Hi,
I had purchased my maestro edge in the year 2017 and the dealership (Adyar hero moto corp) assured the engine is a life time warranty since this is the first engine manufactured by hero without the alliance of honda. It's been only 2 years and i have rebored the engine 3 times and this is the fourth time the engine is having an issue and the mechanic is again suggesting for a reboring to be done. I really don't understand, the fake promises the dealership try to guarantee to tap customers in persuading them to purchase a vehicle.

In one of the services in 2018, the vehicle accelerator cable was not properly coiled when they handed over the vehicle to me, unaware of that, i was about to meet with a collision. I couldn't apply brakes when the vehicle was revved automatically to a 50km speed just by turning on the ignition. They are so careless about the safety and customer experience.

I am writing this so an agitated heart, this time i am not going to spend on an engine, please either change the engine or be gracious enough to bear the expense of the vehicle service.

This is outrageous, i expect a call in return for this asap.

    Very very very bad service i called on this no many times [protected] most of the time they did't received my call today 10 january 2020 i called on this no 4 - 5 times when a lady pick my call & she said i dont have knowledge how to check the bike's service status on computer after to many calles they said you can come & pick your bike & when i reached on joshi road service center, service center was closed i live in greater noida we have 5 bikes of hero we always use joshi road service center now we will never goint to use your service again... I will shere is with my friends also...

      I brought barnd new xpulse 200 fi at 22/12/2019 at focuz biwheelers, kadavanthra, kochi, kerala. But i got scratched hand guard and both mud guards and time meter and switch the sales guy told me it will be replace in first service. Today done my first service but nothing is replaced and the service advisor hold 2 days my xpulse but still it's scratched and dirty and i'm not satisfied with the service can you solve the issue is please.         Dear sir,
        I have done 4th service of my bike hero glamour fi registration no-od34h4790 on 07/11/2019 at soumik automobiles jajpur road showroom workshop. From 2nd service complained to workshop manager about problems
        1) to drive 1 -2 km at speed of 70-80 km/h bike automatically start off.
        2) sound in front wheel brake caliper.
        3) meter reset button.
        No any problems rectified by them till now. Please do needful.

            Sir/madam,

            I have purchased an xtreme bike in september 2014. Initially, there were no issues with the motorcycle. But after 6 months, we were facing a frequent issue in bike ignition as on date. We have changed the ignition coil & battery several times but no intended output observed. During riding of bike many times my bike engine went off for no reason. I don't wish to raise a complaint about any service dealer. But, no service dealer could be able to provide the right solution in this regard. Even they were also in a state of confusion about my bike problem. Hence i certainly believe that there was an issue in the bike manufacturing itself. So i'm requesting you to take my defective bike and replace with the other.

              hero destini 125 - i3s technology not working.

              I purchase hero destini 125 vx scooty purchase dated 8.6.2019. But this bike always shows disturbing me for starting problem, i3s technology not woking, normal stand also moving when scooty speed around 60KM/H.

              Brought new duet scooter on new year date 01/01/2020. But till today i have not received the standard accessories like side stand, foot rest etc. Also i have paid for external accessories sum of Rs.3300/- those accessories are also not given to me.

              I am asking the dealer for accessories but they are saying they don't have, they say they have ordered. Since I leave in Pune these bike is used by my father.
              Father gets angry since he is not able to put the middle stand every now and then due to lack of side stand.

                Today is 8th jan 2020.. I have serviced my bike super splendor registration no dl3sdt2029. At the time of 12th services[protected] or 90 days before old service. Its reading was 33494 and by mistake its written 34400 and its updated in ur online services details and its done in singhla jaitpur hero authorised service. So i have inform it that there will be not any problem in case in warranty.

And don't bother for installments again and again... You have filed a case in the lok adalat. I am writing against your company.in the consumer form. You will be responsible for that. I had given the money for the whole bike. So you guys gave us the third class thing.. I want all these actions in writing that the engine of the new bike opens in a year. Then i will be satisfied.. The bike is parked in the house like a useless thing.. We need answers as soon as possible.. Whoever is the head of department of your company. Make him aware.. And i want an answer very soon...

