Hi i'm abinesh from pudukkottai and i have a hero glamour. I bought it from svs hero which is located in my town. And i do regular service at the centre. But everytime after the service my bike will return with a new problem. The common issue is the oil leakage, i have been asking them to resolve the issue for the past 3 months but they are not resolving my issue. Yet my problem is not solved.

I purchased the 2 wheeler motorcycle hf dlx having engine no. Ha11enk9a21338 and chassis no. Mblhaw023k9a25058 on 25th february, 2019.

2. I lodged the first complaint about the inferior quality of tyre and tube and about other problems on 16.03.2019. The tyre and tube was was changed but other problems still could not be resolved. Resultantly the motor cycle engine and gear are not working properly, head light and back light...

Hero x-pulse - engine noise & vibrations -
After first service i am hearing lot of engine noise & also there is lot of vibration & noise especially in 1st & second gear.
I have shown the bike to raj hero workshop, aurangabad, on 11 jan 20 & they told me that the engine needs to be opened for replacement of piston, camshaft and valves. They said they have placed order for parts today when i checked no spare has been ordered....

Till date i done all the 6 services on-time (5-free service 1-paid service).. I was facing a crank noise problem due to insufficient oil supply through out the engine case from 3000kms.. I have done 4th service of my bike hero glamour fi registration no-od34h4790 on 07/11/2019 at soumik automobiles jajpur road showroom workshop. From 2nd service complained to workshop manager about problems
1) to drive 1 -2 km at speed of 70-80 km/h bike automatically start off.

I purchase hero destini 125 vx scooty purchase dated 8.6.2019. But this bike always shows disturbing me for starting problem, i3s technology not woking, normal stand also moving when scooty speed around 60KM/H.

Today is 8th jan 2020.. I have serviced my bike super splendor registration no dl3sdt2029. At the time of 12th services[protected] or 90 days before old service. Its reading was 33494 and by mistake its written 34400 and its updated in ur online services details and its done in singhla jaitpur hero authorised service. So i have inform it that there will be not any problem in case in warranty.

Regards, please be aware that in april 2018, i bought a new vehicle from lucknow hero company.. Which has become the engine in a year.. And don't bother for installments again and again... You have filed a case in the lok adalat. I am writing against your company.in the consumer form. You will be responsible for that. I had given the money for the whole bike. So you guys gave us the third class thing.. I want all these actions in writing...
