Today i given my bike ts08fy3901 for 5th servicing at bhanu automobiles at moosapet near by dmart show room. The servicing person said that not eligible for free service my bike due to the date is expired but i don't know when my bike expired date is completed. The showroom people not informed to me before the due date. And he talked with rudely and no professionalism. They only intrest for paid services. I really upset for this.
And in future i will not buy any bike from hero.

I have a hero splendor+, today i bring my bike for service at sahib motors, panipat. It was agreed to deliver the bike at 5.00pm, now it is 5.12pm but no body is ready to clear me the status of my bike when i inquire to the supervisor of service centre the behaviour of that person was very rude and not bearable. Still i am in confusion that will i get my bike updated are not. The staff behaviour show the condition of service and now i am feeling that i have made the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing the hero bike.

Dear sir i bought bike from kadiyan hero motorcop from panipat distt. Before 1 year 6 month. I am not having rc of this bike because the dealer need 500 rupees bribe from me. When i denied he through out me from his showroom. I need help from your side. I requested you please give my rc or otherwise i complianed in police station against hero motocorp

I have purchased hero super suplendor from amar auto hero dealership indri.

He gave me bike without any documents and tell that they will give all documents next day but even after three days he had not given any documents like bill, insurance, temp number.
And when when i have asked them to give that they are misbehaving.
They agreed to give helmet with bike when they have given quotation for bike. But when i have purchased bike he refused to give helmet with it and saying that it's not in quotation.

Employee of the shop name singla agencies his behaviour was very very very very rude and using abusive language to me.

Maine insurance claim kia ta par meri vehicle me kafi prblms h bht kch chuta hua h even handle tk sidha ni kia.. Raste m jate jate foot rest nikl k fir gya.. They are so irresponsible... 11 din ho gye av tk bill ni dia in logo ne.. Hero jaise company ka ye hal h.. Product lene se phle itne sare schesms dikhae jate h.. After that ye sachaaai h inki..

I bought my hero maestro edge 125 fi scooty on 14th so that i would be able to get my rc before i leave my home to the place where i am working. It's been 2 weeks and i haven't got it. I went several times to the showroom but the manager does not care about it. I paid an upfront cash of 80k, so that everything would be done before i leave but this is the kind of service i am getting from your company.
Kindly, look into the matter.

Sir, we purchased maestro edge on[protected] which engin no. Is jf33abhgk10496. Aa we search that engine has 5 year warranty.
We are facing problems regards engine-
1. Scooty is blowing a lot of smoke.
2. Engin oil run out repeatedly.
It is a defaced a piece. Beacuse engine has broken down in such a short time.
We complaint the nearest authorized workshop, but we didn't get any satisfied response.

Sir, i purchased a hero splendor plus on june 20, 2019 from satyam auto sale, naya bazar salon district raebareli, uttar pradesh.

The dealer didn't provide my rc and number plate till today. When i contacted him, he always tell come after a week.

This is my 3rd service of two-wheeler bike via joy ride at saraswati hero motocorp in allahabad. I'm complaining about the leakage of petrol from an air pipe that was fitted below the carburator.
The 3rd service with the same issue but this time also they didn't fix the issue and now on 23 oct, 2019. The fuel is getting out.
Fix the issue please...

I have hero passion pro bike, vide reg. No - gj-02-aq-6056 & residing in bokaro steel city, jharkhand. I have visited with bike at service centra, which is located in city centre of bokaro steel city, dated on 14th october, 2019. They are not delivering my bike with reason stating that ' they don't have parts (I, e. Ignition lock key)'.

I am facing problem in my day - to - day activities and spending rs 100-200 daily to meet my daily routine requirement due to non-available of this bike. I am hereby attaching service receipt no.

I have purchased glamour (He) (Drum-self-cast) engine no ja06erkge20361and chasis no mbljaw106kge24394 on 09/06/2019 and till date i have traveled 700-750 kms only.
I had an very bad experience related to gear from first day onwards and during first service i have informed the same but still its not rectified. My first service done on 24/08/2019 and now, i am facing an issue with hand lock also.
Due to my professional work i will be traveling very frequently on my bike and today i have unfortunately gone out with my family in my bike but due to your worst product related to tyres and tubes we had an very bad experience as it had an air leakage issue. I have contacted the local mechanic for tube panchar then i found the tube had leakage issue due to your worst product.

Now i came to a decision of changing my motor cycle to another company, i am very much disappointed due to your worst product and i will never ever recommended your product to any of my family members, friends and relatives..

I will handover the vehicle to your showroom and request your help in getting my funds back to me...

One thing i never expected this kind of product from your hero corp family...
