I have bought a new Hero Xpulse Bike, Five months back. Oil / Engine cooler is not working and afrer 40km running, it's very difficult to start the bike. And the service person were Not servicing properly, as they couldn't solve the issue. They told me to use the bike and keep it runnig without repairing
I want replacement of the bike with new one, as it is on warranty and having manufacturing defect.Its hampering my day to day life.I have alreay spent a lot of amount .
The service team is unable to repair the same and told me, it takes 15- 30 days to get the spare parts.

Thank you for your kindness to replace my bike as soon as possible.

I want my hard earned cash back, if you cant provide a new bike.

I own Xpulse 2004v in January 2022. It has severe engine heating issue. And now some annoying sound coming from the engine. I visited the showroom but they can't fix the problem.Their response were unsatisfactory.

Dear sir/madam,
I would notify a complain regarding my hero xpulse 200 bs6 that break down on road while I was riding it. I bought the vehicle in the month of September 2021 and I was happy with it riding but today I felt very disappointed that my bike didn’t start all of a sudden and came to know that my fuel pump is not working and engine malfunction light is also glowing. After a while when I tried again my bike started but the engine malfunction light is still glowing and again after going some 15-20km again the bike engine got shut off on its own.
As my bike is under warranty and I have done all services up to date so I request you to consider my problem and fix a solution for it. I have came to know from online media that there are many xpulse customers who faced the same issue due to fuel pump malfunction.
So I request you to find a solution for this as soon as possible.

I went for regular service of my hero maestro edge
i told mechanic to change the break shoes of both front and back tyres
and to solve the problem of speedometer which is not working
but they didnt done and charged me for that...

Sri sai kalyani motors was not having spare parts they was saying plz buy outside automobile shop saying but really automobile shop was having spares better than your outlet then whey was u running the out let shutdown the outlet no needed

मैंने मेरी hero splendor + bike july 2021 मे खरीदी थी जिसके 3 महीने बाद बैटरी परिवर्तित करनी पड़ी, आज 1 साल बाद स्पार्क प्लग् बदलना पड़ रहा है, main stand पिं बदलनी पड़ रही है, मुझे bike ki सर्विस कराए अभी 1 महिना ही हुआ है।

I submit my bike in workshop for damage repair in against insurance policy from last 31/07/2022 to till now no any work done in by bike and no satisfatctory response from 1 person in whole workshop. Evrey body say insurance survey has to be done. But in reality no one considerd my problem.

This is a complaint against the hero showroom in thodupuzha kerala and i like to report that They are very rude to the costomer and they don't even clean the vehicle properly and when we show the dirt they come with a wet paint brush and sweep in the dirt and iam regreting for buying a vehicle from this dealer .

I need explation

Sir I bought Hero glamour bike last year. Its under warranty but I faced many problem with the vehicle.
1. Veh suddenly stop at the mid road and does not get started. Auto start and kick failed to start the veh and I have to take the veh by matodor. This kind of problem I faced almost every week.service centre denied for on road service they told they does not give on road service.
2. 4 th service has been done but still veh prob does not solve.
3. Btty does not work properly.
4. Request you to instruct the firm to replace all problematic parts.

I have a New Splender pro bike it was Automatically Switch off and It's average are not Come true As a company Average.And i am Talking about this concern to service Engineer of Hero, He will ask It is automatically Set average. So what can i do? In 4-5 month for purchase my vehicle and it's Switch are Not Working properly So Engineer says, Money for Install new switch, Sir What is consider in 1 year Garranty please Explain me in briefly. Thank you
