I bought hero mobilecycle from Ganpatti Automobile Mansa on 18/10/2019 on cash having model number HFDLXSELF .But a few days later, its battery gone no longer operable. Hence, its starter couldn't turn its engine. I made call at customer care number, they asked me to give back to the agency from where i bought it for further replacement. On 20 December 2019 I gave it back to the agency and they give it back on 24 as replacement, but it was same battery not a new one. Now again i am having same battery problem.
So how much time i have to suffer? I have paid money to buy motorcycle not to get harassed. My time and money is getting wasted to run for agency and calling to customer care for solution of this problem.
I have paid money for new motorcycle not for used one, that i have to pay again again for repair. I cannot go to agency leaving behind my work.

still unresolved... please look into the matter.
Very bad experience with hero chandan service centre bhoothnath road patna.
Two day ago i am giving my scooty for repairing.but still my scooty was not repaired.
Please confirm how much time required for service.

    Dear heromoto corp
    Kindly inform to you that i have submitted my bike for insurance claim in accident they do not repair my bike upto the mark they changed front light head meter and front fendor but yet they have not provided my bike in proper condition its meter is not working and head light is swinging while driving they donot generated the invoice yet
    So i request you to please look into this matter and repair my bike upto my satisfaction
    And provide my bill so i can claim its amount from insurance company

      I purchased hero splender+ 2016 om bike showroom mysore road bangalore same showroom serviced i have provided last month 30/11/2019 along with joy card 2700/- and again getting trouble before one month of rs 2318/- i ask to showroom why trouble we are working properly please attached video for reference

        Sir l call to navya motors gorakhpur for my bike number plate. I got msg from rto on 11 december and i contact to navya motors for collecting my number plate they say it will take 1 weak. But i call on 29 december. They are not give proper reply about collecting of number plate. And a rto person name manish in navya motor pick the call and not give proper reply.

          I complaint about ABS break when i use ABS twice in one time break lever getting hard, COMPLAINT done from 25 October 2019 today more than 2 months finished but still my problem even i visited authorised dealer workshop more than 5 time it's fare from my address more than 30 km one time meet hero motocorp engineer but still not resolved my problem . please check and do needful as soon as possible.

            My newely bike both alloy wheel crack when i was driving in speed of 45 to 55 suddenly i cross the pit hole of road and air come out from back wheel with sound. I think tyre is gone but i surprise both it's back wheel is badly crack and front alloy wheel band also.
            Hero service centre changed back
            Wheel to show accident claim. But should i be happy or very sad about hero quality. How wheel can be crack by this small incident. I am little worried about other parts also.
            Hope you check material composition at rock man end.

              23/12/2019 ko gaya to 10 ghante bathane ke bad bola gaya ki ap apni bike le jao agr ap ko isase jada एवरेज & speed chahiye to ap yor bhi mahgi bike purchase kar lijiy yeh bike 35/40 la hi average deti hai
              Jabki purchase karte smay 65 ka average tha aur bataya bhi gaya tha

                  I’m facing the starting problem form the day 1 i’ve purchased. Very poor mileage and heavy vibration on the head light.
                  Machine making very irritating noise when driving and when starting the scooter..
                  I’ve been to servicing center many times the problem is still the same.
                  Totally unsatisfied with the product and the issue is not getting resolved even after visiting the servicing center many times

                    I have purchased hero duet on 08/10/2018. From day one, i feel issues in it. Automatically its stops anywhere and not get started. Several times i have taken this vehicle to the showroom and registered a complaint about the starting issue.
                    Several times they ask me to pull chowk and start every time with kick. I did the same but still, i am using the same issues. I face multiple problems during riding this vehicle. I have to go outside of my town 5-10 km daily. And sometimes it stops in a place where i couldn't find help. Scotty didn't start at once. I also take all the services from an authorized showroom. But the same problem consists. I am helpless now. I have taken this vehicle in 66000/- and since day one i faces issues in starting. It stops anytime. Even service center is not able to rectify the issue in last one year. I need help.

                            regular servicing charges

                            When i going in regular services of my two wheeler vehicle, they are charging of cleaning and polishing under regular service and they are not doing this job.
                            Without reason they are charging this money in most of hero service center and company not taking care of this type of issue.
                            I request to you that kindly take review of my complaint and resolved as early as possible, so that next time company will do this type unnecessary...

                              I have done servicing of my hero duet from your authorised service centre, kranti chowk, aurangabad, maharashtra on 17 dec 19. Neither they have cleaned carborator nor filter. They just have done the washing and given it back. They have not done anything which has to be done in routine normal servicing. This all have come to my notice on 19 dec just after two days of servicing when my motorcycle has started troubling in the middle of the road. It was automatically getting cut off. When i have taken it to the nearest garage i was really shocked to see the dust and the mechanic told me that your vehicle was not even opened for servicing. Then after getting it serviceable i took it to your service centre but it was closed due to some reason. I am from defence and going back to my work place today itself, so cannot go again to service centre till my next leave. Kindly look into the matter and expect you to take action against the defaulters. My vehicle was received by mr [protected]@[protected].

