Dear sir/madam,

I am nizam from malappuram, kerala. I have purchased a hero honda xpulse 200 from mark motors perinthalmanna - malappuram, kerala. I had a very bad experience with the dealer and their staffs and service department.

I have booked a above said vehicle and they said vehicle will be delivered today. But they failed to delivered the bike. I was keep on tracking them over phone and person many times, but there is no proper responce from the employees of the shop. Finally on 07th dec 2019 i went to the shop again i told them for my refund they said give me a last chance they will deliver bike today. Finally they delivered the bike with a separate handle guard service booklet, waranty book. But they said that all these items will be delivered within a week. But i went to the shop heal a lot of times, but the employees of the shop never treated me well, their behaviour was very very very very rude and service department employees of the shop very irresponsible and they make me fool. Their attitude was soo discusting. I dont know why the company is hiring like this kind of third rate fellows. And i requesting you to provide a good showroom in malappuram. The peoples likes your new bike xpulse 200 and here more demand, thats why they are doing like this. Its too much mark motors in perinthalmanna. And am still not get my first service please provide me good showroom near me. I hope hero will start a new showroom in malappuram. We are waiting for that. Kindly revert with a favorable reply.

    मै राजस्थान जयपुर से हु मैंने न्यू hero hf deluxe (Jt9682)मोटर साईकल 8 जून 2019 को खरीदी थी जिसके बाद गाड़ी का 100/- के पेट्रोल मै 30 से 35 किलोमीटर चल पा रही है मैंने आप के सर्विस सेंटर पर 3 बार गाड़ी को चेक करबा चुका हु जिसमे 2 सर्विस भी हो चुकी है न्यू सांगानेर रोड हार्दिक मोटर्स पर लेकिन कोई भी समाधान नही निकाल पाये ओर अलग अलग प्रकार के भुगतान लिया गया बोलने पर कहा गया ये warranty मै नही आता है ये चार्ज तो देना ही होगा, मेरी गाड़ी 3900 केएम चल चुकी है जिसमे 12000 /- से ज्यादा का पेट्रोल जला चुकी है मेरा आप से निवेदन है की मेरी प्रॉबलम का समाधान किया जाए, जिससे मै मेरा समय और धन की बर्बादी को बचा सकू, मुझे आप से पूरा विस्वास है की आप मेरा समस्या कोई जल्दी से ठीक कर करगे, एबं ऐसे सर्विस सेंटर पर कारवाई करे जिनकी बजह से कंपनी का नाम बदनाम होता है ओर कस्टमर को परेशान होने से बचाया जा सके,

      This mail is regarding maestro edge 125 fi, vehical reg. No. Dl3sel3735 scooty which i had purchased on 25th october 2019 on my brother’s name mr. Praveen kumar prasad from pashupati motors, 84 adhchini, sri aurobindo marg, new delhi-17. Since i purchased it i am facing the problem with self start and acceleration system. When i accelerate it after 40 km/hr it sounds as if i am accelerating it at 80km/hr speed and acceleration gets heavy.

      On 8th december i gave scooty for 1st service to pashupati motors, neb sarai service centre (Invoice no. 10376cl19v12738 and job card no.[protected]rjc[protected] and informed them regarding the problem i am facing that every time i need to apply kick to start the scooty and acceleration gets heavy. They called me on the same evening to handover scooty and confirmed me that both the problems are solved.

      On the very next day again i faced same issue. Again i went to them on 11th december and after keeping it for 6 days they handed over scooty to me on 19th evening and said that the engineer from the company has checked the scooty and now everything is fine. (Date mentioned on the delivery slip is 13th december but they handed over to me on 19th december 2019 evening-attached).

      On 20th morning (Today) when i started the scooty it stopped after 2 minutes and did not start even applying kick. Now again i have handed over scooty to them. The employee from service centre who had came to hand over the scooty to me said that i need to apply left hand break and at the same time while self starting it need to give some acceleration also. Does it make a sense? This kind of technology is being provided by heromotocorp? I am highly disappointed by this scooty which is handed over to me. How come this scooty came to showroom and then to me without checking that it has a problem with self start?

