Dear sir,
This is my 3rd service of two-wheeler bike via joy ride at saraswati hero motocorp in allahabad. I'm complaining about the leakage of petrol from an air pipe that was fitted below the carburator.
The 3rd service with the same issue but this time also they didn't fix the issue and now on 23 oct, 2019. The fuel is getting out.
Fix the issue please......

I have hero passion pro bike, vide reg. No - gj-02-aq-6056 & residing in bokaro steel city, jharkhand. I have visited with bike at service centra, which is located in city centre of bokaro steel city, dated on 14th october, 2019. I have purchased glamour (He) (Drum-self-cast) engine no ja06erkge20361and chasis no mbljaw106kge24394 on 09/06/2019 and till date i have traveled 700-750 kms only.
I had an very bad experience related to gear from first day onwards and during first service i have informed the same but still its not rectified. My first service done on 24/08/2019 and now, i am facing an issue with hand lock also.

The huge amount i incurred on my services with extra visits also that amounts to be a figure of around sixteen to twenty in the past four to five months. I don't have any problem with that but the issues in the bike continues to be worst day by day and nobody at the showroom gives a damn about it? Why has hero not declared the i smart in the superbike category (Referring to the amount charged for maintenance and repairs....

I had my bike serviced few months back at the km recorded 15283 on 05/04/2019 invoice no 21755bd19v254, now today i sent my bike to apex automobile center at patparganj industrial area at km recorded 17600 on 20/10/2019. Earlier they always ask me to get my bike serviced at 3000 km now today when i took it to service station it was only 2400, the guy at apex told me that you there is no mobile oil in your bike, break shoes are dead clutch...

I purchased hero destini 125 in kurnool dist from 1 month on purchase my vehicle so many problems in bike in 7 months i given my 8 times in service center and yesterday i missed an accident with that problem while running at 60-70 speed automatic engine will stopped back side vehicle is coming how can i control the situation on that time this not the first time can u anybody helpme to clear the situation how many times i have to service center...

I kanchan singh from Silchar have purchased one hero maestro scooty on 13/07/2019 from taranga automobiles Silchar . After purchasing bike I have visited many times to your agency but till date I have not getting number plate. Some times salesman told me number plate is not awailable in showroom, some times told mechanic is not awailable in showroom, sometimes told you will come tomorrow. I am badly suffered with your service.

Mere pass hero maestro edge scooter hai jiska engine lagbhag 4-5 baar seize ho chuka hai aur company 5 years ki warranty deti hai aur last 3 months me mera 2 baar engine siege ho chuka hai aur baar company waale meri hi galti batate hai. Dealers are not ready to take payment through paytm in chandausi and behjoi in sambhal district. Even i have contacted badar motors in sambhal he also denied payment through paytm for bike as it is having offers. All are saying that please get bike through cash only.

Please register a complaint for chandausi hero dealers, behjoi hero dealers and sambhal badar motors.

I own a hero pleasure. Regd no gj10cl3443 of 2018. During last service on sep 19 mody motor of hyderabad told the gear box bearings and shaft are to be replaced. And they have replaced and charged me rs 4500. Where as company claims five years warranty. L want to know where the claim has gone. Ls it for advertisement sake or else. L have done proper serving till date. Kindly look into or else i will move a step ahead. Thank you....

On 5th oct'19 i have take joyride annually against byk no hp40 a7053. But after the service i have facing lots of issues in byk. I have complaint many time in local agency bhullar motors, ludhiana but no positive response i have got from management. After the service my byk horn, self system, meters, headlights nothing is working. Due to this i have facing lots of problems during night riding. This is also a big safety concerns...

Mob no [protected] it is 2nd service but sock her commitment after servicing he write down all against my bike related problems an the he say u hav also plastic coated cover paint i say i can't understand brief me then he say light polythene cover in your bike body which was save bike original paint an my bike all manufacturing cover remove he also say see an after payment but there i ask other person he repeatedly same pls see the camera...

Today my hero passion 110cc bike self motor starting problem. So today i send my nearest raja yogam showroom ulundurpet at 5pm. Mechanic checked my bike, they told self motor kid problem. But now stock in showroom. They take my name and mobile no. They asked one week time for self motor kid. Showroom is not automobile shop. They easily asking one week time. After all it is not a majorpart of engine. If engine problem means how long time taken....

I purchased hero passion xpro in august 2018 from bhiwadi motorcycles pvt ltd, bhiwadi, rajasthan. My nike consumption of fuel and engine oil is very high. I need to refill engine oil after every 1500 km. Also i have got my bike checked by the dealer, they changed the kit but still no improvement is there. Moreover they say that this issue is common in every bike of this model. Then why are they selling. Average as calculated is 30 km/liter...

I had given my bike for servicing on 24.09.19 at bimal motors, doddaballapur. The total amount charged 3172 rs after servicing self driven the bike just 270 kms, yesterday my bike was breakdown and approach local technician observed oil qty is just 250 ml only. Oil was not changed but charged. Today i given my bike in show room they said problem in engine approx. Charge is 2500 rs. Kinldy please do it needful....

Namaste sir, maine apki company se loan aur hero passion pro 110 finance karaya hai.
Mera loan no.3120497 aur 4767251 hai. Jo 8.10.19 ko dedicate hona tha. Mere account me 7200 ke lagbhag tha. Par apki company ne 8.10.19 ko nahi kata aur agle din penalty ke sath kat liya. Isse pahle aisa kabhi nahi hua hai.
8 ko yadi sunday rahta hai to bhi 9 ko penalty nahi lagta tha. Please check and resolve my problem....
