I have purchased passion pro bike in june 19. After few days fuel meter stopped working properly. On[protected] i went to sun motors showroom, at lucknow for its resolution. Sun motor workshop representative told me that part is not available. We requested to register the call for required part. After some time sun motor customer care representative call me and told that part is available. So i went to sun motor show room on 20 jan2020. I met workshop manager mr. Kuldeep.
Mr. Kuldeep misbehaved and shouted me rudely before number of peoples presented in workshop, i am totally fade up this incident. I am your customer and your workshop people behave like this.

Reqeust to take it as seriously and take appropriate action against the culprit.

    regarding self start problem in xtreme 200s bike

    Hello sir, i have buyed a xtreme 200s bike from northern motors mall road kanpur on 18th november 2019. The bike self start is not working the distributor didn't solve my problem whenever i go to service center they charged the battery and said the bike is working but after a week the same problem is occurred again the self start is not working again. So it's a humble request please solve my problem. I am permanent customer of hero bikes...

    I bought hero passion pro i3s on 22.07.2018 and i have done follow-up servicing only in authorized hero service centers in nagappa auto - hero motocorp, b 25, 2nd st, ab block, shanthi colony, annanagar east, chennai, tamil nadu 600102 it's unfortunate to state that, i'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the service..

    Each time when i give my vehicle for service, they not solve the problems and creating new problems. Also i will go for service 2 or three times for service for particular service slot.

    1. Self-starter is not working and sounding extra its just annoying.

    Also raised a compliant about above issue on above service service center on 03-jan-2020.

    They said we change self motor. But we didn't have stock. Once stock came we will call.

    No call from service center. Then i also called no proper response.

    Now i finally realized why honda is on top. As a dissatisfied customer, what to do now.. Whom to call...

    I purchased splendor plus bike at Pattanad here's, Badami -587201, but they are not issued first aid kit. And service is also not ok.

      I am Karthik S K, (KA16 EG2234) was my vehicle no. (Glamor FI) vehical, 2016 model, I use to do service in Hero show room always. In the same way today i left my vehicle for service. During giving for service i know the condition of vehicle and it was no damage on parts. after completion of service i went to take my vehicle, service was worst and there was smoke coming out form engine. They have not checked that came to know with traveling certain distance again i make it repair. after that i too and went 200 m distance and suddenly back part with has fitted at top part of back break light was dropped on road. I was took my vehicle at side and checked by opening seat and i was shocked. Because left part of the body was damaged inside. Again i took my service bike to service point. When i asked them they told we have not did this. when i shouted he told we make it clear now you can take your vehicle. So i told i need my vehicle with replaced original spares till that i will no take my vehicle. So please do needful to clear the issue and i will not pay a single rupee to where mistake was not mine.

MBLJAW113KGL00203 .1st services on date 11\12\2019 on ride 623 km. after a month bike have some problems like smoky exhaust and some bad sound on date 18\01\2020. visit to your works shop on same day the bike checked by mechanic and said to me this bike engine defected from the company and no. engine oil in bike but I am disappointed from the workshop company because the mechanic says refurbished your engine . because I purchased new bike and pay full amount for a complete bike not for defected engine . so please consider my complaint in other way I want help from consumer court for further cheating from HEROMOTOCORP.           I am the new customer to hero moto corp. I brought a new bike i. E, passion x pro at "ullavapadu" hero branch in december. I faced a lot of troubles, the product which they delivered are not good one at initial stage at the time of test ride the wheel was misaligned they replaced the wheel with other bike wheel. Later we took that one to home next day morning the petrol was leaked and i went to them, they replaced the carburetor with another bike carburetor we took the bike to home next day again petrol was leaked, i called to them and asked to take the product back they took that one but till now they did not returned the money, not even a single call to discuss about the product. Please respond immediately otherwise for sure i will go legally in consumer court.

          I have purchased Marstro Edge BS-IV. From Diya first service onwards I was complain of handle inclining to left while on drive. We have tested by changing tyre and different part but nothing worked and found chassis bent, I am service person I used bike when I come on leave Pls do replace me my bike.