      I purchased top model maestro edge 125 fi worth rs. 76000/- having thought that this is the best company in two wheelers with bestest product. Is this what i am getting in return? I could also have purchased honda activa 125 but did not. It means i should have followed the footstep of my friends those purchased honda scooties. It means i am wrong. I had not expected this from heromotocorp product.

      I request you to please change this scooty. I have paid entire amount to heromotocorp and does not deserve defective scooty.

      I expect a reply from your end asap.

        Authorise service centre of hero motocorp, habsiguda, hyderabad, has not serviced by karizma zmr bike properly. I have said oil leakage problem and others problem also, then haven't done it properly and handed me bike and took charges also, i have faced the leakage problem after two days of servicing, i went and complained about the problem now they are saying engine needs to be opened and it will cost around 5000rs. I said what they have previously i gave them bike i don't have that much time to roam every day to the service centre. Once given should be done properly now i gave complaint they wantedly saying more and they only said they dont have spares. If they dont have spares how they wil do the major repair. Just to waste my money they are saying like that and they dont know how to service the bike also. I request to take serious action against this as they are not doing servicing properly and wasting customer money, this is not only my problem many others problem also.

          I bought passion pro 110 from gold star motors pune. 84 is the company's mileage given and dealer said it will give at least 70 or 75 average. It's been 6 months i bought this bike still not getting 55 average and even back wheel also got punctured i have to change the tube with new one in just 6 months.
          I went through 3 hero services centers in pune even though no solution provided by them everyone is saying like you will get average after 2000km some says 4000km and another says that after 2 to 3 services you will get good mileage. Gold star motors says that after 4th service you will get an average or after 10000km. See the difference between committed and current average of my bike. I don't know what is the issue in bike either they sold me a damaged/defected product or may be made changes in bike parts while servicing. Just helpless after visiting 3 hero services.
          Need help for the same i want inspection of my bike

            I alok awasthi get service my bike xpluse 200 at jilmil industrial area in hero motor service center, at km 500, this is my first service but in service center dont care bike service properly and dont put engine oil in bike.

            Last 2 days my bike is not perform satisfactory so go at local service center and check engine oil i saw in my bike is no engine oil. I purchase engine and put in my bike. This is my very bed experience. Plz do need full

              Front brake issue - disc brake gets stuck while riding on bumpy roads. Accident happened because of this issue. Notified bhanu and lakshmi hero somajiguda. They changed some parts but still the issue is not resolved. Front brake is rubbing on disc and causing the entire motorcycle to be unstable.
              Initially bhanu hero has been notified but they told me that they have done some changes. After 3 days the issue started again. I gave the bike for servicing at sri lakshmi hero somajiguda on 12th dec and told them about this issue. They have changed brake pads and told me that it's fixed. Since then the brakes pads have been rubbing against the disc and in pot holes the brake lever gets hard and it becomes unusable. Due to this issue i have been met with an accident and hit a car in front of me. Service engineers are clueless about this issue and are trying to fix something which is not broken.

              Rc pending form last 4month
              Hello Hero Team,

              I have purchased my Xpulse 200 in September 2019. There is issue with front disc, the break will get jam and there is a sound while riding and it's very dangerous I have faced this while riding. Due to this issue I have missed accident. I have reported this issue in second service but they have not fixed the issue and said this is how ABS works fr this bike.

              Kindly please fix this issue. I have seen same issue accouered for Xpulse.

                This bike has a design flaw with the abs sensor. Hence, i have had too many close calls but have tried to save myself from an accident. I have contacted heromotocorp through instagram aand have visited the service center but no avail. All i get is a generic reply, but my issues are not solved till date.

