Sir I bought Hero glamour bike last year. Its under warranty but I faced many problem with the vehicle.
1. Veh suddenly stop at the mid road and does not get started. Auto start and kick failed to start the veh and I have to take the veh by matodor. This kind of problem I faced almost every week.service centre denied for on road service they told they does not give on road service.
2. 4 th service has been done but still veh...

I have a New Splender pro bike it was Automatically Switch off and It's average are not Come true As a company Average.And i am Talking about this concern to service Engineer of Hero, He will ask It is automatically Set average. So what can i do? In 4-5 month for purchase my vehicle and it's Switch are Not Working properly So Engineer says, Money for Install new switch, Sir What is consider in 1 year Garranty please Explain me in briefly....

Many times engine stopping it's irritating to me
So many times I am told that service person or service provider but no use
Small small adjustments like
Clatch chain breaks even at list air not well doing your service centre...

What the nonsense staff you have hired

They don't take bike after 1pm for service, why they take payment half day only ?

I[censored] said them to give this on written then he said I am not sitting only for you

Just because your service at hero service centre is bad and their behaviour is so bad, I will not buy bike of hero again in future, as I do t want to face your illiterate staff, and will sale this...

Hero glamour meter automatically crack and properly not work. But service center are not agree with repair

I given my bike for on 10/08/22 in Goel Motor Shop (hero) in lucknow, so I said do not change the engine oil but they changed my engine oil was new I want my refund back...

The same vehicle given back in evening saying the said problem cleared. I bought Xtreme 200R at 2018 and i always got a problem with the engine. After every 2 months its need repair. Rocker etc. And also the spare parts is not available. Xtreme 200 parts are not same with any other bikes...which make its more difficult to repair and thats make me really down with hero.
I spend more money on spare parts than the main bike....

Today morning my bike give your show room for services and engine oil change and and oil price is 325/- and they service manager RIPUN bhai told me 350/- charge for oil change
I need explanation for extra 25/- rs why take this extra charge ?? also I have raise consumer complaint regarding taking extra 25rs and Mrs nidhi shah no give me properly answer for bill she is casually told me no change it bill...

My bike number GJ27DK2623.
It's run only 12300 Km. And clutch plate changed two times.
Kindly give root cause for two times clutch plate change.
All the services done in Keshav motor Hero show room.
Kindly give feedback urgently.