          At 10am i cane to service centre and till 3pm they didn’t even start the servicing its shame of you..such a bad experience
          Will never dare to visit the centre again in my life..WOREST HERO..
          Few will come with lot of expectations and iam one among them and this kind of service is never expected from you..Worest experience

            We have purchased one new motor bike hero passion pro at sri vari automobiles chennai. The new vehicle giving the very low mileage of 44kms/ltr to 50kms/ltr only. I have given the so many complaints and left the vehicle for rectification, but they never take care about my complaints. I am expecting the average mileage of 60kms/ltr as they promised me while purchasing new vehicle.

              I have purchased xpulse 200 fi in november 2019. I have a lot of issues withfront abs. It keeps on jamming every now and then, it just doesn\'t let me apply front break. This is getting horrific while riding. Purchased from varthur, bangalore
              . Issue is there even after two service. The service guys just keep telling it is normal, but they have no clue about it.

                  I purchased bike on april 8 2019. It has been getting issues since purchase. Now i had a problem in my engine. The dealer is not agreeing to replace my engine. I'm very much disappointed. It's just 8 months of purchase but i 'm getting too many issues. Self start of the engine also not working. Electrical circuit also not working. Kindly address this issue.

                    I have purchased this bike on 9 sept 2019. The self start of this bike is not working properly. I complaint about this problem to the nearer dealer (M/s pushkar automobile) 4 times but no action can't be taken place. When i complain about this they start us abusing and refuses to repair this problem. We shows the problem by recording a video but they refuse to repair and do whatever you can. Please be review.

                        I would like to register a complaint that rear tyre (Tvs make) of my hero maestro got bubbled up and crack.
                        The complaint was made during the third free service to the dealer. The dealer put some liquid inside the tyre, but the problem remain as it is.
                        Now the vehicle is getting a lot of jerks. My daughter use to drive the vehicle and it has become very dangerous for her life.
                        It is a manufacturing defect and a very poor quality of tyre fitted in maestro.
                        I request you to look into the matter and replace the damage tyre.

                        Dear sir,
                        This reference to the telephonic conversation with your executive regarding replacement of rear tvs tyre of my maestro.
                        The summary of the conversation is as follows:-
                        On inquiring about the problem, i told your executive that rear tyre (Tvs make) of my maestro got bubbled up/cracked, which i showed to your dealer, us motors and dealer also agreed about the manufacturing defect. The dealer suggested me to replace the tyre at tvs tyre service centre. But, unfortunately there is no tvs tyre service center nearby, even your dealer doesn’t know about it.
                        Now what should i do?
                        First of all why you have sold a vehicle fitted with poor quality of tvs tyre, of which there is no service dealer of nearby.
                        Now since there is no tvs service center nearby, please arrange a replacement tyre for my maestro at your dealership ub motors for the replacement.
                        Your executive also agreed upon this.
                        This is to confirm you about the todays telephone talk with your executive.
                        Now i am looking forward, on the assurance of you executive, for the replacement of the rear tyre of my maestro at the earliest.

                          Hello sir,
                          My name is s m rafi. Last year july 2019 i have purchased extrem 200s from sai motors dealer bansankari, bangalore. Since that time i was having problems with frent disc break. Last 4 services i have complained about this issue, but no one has resolved it saying this is new technology in hero motors. Sai motors has replaced the disc break plate, but the problem is still persist. Kindly do the needful asap.

                          Actual problem is : frent break become too hard to press it, this gives feeling like running a bike without breaks. And i can see rough scratches on the break disc plate.

Dadi kaniya, (Kheda) near hp petrol pump, nalagarh on dated[protected] engine no-ja06ehk9c0489 & chassis no mbljaw06x9c05268 colour tgb, key no-2138, but some defects were identified in product as motorcycle petrol tank was leaked, then i went to the agency three time and told to them about the leakage of the tank but always they neglect me and told me come in any another day. Now this type of conversation have passed three month. But my issue has not resolved till now.