I have bought a super splendor bike in 2017 from arc motors okhla phase - 1 new delhi 110020.in between 20000 kms my bike exide battery was not working and its changed as per given service book warranty. And now in between 33500 its again not working... Self also not working properly.. And now a days my bike required 12th services. And when i visit ur authorised service center poineer service shaheen bagh... Staff says ur 2 services missing.. But i have all 11th services paper with stamp when after service done i get it from service center. Its not my fault he/she updated in his/her system or not.                       Problem: gear noise is more at 1st and while running 2nd is more..
                      I told at 1st service about gear problem but didn't solve.. And again at 2nd service no problem solve.. And 3rd service is cancelled for lote of 4days... And again i explained the gear problem at 4th free service the problem didn't solve..

                      Problem: GEAR noise is more at 1st and while running 2nd is more..

                        I am from odisha, angul district, talcher town. I purchased hero maestro on diwali 2018 for my 69 year old father. From day of purchase to still now he is facing more problem with this vehicle. He is taking the scooter to the dealer every week to short out this issue. The tubeless tyre is not efficient to hold the air in it. Every day he is pressurizing the tyre. And the head light is giving some sound, it seems that it is loose in its place. The dealer is saying all maestro is coming like this and unofficially they are giving some sponge or rubber type material inside the headlight. Really i cannot believe hero company is providing his scooter with loose headlight..

                            I purchased hero maestro edge and for i year it did not have any trouble. Currently i am facing starting issues, when i put the ignition key and turn it on its silent after many attempts its starting. I have done all my services properly and last service i did a paid service where i spent almost three thousand for oil leakage from the engine. The service guys not able to detect the issue properly.

                              Hi,

                              I am using hero maestro scooter and have sent it for servicing at avenue auto, dombivli on 02/01/2020.
                              Main issue was that while driving it was making loud noise from the back of it.
                              We have been told the cost estimation will be around 1000/-. Then, after sometime, we have been told that there are some issues with bearings and other parts that needs to be replaced, so the cost may go around 2200/-. Agreeing to what the service person said and we gave the scooter to them for servicing. After 2 days, when we called them, we have been told there few more checks to be done and we will get the scooter by evening. At evening, i called them back, and the service person informed us that the scooter is ready. And amount went to rs. 2479/- when i received my scooter, it is making same noise as earlier. No improvement at all. Now, when i called them back regarding the issue not resolved, firstly the person was talking were rudely and trying to show his arrogance. He said it cant be repaired and i will have to spend more rs. 5000/- if i want to solve the noise problem.
                              How come they quote firstly, 1000/-, then 2200/- and then billed with approx 2500/-. And even then not solve the problem. Also, i have been informed that the scooter is ready. If the problem is not resolved, how come they call and say it is ready and pick it up. If the problem cannot be resolved, i should informed first about it. Now we have paid the total amount but the problem still exists. They have changed n number of parts mentioned in the invoice.

                                I have come accross the worst service provider. They have ruined my vehicle. I had given my vehicle for full service, they took whole 2 days for service, but even after service the faults i had metioned to mend by service, were still there, and in addition, they had added new problems to my vehicle. My vehicle's sound is too much noisey after i have given for service. When i complained about all of them, they asked to bring vehicle one more time, which i agreed and gave them my vehicle. And when they returned my vehicle after that, i noticed that nothing was done, but my vehicle was have more and more trouble. My vehicle is having many issues now, just because of the worst service.                                   My self Shabnam Ara from kolkata.
                                  Every time i am facing the same problem about servicing and insurance claim in kolkata, taratalla.
                                  I've already paid the full amount but the result is zero.
                                  Yesterday i paid 1814 rupees service+insurance claim and the manager S. bose he told me that your vehicle is ok and i took my vehicle and went back to home but in the middle of road i am facing the problem like looking glass is not fitted properly and CABLE COMP SPDMT is not working and HEAD COVER, GREECING AND OIL FILTER, S. bose took the full amount but not give the parts properly. I will never ever bare this type of service as u are giving. Its totally worth.
                                  Today i am here in service center in kolkata, taratalla and the manager is not here, one washing boy his name is Vijesh, told me that yesterday his manager S.Bose forcefully told him to open the parts even he dont know any thing about vehicle because he is not a mechanic.
                                  Now i am very angry...

                                    Problem in self start, i3s start and everytime I have to use kick start things getting very complicated and I am feeling that I have committed a mistake of buying this scooter, my friends told me to buy tvs ntorq but due to belief in Hero motocorp I choose Hero destini please help me to solve this problem I am in a big trouble my money should not be wasted
