Hello hero,
I bought a passion pro 110 model hero bike in city motors (Angamali branch kerala) on january 30th 2019.. Register numbers is kl09 aq7383 in the name of m. Basheer.. Till date i done all the 6 services on-time (5-free service 1-paid service).. I was facing a crank noise problem due to insufficient oil supply through out the engine case from 3000kms.. I register my complaint about these problem from my 3rd free service.. But till date it was not rectified by the city motors angamali branch.. They are treat me like a joker.. Till date i ran my bike for 15k kms. I have a warranty period balance and engine warranty kms limit tooo... I need from hero motocorp to take effective action for my bike's problem.. And the fed up created by the showroom itself was totally untolarated one... Please take the immediate action...

    I purchased hf deluxe on 2 november 2018 from taran angad motors. Its first service was on 31 december2018 second service 28 march 2019 third 29 june and 4th was on 5 october 2019 and 5th service was due today on 13 january 2020. When we took our vehicle for 5th service at tanushka motors they said that our 4th service was skipped hence fifth was done on 5october 2019. But diference between 4th and 3rd service was 98 days along with this 3rd service tax invoice had next service due date 7 october 2019 but we git it done on 5 october 2019. And on 4th service invoice next due date was 13 january 2020. Hence please get our vehicle serviced.

    I'm going to Hero Workshop and i'm told the matter to the engineer, they told me Rim is not under warranty for the air leakage. They told me if this problem persist within 1st service then he will provide me a support. I'm purchasing my bike in 31st march 2018 for the SUR MOTORS(Khadina Mode, West Bengal)

      Dear sir,

      I would like to inform you that i pankaj mittal went for my bike (Passion pro) service at your sector 5, gurgaon service station. I purchased this bike from kanpur, uttar pradesh and i shifted to gurgaon due to job purpose. On one hand when i was in kanpur i always get my bike serviced from the main service centre and there they always checked and cleaned the inside and used good quality products for service but on the other hand in gurgaon sector 5 service station they only cleaned the bike from water and also did not cleaned it properly. They did not wipe it after wash and we cleaned it by ourselves and the mechanics were sitting. When i asked them to polish the bike they told me that polish is finished. They are not having it. When i told the mechanic that when i was in kanpur the mechanic there used to clean from inside and you only changed the filter he told me that “ wo sab bewakoof bana rahein hain”. And also i want to tell you that in kanpur after bike service i always get a confirmation call from hero call center to collect reviews but here in gurgaon i was waiting for the call but i didn’t get it so i had to tell you all the happening by this mail. I want to ask you that what type of irresponsibility is shown by the people in the service station. So i would like you to take strict actions and do the needful.

        महोदय मेरी वाहन साल भर के अंदर दो बार ऐसी समस्या आ गई मैं सेंचुरी बाइक्स बड़ोदरा एवं मां भवानी मोटर्स छोटा उदयपुर में शिकायत किया पहली बार मेरी इंजन का मरम्मत किया गया और गाड़ी अभी मेरी बहुत कम चली है और अभी गाड़ी अंडर वारंटी में है गाड़ी में समस्या पुनः उसी प्रकार से उत्पन्न हो गई है लेकिन कंपनी के जो टेरिटरी मैनेजर हैं वह मेरी समस्या को सुनने को तैयार नहीं है अतः तत्काल इस मौके पर सुनवाई कर आई है और मेरी बहन कम उचित समस्या का निदान कराया जाए वाहन मेरी 15 दिन से लगभग खड़ी है

        महोदय अभी तक मेरी समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ है और ना ही कंपनी के किसी भी अधिकारी ने मुझे कॉल या ईमेल के माध्यम से से मुझे समस्या के बारे में बात किया हैl मेरी वाहन खराब हुए 1 महीने होने को आए लेकिन अभी तक मुझे कोई समाधान नहीं मिला है मैं हीरो मोटोकॉर्प वडोदरा के कंपनी के टेरिटरी मैनेजर से भी बात किया हूं लेकिन वह भी समाधान नहीं दे पा रहे हैं और बार बार बातों को घुमा रहे हैं अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए उनके ऊपर उचित कार्रवाई की जाए और पिछले 25 दिनों से मुझे जो तकलीफ उठानी पड़ रही है उसकी भरपाई कराई जाए

        इनके द्वारा फ्यूल एडल्टरेशन की समस्या की वजह से इंजन में खराबी आई है ऐसा वक्तव्य भी दिया गया है
        लेकिन यह लिखित रूप में इंधन गुणवत्ता परीक्षण प्रमाण पत्र देने से इंकार कर रहे हैं ना ही इनके द्वारा मेरे वाहन का इंधन गुणवत्ता परीक्षण किया गया है बस केवल यह एक अपनी खामी को छुपा रहे हैं
        एवं यह हमारे समस्या के निदान करने के लिए आनाकानी कर रहे हैं और सही जवाब नहीं दे रहे हैं कृपया आप इनके ऊपर उचित कार्रवाई करें

            Hi,
            I had purchased my maestro edge in the year 2017 and the dealership (Adyar hero moto corp) assured the engine is a life time warranty since this is the first engine manufactured by hero without the alliance of honda. It's been only 2 years and i have rebored the engine 3 times and this is the fourth time the engine is having an issue and the mechanic is again suggesting for a reboring to be done. I really don't understand, the fake promises the dealership try to guarantee to tap customers in persuading them to purchase a vehicle.

