, please get it corrected as 26 Nov. 2018.
              Sir I again request you to please get my bike repaired as an earliest, due to the age of 65 yrs I am facing many problems to attend my office.
              Please fwd the message for collection only after confirmation from the service center.

                I bought the motorcycle in january. After 1st servicing i am going through a braking problem, and i took it to service center. They fixed it for the first time, but i had to take it there for 4times and still not fixed and moreover ther is no response from the company. Now i can't ride it without the front brake. Hope this will make hero understand my problem, or else i have to go to different platforms to make them understand.

                  मैंने दिनांक[protected] को आर.एल.मोटर्स मानसरोवर जयपुर में बाइक RJ14HS2177 की सर्विस कराइ थी| फिर[protected] को वापस बाइक ले ली| उसी दिन ऑफिस जाते वक्त बाइक झटके देने लगी और मिसिंग करने लगी| मेरी ड्यूटी कोविड 19 में लगी हुई है | इतनी महत्वपूर्ण ड्यूटी पर मुझे काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा तथा मैं २ घंटे लेट हो गया | बाइक रस्ते में ही बंद हो गई | मुझे ऑफिस जाने के लिए गाड़ी किराये पर लेनी पड़ी | जिसके लिए मुझे 1000 रूपये देने पड़े| बाद में किसी दुसरे मिस्त्री को बाइक दिखवाने पर पता चला की कार्बोरेटर में कचरा फंसा था | उसे मैंने 100 रूपये दिए | फिर मैंने आर.एल.मोटर्स मानसरोवर में फ़ोन किया उन्होंने बहुत बदतमीजी से बात की |आपकी इतनी बड़ी कंपनी है ये लोग आपका नाम ख़राब कर रहे हैं | कृपया मेरी मदद कीजिये वर्ना मुझे CONSUMER COURT जाना पड़ेगा

                    Hi!
                    This is Rahuman G from Cuddalore and I've replaced my shock absorber for the first time after buying a bike 2 years ago. How come the same company had placed the shock absorber of their brand which lasted for 2 years and suddenly when I change the absorber from the same brand it gets damaged within less than 2 months? I have attached the invoice and the damaged product.

                    Is this a brand's mistake on quality????

                    Please help me to sort it out.

                            I have brought bike hero passion pro in june - july 2019 from sikrai (Dausa) showroom name gautam motor's which is subsidiary of arun motors dausa (Dealer name - ajay sharma) after 1 month corosion started on the engine head, we have contact with them but they misbehaving since contacted but there is no improvement.
                            Today, also visited with them but seriously he is misbehaving

                            We are complaining for last 6 months but no improvement and no reply

                            Please take immediate action to this issue otherwise we take big action against this company product and misbehaviour

                            We will go consumer court and ngt (National green tribunel, (The environment (Prevention) act 1986, the public liability insurance act, 1991)

                                    I'm sankar sabat as a customer of Vishal hero showroom at jatni, Odisha. I have buy a new scooter Destini 125 ( OD 33 AA 7012) date of 13 March 2020. But 05.05.2020 date on 1st service in this showroom. I have complain raise against scooter body visor is loosed, some bolt is lost & in front of foot mat is cracked but any one is no response for this case service manager said to me this is fiber body not finished in all destini scooter or not to vehicle body clean in perfectly.
                                    so kindly request for you as soon as possible better service in customer neither at future this type of service continue in hero not to any 1 referral in any 1 customer.