                                I am nizam from malappuram, kerala. I have purchased a hero honda xpulse 200 from mark motors perinthalmanna - malappuram, kerala. I had a very bad experience with the dealer and their staffs and service department.

                                I have booked a above said vehicle and they said vehicle will be delivered today. But they failed to delivered the bike. I was keep on tracking them over phone and person many times, but there is no proper responce from the employees of the shop. Finally on 07th dec 2019 i went to the shop again i told them for my refund they said give me a last chance they will deliver bike today. Finally they delivered the bike with a separate handle guard service booklet, waranty book. But they said that all these items will be delivered within a week. But i went to the shop heal a lot of times, but the employees of the shop never treated me well, their behaviour was very very very very rude and service department employees of the shop very irresponsible and they make me fool. Their attitude was soo discusting. I dont know why the company is hiring like this kind of third rate fellows. And i requesting you to provide a good showroom in malappuram. The peoples likes your new bike xpulse 200 and here more demand, thats why they are doing like this. Its too much mark motors in perinthalmanna. And am still not get my first service please provide me good showroom near me. I hope hero will start a new showroom in malappuram. We are waiting for that. Kindly revert with a favorable reply.

                                  मै राजस्थान जयपुर से हु मैंने न्यू hero hf deluxe (Jt9682)मोटर साईकल 8 जून 2019 को खरीदी थी जिसके बाद गाड़ी का 100/- के पेट्रोल मै 30 से 35 किलोमीटर चल पा रही है मैंने आप के सर्विस सेंटर पर 3 बार गाड़ी को चेक करबा चुका हु जिसमे 2 सर्विस भी हो चुकी है न्यू सांगानेर रोड हार्दिक मोटर्स पर लेकिन कोई भी समाधान नही निकाल पाये ओर अलग अलग प्रकार के भुगतान लिया गया बोलने पर कहा गया ये warranty मै नही आता है ये चार्ज तो देना ही होगा, मेरी गाड़ी 3900 केएम चल चुकी है जिसमे 12000 /- से ज्यादा का पेट्रोल जला चुकी है मेरा आप से निवेदन है की मेरी प्रॉबलम का समाधान किया जाए, जिससे मै मेरा समय और धन की बर्बादी को बचा सकू, मुझे आप से पूरा विस्वास है की आप मेरा समस्या कोई जल्दी से ठीक कर करगे, एबं ऐसे सर्विस सेंटर पर कारवाई करे जिनकी बजह से कंपनी का नाम बदनाम होता है ओर कस्टमर को परेशान होने से बचाया जा सके,

                                    This mail is regarding maestro edge 125 fi, vehical reg. No. Dl3sel3735 scooty which i had purchased on 25th october 2019 on my brother’s name mr. Praveen kumar prasad from pashupati motors, 84 adhchini, sri aurobindo marg, new delhi-17. Since i purchased it i am facing the problem with self start and acceleration system. When i accelerate it after 40 km/hr it sounds as if i am accelerating it at 80km/hr speed and acceleration gets heavy.

                                    On 8th december i gave scooty for 1st service to pashupati motors, neb sarai service centre (Invoice no. 10376cl19v12738 and job card no.[protected]rjc[protected] and informed them regarding the problem i am facing that every time i need to apply kick to start the scooty and acceleration gets heavy. They called me on the same evening to handover scooty and confirmed me that both the problems are solved.

                                    On the very next day again i faced same issue. Again i went to them on 11th december and after keeping it for 6 days they handed over scooty to me on 19th evening and said that the engineer from the company has checked the scooty and now everything is fine. (Date mentioned on the delivery slip is 13th december but they handed over to me on 19th december 2019 evening-attached).

                                    On 20th morning (Today) when i started the scooty it stopped after 2 minutes and did not start even applying kick. Now again i have handed over scooty to them. The employee from service centre who had came to hand over the scooty to me said that i need to apply left hand break and at the same time while self starting it need to give some acceleration also. Does it make a sense? This kind of technology is being provided by heromotocorp? I am highly disappointed by this scooty which is handed over to me. How come this scooty came to showroom and then to me without checking that it has a problem with self start?

                                    I purchased top model maestro edge 125 fi worth rs. 76000/- having thought that this is the best company in two wheelers with bestest product. Is this what i am getting in return? I could also have purchased honda activa 125 but did not. It means i should have followed the footstep of my friends those purchased honda scooties. It means i am wrong. I had not expected this from heromotocorp product.

                                    I request you to please change this scooty. I have paid entire amount to heromotocorp and does not deserve defective scooty.

                                    I expect a reply from your end asap.