                Front spokes had a faulty nut since day 1, but spares are not available. Same with the rear rim. Both are running out due to faulty spoke nuts. Now the alternator has some issues. Bike is dead completely. Fortpoint is not taking things seriously. Plus i do not have a spare bike for daily commute. This is the 21st century and heromotocorp is still struggling to manufacture a 200 cc bike. This is really shameful and disheartening to believe, but this is the truth. God forbid, but if any untoward circumstances happen due to this faulty bike, then who should we consumers hold responsible.
                P. S. : the abs issue is in every bike manufactured by hero motocorp. Model: (Xpulse 200)

                  No service only making customer fool. i had a manufacture defect in my scooty maestro edge 125 fi it does not start at all in morning with self and hero is advertising all weather self start it does not start on single morning no one in the service center is able to solve even the manager said to me that now we can't do anything. please help me at least if a scooter has a problem then fix it why you are selling defective scooter even the brakes are not working properly in my scooty i had visited the service center 25 times but no one is taking serious in this matter and also no one is able to fix. every time i go to service center they only apply some lubricants to the brakes and say it will be fix. help me hero you can't cheat your customers like this if you have problems in your vehicles at least fix it or give back my money.

                    मैंने हीरो की आई स्मार्ट बाइक january 2107 में लिया था तबसे आज तक इंजिन की problem झेलते झेलते मैं अब परेसान जो गया हूं। कृपया मेरे problem को जल्दी से जल्दी हल निकाला जाए। मेरी बाइक को replace किया जाए।
                    मुझे company के द्वारा defected बाइक बेची गयी। आये दिन खराब होने से मुझे बाइक धकेल कर service centre ले जाना पड़ता है। अब मानसिक रूप से परेशान हो गया हूं।

                        Asked to change handle bars and front cowl welding for hero karizma, kept vehicle for nearly 10 days.in time of delivery of vehicle
                        1. Handle bar was not changed
                        2. Front cowl welding not done
                        3. Right side indicator got broke
                        4. They simply changed the back brake shoe
                        5. Proper washing was also not done.
                        Service advisor was like u can purchase handle bar from outside. I know that even though, they don't have to teach me.
                        Is this a way to behave to customers.

                          I had purchased hero splendor plus 09/12/19. I asked about helmet in free of cost as per central motor vehicle rules -1989 (Rule 138 (4) - (F) but they told any circular not come us for given helmet for free of cost. They said if you want helmet pay extra amount for helmet.

                          I want to clarification from your side... On that rule said bike manufacture only give the helmet to free of cost.. If you provide helmet free of cost.. Or not...

                              There was change in quantity of petrol in byke at the time of first service of my splender+ byke. I had shown niddle of petrol indicator at the time of registration of byke for sevice which has not been mentioned in job card. At the time of delivery of byke there was a clear difference in niddle position.
                              I have asked the service person regarding this but no satisfactory answer was given. Even general manager (Service) mr kuldeep awasthi has also not taken my complaint seriously.

                                Sir mari bike liya hua 1year ho chuka ha our mari bike pichla 6 month sa self ki problem aa rahi ha our bike chalata wqat asa mahsos hota ha ki bike nhi bal gadi chala rha hu our 2 jana batha na par bhi bike bilkul pickup nhi dati ha our vaha ka staf ko bolo to 1din ma yuhi karta hua pura 3 month our nikal diya bas muja show room ka round hi lag vata ha jabki mari bike ka 5 year insurance kiya hua ha products dana ka baad asi nainsafi kyu karta ho plss mara solution kar do our staf ko thoda to samjao .

                                    This is diwakar from pondicherry.. Since last one year i roaming around the valli motors for my hero glamour footrest... They said come after 1 week and 10 days but.., yesterday i came to know that through my mechanic still they are not ordered my spare part.. So what is the use of hero motors and shore room services.. Kindly take action against this issue.. I fed up with this staff and hero motors

                                      This is a very bad and frustrating service from hero. I serviced my vehicle 2 months before there was a handle cross problem and on that time service center dont have handle to replace and they told me that if it is available we will inform you but they didnt informed me till now day before on 7-dec-2019 i visited to service center then also they dont have handled set
                                      And then also same excuse we will arrange in 2 days now 3 days over no phone calls nothing and they didnt reply to my call i contacted to spare parts incharge.