                            So therefor you are humble request to please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                              Hi i'm abinesh from pudukkottai and i have a hero glamour. I bought it from svs hero which is located in my town. And i do regular service at the centre. But everytime after the service my bike will return with a new problem. The common issue is the oil leakage, i have been asking them to resolve the issue for the past 3 months but they are not resolving my issue. Yet my problem is not solved.

                              Being an authorised centre they are not even having spare parts. I had an issue with my accelerator cable and they said that they are not having the parts at that time and need to be ordered. But they ordered only after 2 months. I have contacted them regularly regarding the cable but returned with the same reply that the cable will be available in two days.
                              And the bill for the cable is not proper they gave me an empty bill with the cable prize written using their own and not even an printed one.

                                I purchased the 2 wheeler motorcycle hf dlx having engine no. Ha11enk9a21338 and chassis no. Mblhaw023k9a25058 on 25th february, 2019.

                                2. I lodged the first complaint about the inferior quality of tyre and tube and about other problems on 16.03.2019. The tyre and tube was was changed but other problems still could not be resolved. Resultantly the motor cycle engine and gear are not working properly, head light and back light are not repairable easily instipe of so may attempts by the dealer and the dealer is also asking to repair these on chargeable basis. I have already spent huge money during the service period itself.

                                At the last, the motor cycle is totally out of order and is not easily repairable

                                I have been facing president problems since the date of purchase of motor cycle.

                                At the last, you are requested to kindly arrange to replace the motor cycle with new one at the earliest as there is marriage of my daughter on 14th february, 2020 itself and it was purchased for gifting to my daughter on her marriage.

                                In view of the above problem, you are requested to kindly take immediate action to replace with new one.

                                The petrol tank of duet does not close. This is a dangerous situation since there is no alternative than to keep a heavy object on top of the cap till it is fixed.

                                Please change the design of the system. It is unreliable and risky. Infact HERO should recall all bikes of Duet till an alternative solution is found.

                                  Hero x-pulse - engine noise & vibrations -
                                  After first service i am hearing lot of engine noise & also there is lot of vibration & noise especially in 1st & second gear.
                                  I have shown the bike to raj hero workshop, aurangabad, on 11 jan 20 & they told me that the engine needs to be opened for replacement of piston, camshaft and valves. They said they have placed order for parts today when i checked no spare has been ordered. This is really annoying. Can i please get this problem solved. I am not getting any soultion my bike has ran only 820 kms.

                                    My name SATISH G I have taken two wheeler loan at hero fincorp in Bhagat showroom kr puram. And I have already paid full closure amount in shantinagar hero fincorp. But they have said to me the NOC will be recieved after 15 says.. Till nearly 4 months completed not yet recieved anything so kindly provide NOC letter to me and close the live account ASAP... And Bhagat showroom employees are not responding and didn't have clear guidelines while taking loan...

                                    I have paid full closure amount still loan showing live and NOC not provided from hero fincorp.. And Dec 27th 2019 also visited shantinagar hero fincorp but they gave e reciept and said NOC will give after 15 days till not get.. Pls consider my complaint and do the needful... ASAP

                                    Still account showing live with sum amount pls close account and give NOC asap.. You need to 4 months for close loan account. This is very disappointed to me..
                                    Very bad and poor neglegency service from hero fincorp and bhagath showroom kr puram employees, just they want to sell product only no such good information from them, at the time of loan process they have taken extra amount with no proper reciept.. Its Very disappointed to me...

                                      I bought a passion pro 110 model hero bike in city motors (Angamali branch kerala) on january 30th 2019.. Register numbers is kl09 aq7383 in the name of m. Basheer.. Till date i done all the 6 services on-time (5-free service 1-paid service).. I was facing a crank noise problem due to insufficient oil supply through out the engine case from 3000kms.. I register my complaint about these problem from my 3rd free service.. But till date it was not rectified by the city motors angamali branch.. They are treat me like a joker.. Till date i ran my bike for 15k kms. I have a warranty period balance and engine warranty kms limit tooo... I need from hero motocorp to take effective action for my bike's problem.. And the fed up created by the showroom itself was totally untolarated one... Please take the immediate action...
