I from rajkot metoda 360021 my bike puted since 3 days but executive not repaired till and when i visit for asking no one can give me properly answer. When i asking he is give me wrong time shedual and when i go for pickup while he is telling me this is not our service time. And not answerd proper by anyone authorised.

When i called main dealership rajkot but it is not given me properly solution and cant get any responce so...

Dear sir/mam,
I have purchased maestro no. Mp-04 sy-2456 (Neelam singh) from hero varenyam padmanabh nagar raisen road bhopal in june 2018 but still rc book not received. I am facing problem since last 15 months. The rto deptt in showroom telling everytime that we wl provide soon.

Pls look into matter. How we can use vehicle without rc book.

    If you are selling a product maintain good quality, you should be able to make sure the availability of spare parts too. Duet engine complaint no spare parts at autorised service center in kannur, kerala, volker motors (Showroom run by group of irresponsible idi.. S)
    Atleast they should have good behavior, we costumer may ready to wait or find other solutions if the response from your side is good.

    Kl 59 n 259 hero duet purchased from volker hero. Completed 1 year free service, and joy ride services for next one year. And also done paid service s too. Stopped service vehicle from the showroom because i am not happy with the service. Now engine oil is getting leaked. Visit showroom to buy spare to do the work from experienced worker from out side. But there is no stock in auotherised service center. They told me that it will be available today[protected]. I contacted them. "the item is not came. It will take 15 days to get". Replay from service manager... Feel like you made me stupid by buying your hero duet

    Life is lesson . Thank you for a valuable lesson to not buy any HERO products from anywhere.

    I will share this lesson maximum with my friends cos it is highly valuable. Some times they won't enough money to buy costly lessons. They want to buy vehicle for their needs atleast the vehicle getting proper availability of spare and service

      I have brought hero glamour fi on 12th september 2019 from kumar motors (Address: khaswadi rd, behind aradhna cinema, salatwada, karelibagh, vadodara, gujarat 390001). But it is not working properly. I have complained in kumar motors but they told me to submit my new bike in their workshop. They will check the problem and will solve. I have submitted my bike for two times in workshop but still i am getting the issue. I told them to replace same bike but they told me that they don't have access to replace it. I am helpless. Please help me.

        I have booked for the paid service of my hero maestro edge (Od-07w-9562) yesterday at lakshmi motors, brahmapur pin-760002. My booking serial number was 3. But when i reported there with my service manual book as per the time (9:00am) they mentioned, they did not accept my booking and said to make a que again for the booking of paid service and said to deliver my vehicle after 6:30pm. I am totally not satisfied with this kind of service. Please look into the matter.

          I was purchased a gloumer i3s vehicle by canteen through last year november, when i was purchased vehicle it's troubling by gear changing still not clear issue, recently i was serviced 4th servicing
          I was paid 1064 for clutch plate. But it's troubling me again iwas request somany yes hero showroom, and contact hero care and vijayawada. So iwas complaint at consumer court, thank u

          The service of hero Honda service centre here in Bareilly is worst. They have done something wrong with the engine oil tank due to this the oil keeps on leaking from it. Now the service staff including the manager is not ready to accept their mistake. If I will not get the things done right I will go to the consumer court.

          And Fahim done the service.
          I had claimed insurance on 07.08.2019 in Rahul Hero motoCorp, RANCHI. but till date it has not been resolved. On inquiring, he says that the Vehicle parts has not come yet.

          please help me...
          Very bad services we getting from the hero servicing centres. They are taking extra money without the the tax invoice. I am ready to provide you details about service centre. If we ask them for bill they are replying me no internet

                Mene hero spender + bike loyalty tha uske 3 or 4 month bad mere bike engine me noice problem aa rahi thi dealership me bataya to unhone thoda setting karje thik kar ke mejhe bike de diya or 20 -25 din bad firse problem ane lagi fir mene unko bataya fir unhone setting karke dik kar diya... Kuch din bad fir kharab ho gaya aisa mere sath 10 -12 bar kiya par vo abhi tak properly repair nai kar paye or har bar problem batao to setting karke de dete hai... Or repair karne par mujhe koi bil bhi nai dete hai..
                Ye noise problem bike ka company fault hai ab yeah dealership sahi service bhi nai dete hai

                          Sir, i am regular customer of jagdev motors, vaishali nagar, jaipur.
                          I serviced my maestro scooty their two times for oil leaking problem but till date problem has not been resolved.

                          I am army person and i have not much time but yesterday i waited 1 hour but they said parts seller not available,.

                          I am much frustrated for this type of service and i also waste lot of money for this problem.

                          So please take action against jagdev motors and instruct for resolve the problem. [protected]

                            Purchased destiny 125 cc scooter from diya mobiles, eanchakkal trivandrum. Vehicle delivered after permanent registration. Within 2 days, engine stopped while giving acceleration. Vehicle just passed 3 kms, and got stuck. Didn't received good response from service team at showroom. They took the vehicle, but not responding about status. Require urgent attention

                              I purchased bike passion x pro around 6 month ago before 2 days some noise came from engine and i took this bike for check up at service center and service person told me there are crank shaft issue in bike. So they need to bike for engine work for 3 to 4 days. And they ask me 1000 ruppes for some packing charge.
                              Is this my fault???
                              Why i spend this rupees??
                              My job is field related so bike is must necessary for me.
                              So how can i survive without bike.
                              Is this manufacturer defect??
                              Please give a proper answer.

                                मेरे गाड़ी 29, 000 किलोमीटर चली है और दो वर्ष हुये हैं जिसकी रेगुलर सर्विस में शिवम मोटर्स बून्दी राज.में करवाई है और उसकी 5 की वारन्टी हैं जिसकी इंजन, क्रेन, हेड, सेल्फ, क्लच प्लेट आदि पार्ट्स में टेक्निकल खराबी आ गई हैं जिसको मैंने हीरो मोटोकॉर्प शोरूम शिवम मोटर्स बून्दी में सही करवाया है जिसका मैनेजर संदीप अग्रवाल मेरे से 1966 रुपये भुगतान करने की मांग कर रहा है इसके लिए मैंने कंपनी के हेड ऑफिस और टोल फ्री नंबर पर भी प्रयास किया लेकिन किसी ने सन्तुष्ट जवाब नहीं दिया है।

                                  They have taken 5000money from me and done nothing on my bike my bike problem not resolved my bike has not wash properly and behavior of adviser susil was very bad they are fortunate to customer to change that part which are not necessary and they have 5000 then i also have not problem but whatever i have tell to adviser that is not resolved that is concerned

                                    I purchased bike from regent auto malegoan which is splendor pro.. After that passing registration not completed by dealer in the period of date...                                       Hero agency pe nayi gadi ki free servicing ko seriously nahi kiya jata hai. Jab mai servicing karane jata hu to batae hue problems ko thik karne ke bajaye ve kehte hai ki scootey kharab hai, iska matalab hero ki nayi scootey kharab hai logo ko nhi lena chahiye. Jab kaise bhi karke servicing ho jaati hai to agar koi problem fir do teen din me aati hai to ve scooty ko kharab batate hai aur kehte hai ki hero ki scooty kharab hoti hai.
                                      Agar aap chahte hai ki aage hero ki gaadi hi li jaye to meri baato ka dhyaan dijiye aur kuch action lijiye