            In one of the services in 2018, the vehicle accelerator cable was not properly coiled when they handed over the vehicle to me, unaware of that, i was about to meet with a collision. I couldn't apply brakes when the vehicle was revved automatically to a 50km speed just by turning on the ignition. They are so careless about the safety and customer experience.

            I am writing this so an agitated heart, this time i am not going to spend on an engine, please either change the engine or be gracious enough to bear the expense of the vehicle service.

            This is outrageous, i expect a call in return for this asap.

              Very very very bad service i called on this no many times [protected] most of the time they did't received my call today 10 january 2020 i called on this no 4 - 5 times when a lady pick my call & she said i dont have knowledge how to check the bike's service status on computer after to many calles they said you can come & pick your bike & when i reached on joshi road service center, service center was closed i live in greater noida we have 5 bikes of hero we always use joshi road service center now we will never goint to use your service again... I will shere is with my friends also...

                  Dear sir,
                  I have done 4th service of my bike hero glamour fi registration no-od34h4790 on 07/11/2019 at soumik automobiles jajpur road showroom workshop. From 2nd service complained to workshop manager about problems
                  1) to drive 1 -2 km at speed of 70-80 km/h bike automatically start off.
                  2) sound in front wheel brake caliper.
                  3) meter reset button.
                  No any problems rectified by them till now. Please do needful.

                      Sir/madam,

                      I have purchased an xtreme bike in september 2014. Initially, there were no issues with the motorcycle. But after 6 months, we were facing a frequent issue in bike ignition as on date. We have changed the ignition coil & battery several times but no intended output observed. During riding of bike many times my bike engine went off for no reason. I don't wish to raise a complaint about any service dealer. But, no service dealer could be able to provide the right solution in this regard. Even they were also in a state of confusion about my bike problem. Hence i certainly believe that there was an issue in the bike manufacturing itself. So i'm requesting you to take my defective bike and replace with the other.

                        hero destini 125 - i3s technology not working.

                        I purchase hero destini 125 vx scooty purchase dated 8.6.2019. But this bike always shows disturbing me for starting problem, i3s technology not woking, normal stand also moving when scooty speed around 60KM/H.

                        Brought new duet scooter on new year date 01/01/2020. But till today i have not received the standard accessories like side stand, foot rest etc. Also i have paid for external accessories sum of Rs.3300/- those accessories are also not given to me.

                        Since no side stand given I have to put the vehicle on middle stand every now and then.

                        I am asking the dealer for accessories but they are saying they don't have, they say they have ordered. Since I leave in Pune these bike is used by my father.
                        Father gets angry since he is not able to put the middle stand every now and then due to lack of side stand.

Its reading was 33494 and by mistake its written 34400 and its updated in ur online services details and its done in singhla jaitpur hero authorised service. So i have inform it that there will be not any problem in case in warranty.

And don't bother for installments again and again... You have filed a case in the lok adalat. I am writing against your company.in the consumer form. You will be responsible for that. I had given the money for the whole bike. So you guys gave us the third class thing.. I want all these actions in writing that the engine of the new bike opens in a year. Then i will be satisfied.. The bike is parked in the house like a useless thing.. We need answers as soon as possible.. Whoever is the head of department of your company. Make him aware.. And i want an answer very soon...

And now in between 33500 its again not working... Self also not working properly.. And now a days my bike required 12th services. And when i visit ur authorised service center poineer service shaheen bagh... Staff says ur 2 services missing.. But i have all 11th services paper with stamp when after service done i get it from service center. Its not my fault he/she updated in his/her system or not. So its my personal request to kindly check it and resolve. My bike registration no is dl3sdt2029.

                                I bought hero passion pro i3s new bike, on 16/03/2019... At m/s shree samarth automotive hero motocorp showroom nh-17, verna salcate, goa - 403722.

                                Problem: gear noise is more at 1st and while running 2nd is more..
                                I told at 1st service about gear problem but didn't solve.. And again at 2nd service no problem solve.. And 3rd service is cancelled for lote of 4days... And again i explained the gear problem at 4th free service the problem didn't solve..

                                  I am from odisha, angul district, talcher town. I purchased hero maestro on diwali 2018 for my 69 year old father. From day of purchase to still now he is facing more problem with this vehicle. He is taking the scooter to the dealer every week to short out this issue. The tubeless tyre is not efficient to hold the air in it. Every day he is pressurizing the tyre. And the head light is giving some sound, it seems that it is loose in its place. The dealer is saying all maestro is coming like this and unofficially they are giving some sponge or rubber type material inside the headlight. Really i cannot believe hero company is providing his scooter with loose headlight..

And genuine customers are waiting for a day. Also employees are very slow. Any person can appeal for his right, they are misbehave to customer.

                                      I purchased hero maestro edge and for i year it did not have any trouble. Currently i am facing starting issues, when i put the ignition key and turn it on its silent after many attempts its starting. I have done all my services properly and last service i did a paid service where i spent almost three thousand for oil leakage from the engine. The service guys not able to detect the issue properly.
