Dear sir,
I would like to register a complaint that rear tyre (Tvs make) of my hero maestro got bubbled up and crack.
The complaint was made during the third free service to the dealer. The dealer put some liquid inside the tyre, but the problem remain as it is.
Now the vehicle is getting a lot of jerks. My daughter use to drive the vehicle and it has become very dangerous for her life.
It is a manufacturing defect and a very poor quality of tyre fitted in maestro.
I request you to look into the matter and replace the damage tyre.

This reference to the telephonic conversation with your executive regarding replacement of rear tvs tyre of my maestro.
The summary of the conversation is as follows:-
On inquiring about the problem, i told your executive that rear tyre (Tvs make) of my maestro got bubbled up/cracked, which i showed to your dealer, us motors and dealer also agreed about the manufacturing defect. The dealer suggested me to replace the tyre at tvs tyre service centre. But, unfortunately there is no tvs tyre service center nearby, even your dealer doesn’t know about it.
Now what should i do?
First of all why you have sold a vehicle fitted with poor quality of tvs tyre, of which there is no service dealer of nearby.
Now since there is no tvs service center nearby, please arrange a replacement tyre for my maestro at your dealership ub motors for the replacement.
Your executive also agreed upon this.
This is to confirm you about the todays telephone talk with your executive.
Now i am looking forward, on the assurance of you executive, for the replacement of the rear tyre of my maestro at the earliest.
