1. I had bought hero Honda HF deluxe motorcycle from rajaram dharnia motors in bikaner on 14 Aug 2013. At that time, they had promised that high security number plate of the motor cycle will be installed in next 15 days I.e. By 29 Aug 2013. 2. Till now they have not issued the RC & not placed high security no plate inspite of repeated requests by me and also not giving any specific dates for the same. 3. Necessary action should be initiated against such defaulters....

Hero Motocorp — Faulty Product - Pleasure Bike

Hi, I purchased a pleasure bike from Hero Showroom in June 2012. By April 2013 I had engine seisure issue for which i had to fight with the service centres and Hero Service engineer to repair it in companys charge as it was in Warranty period. From Rs.7000 after several fights they came down to around Rs.300. Within a month, the bike made heavy bullet like sound and they fixed it within a day. In June 2013 I gave for 4th service along with a complaint that my indicator sound went off and button start was not working. They said they fixed it for which i paid Rs.75 but before i took it...

Hero Motocorp Ltd — poor service

Sir, I am Mr. M S Steve from Kerala. I brought a CBZ extrem (KL05 AF 2886) from hero Dealer shop at Kottayam (Jubily). I took insurance through hero dealers itself. Unfortunately on the 2nd day just after the 3rd service from their authorized Dealer shop, I met with an accident with a drunken bike rider who lacked even his driving license (case is filed by me). what ever it is, I gave my bike for repair in the same service center and, now it has become more than 2 months..... and the reponse from the authorities regarding my complaint was futile. They did?t even bothered to even enquire or report...

Hero Motocorp — Super Splendor Poor mileage 39

I purchased the super splendor on Jan 2013 and I am driving it for the past six months and I completed two services. Both the services were done in authorized service centers in Chennai. I am getting poor mileage of 39 from the date I purchased. I purchased the vehicle in my native place Vellore and the showroom people said I will get mileage around 50-55. But currently I totally not satisfied with the Bike mileage. I am also having gear shift problem. I informed to the service people, but they are saying it is fixed but still I am facing issues. So far I had run 3000 KMS.

I'm giving my bike for service to Bhagath motors for past one year and not even a single time, they had serviced my bike good. every time i will have to go after 2-3 days of my bike service to complaint that something is not working. Yesterday I have given my bike to them and till now they hasn't even called me once to tell that my bike is not yet ready. I went there two times by walk to ask them the status. Hero Motocorp Splendor Pro — Repayment of cancelled amount

I had booked the splendor pro on 1/4/2013 with the amount of Rs. 5600. After a month when i didnt got any confirmation call, i went to the max motors (mulund - mumbai) branch of hero honda motocorp that is when i was informed that the branch is closing. Being a new customer I would like to know that is there any responsibility, accountability of Authorized service center regarding before and after sells service
Are They responsible at any extent to follow the guidelines and directions of the manufacturer or not .Or they are free to do any way with the customer as well as vehicle.

Is there any standardization norms for Authorized service center and dealers

I'm irritated by the service provided by the service centers. Sir, I wanna tell you that my vehicle HERO PLEASURE(BR2P-0530) is in warranty period.

I have booked Hero Maestro on 28/12/2012. Since then I am following up with the showroom for the invoice which they should have given upfrontly to me.

I had given my Bike for repair/service on 29th October, 2012 to Apex Automobiles Pvt Ltd( Address - 470, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi-92)
Till date , I have made plenty of phone calls to Apex Automobiles Pvt Ltd. They keep on giving me a date to deliver the Bike , but make excuses (part being unavailable etc) I am doubtful if it is an authorised Hero Motocorp Service centre that they are running or a roadside SHOP ??

Hero Moto Corp — extraordinary delay in delivery



2)At the time of booking i was told that it will take 30-45 days maximum.now even after 65 days dealer was not able to deliver the vehicle.Unfortunately dealer was not able to tell when the vehicle can be delivered.And also after 65 days he was asking me to book with another dealer or go for other vehicle.
