Dear sir,
I mohinder singh r/o surat nagar ph i gurgaon age 65 yrs purchased a hero super splendor bike (Regd. No. Hr26 du 2532) in oct /nov 2019. I got it serviced from authorized service centres in time. At the time of 5 free service i reported that it mobile is found low level, technician at auto need gurgaon told me to replace it's clutch hub assembly. I got it replaced from there on payment. After one month i found again it's mobile level very low. I reported it to autoneed service, they topup the oil and told me to report after 500-1000 km run. After it i again report to service center in feb 2020, the technician checked the bike and all services record and told me that it's engine will be overhauled in warranty and advise me to come after one week. They demanded it's spares vide autoneed store demand no 3329 dated 15/2/2020. After 10 days i again report to service center, the store keeper mr ramu told me for unavailable of spares. Again after 4 days on 29 feb 2020 i reported for the service of my bike. Again mr ramu told that spares are not available, he again demanded spares vide demand no 3439 dtd 29/2/2020. After 13 days on 13/3/2020 i again reported service centre, but the spares were not available there. I left my bike there and told them to inform me when it gets overhauled. On 23/3/2020 i again visited service center for any progress, still there was no spares. After that it was lockdown, now as per online report that service centre is partially functional, i rang up many times but getting no response from service centre.
