The manager told me to wait for some time but he made me wait more than 3hrs and when i asked him politely about my problem he started yelling at me and started abusing me.. I was purchase passion pro bike 2019 December model.After one month The bike was stopped and not starting I went to show room they said some problem in engine and they said again the same Problem will be coming in future I request change my bike

    Hello sir,
    I want to buy new bike hf deluxe bs6 so went to my nearest showroom in our town and ask the dealer about the bike and its on road price then he told me 74000 rupees but i have recently searched on google about the bike its on road price was shown on it is about 57800 rupees only so please help me about it what should i do for it and is the price is correct which dealer told me is or not.
    So please help me about this

      My self suzat ali ..i have buyed super Splendor bike in the year of 2018...but now in 2020 my bike oil tankys color was damaged naturally...i have done complaint in head office delhi...but nothing comes to me...jaiswal motors which was in baheri U.P..i have gone there but there hospitality regarding solving the problem is very bad..they dont have manners to talk with customer...they told me that i will not do go away from my showroom..

        I had going to soumik hero, jajpur road on some days before for my maestro edge parts ; but the parts are not available there ; so i want to order parts because he refused to order my parts and he asked me for come other days but i am unable go there everyday.           I"m purchase my bike (Super splender) in last july not its ride approx 3000 km but till now its gave only "35 km" i"m very worry for that.
          Then go for best service at your service centre fatehpur branch (U. P) they set it but then starting problem comes, so i want change my engine at gave your best to me.

            I'm servicing my hero passion x pro at radha automobiles (Authorized hero moto corp dealer) at tambaram, chennai. Every time service is not good. This time i serviced my passion x pro on 7 feb 2020. And the facing the oil leakage issue from the night of service day. I took my bike back to them today (10/2/2020). They fixed the issue, main concern here is hero send us a secret code (If satisfied one code, not satisfied another code) to provide at end of service. The hero service employees are not taking the code even if we ask then to take the code and pass the feedback to system. Hero is having a good way to take the feedback from it's customers. But these employees are not taking the code from me, even after i'm asking them to enter the code in their system since 1 year (Last 4 services). So the service at this service center is getting down day by day. May be they are not entering the code in system to get incentive. But every time i give service, the next day i need to take my 2 wheeler to their service center with complaints on service. I went for hero for their reputation and service. But after 4 unsatisfied services i lost hope on hero. Thinking on selling my hero bike and to get another bike on other brand. If the service is not good at least they should enter the feedback in their system so that the quality of service will improve automatically.

              (My new xpluse is engine is not smooth or pickup and mileage is very poor)

              I purchase xpluse 200 in oct. 2019, after purchase this bike facing some pickup issue, so i go to near himgiri service center jilmil, they check the upto 3 to 4 hours and get back to me. But same problem still going after that i m going six times in same service center for the same complaint but they did not understand the issue.

              In second service which is around (1700 km) the service center change the my new bike clutch plates. But after running 1000 km the bike in same condition. When i go to service center they denied did not do any thing.

              Note:- please do the needful asap.

I m note happy 😡😡

                  Very rude behaviour by staff and unprofessional service of vehicle.
                  I gave my hero splendor smart 110cc for repair due to engine failure, they took 2 weeks to repair but did not fix the issues. I paid 10400 for the repairs of crankshaft and self start, the supervisor is ready to listen to my complaints.

                  What do i do in this case?

                      In the month of december last week of 2019, i gave my 2 wheeler bike for service and told them my issues
                      1. Getting sound
                      2. Oil leakage

                      But the problems were not resolved. Again went to showroom and asked the employees, they said will resolve now.

                      Again they charged the amount and the problem still persist.

                      Why these guys are not giving the solution.

                            I Am Bade Ramulu a middle class person. i purchased my first two wheeler vehicle in 1994 from hero honda company. and i purchased almost 14 vehicles from hero honda dealers (Mody Motors). i never faced any problem. this is my 4th hero super splendor byk purchased from mody motors ranigunj secunderabad.
                            Engine number: JA05ECG9F30979. after purchasing this byk after few months there was issue with engine. i approached showroom they accepted there fault and asked 5000rs to replace. even after big argument still i have paid 5000. they said this time engine will work for more than 4yrs. but same issue now am facing. now please let me know what i should do. showroom people again demanding money for repair. seriously am not feeling good to write this mail since i have very good attachment with hero honda company and mody motors. but i am not in a position to put money for company's fault. kindly look into my issue and do the needful. as senior and well known customer requesting you to do justice.

                              I had given my vehicle hero splendor + with vehicle no dl 3sef 2055 to sehgal automobiles 18/2 mathura road on 02/02/2020. After i got my vehicle service i found that my problem had not been sorted out. Even earlier i had register a complaint regarding my chain set. But there concern is to make money from customers. They did not even done washing of vehicle properly. So its better we should not get our bike service from authorized showroom just from random bike centre. My vehicle had just run only 15481 km. But problems are coming. Hero should look about there quality of parts they used.

On 7th nov 2019 i gave my bike for service at jmd automotives budh vihar new delhi.in evening when i go to receive bike i notice that my bike battery got replace and wiring also dislocated. So i told to them so from last 3 month their no response for my complain and service centre also not accepting this. What a shame that in service centre also we cant trust. Shameful experience.

The facility provided by him is not proper. The facility like checking of air at tyres, cleaning of inner parts of bike by air is not provided, washing of bike is also not done well & rude behavior with customers. The bill for the materials as well as service provided is not given to costumers. Hence do needful action regarding above matter.

But besides our continuous efforts we didn't received any response from them from last 24 days . So I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible as we are facing problems due to it .

                                  Unfortunately, None of Hero's dealer is accepting this so called all India covering service contract and I'm paying money everytime

                                    I am owner of a motorcycle of your company named cd deluxe of 2009 model bearing its number br 06t 8429 and from last 10 years i have been continuously maintaining my said motorcycle availing all the free and paid services before north bihar agro agency alongwith its proper insurance from national insurance company, muzaffarpur. Also i have not taken any claim as yet. On 26th jan 2020 the said motorcycle met with an accident at lenin chowk muzaffarpur resulting into damage of its visor, ignition switch & steering lock, front suspension, rear indicator, and main stand and i went to said north bihar agro agency pvt ltd. Kaalmbagh road, near chhata chowk, muzaffarpur-842001 for its repair and further claim. As my said motorcycle has been insured with national insurance company bearing its policy no.[protected] valid from 4.11.2019 to midnight of 3.11.2020, with which you have a tie-up and you should have done cashless repair and transaction, first of all i had to purchase a claim form outside the agency by paying rs.10 in cash, thereafter a person on duty mr. Jha had done number of ifs and buts and neither entertained my application nor provided me estimate although my said bike was in agency from 10 am to 3 pm and under purplexion i had returned from there. I am lodging my complaint for necessary action against north bihar agro agency pvt. Ltd. And person on duty mr. Jha and his associates.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I am thangeeswaran. M from virudhunagar, tamilnadu, i have purchased a hero glamour (Tn 67 bj 2342) on 26.05.2019 from selvam motors, virudhunagar - tamil nadu. I had a very bad experience with the dealer and their service.

                                      From the day itself, i had a very bad experience with my bike. Because i have got a loud noise in the engine. I have mentioned it from the first service itself, but the service persons (Engineer-mr. Govindaraj) are not being taken that as serious.
                                      Now almost 10 services have done in the same service station itself, but still, it is not all rectified. Seriously why you people having this kind irresponsible service station on your side. You people please tell me what is the permanent solution for it
                                      Are you looking for 10 more services eh? I hope it could be a waste of my money and time.
                                      So kindly take this as my serious note to your concern, else please take this bike back to you. Totally waste……..
