Purchased destiny 125 cc scooter from diya mobiles, eanchakkal trivandrum. Vehicle delivered after permanent registration. Within 2 days, engine stopped while giving acceleration. Vehicle just passed 3 kms, and got stuck. Didn't received good response from service team at showroom. They took the vehicle, but not responding about status. Require urgent attention...

I purchased bike passion x pro around 6 month ago before 2 days some noise came from engine and i took this bike for check up at service center and service person told me there are crank shaft issue in bike. So they need to bike for engine work for 3 to 4 days. And they ask me 1000 ruppes for some packing charge.
Is this my fault???
Why i spend this rupees??
My job is field related so bike is must necessary for me.br...

They have taken 5000money from me and done nothing on my bike my bike problem not resolved my bike has not wash properly and behavior of adviser susil was very bad they are fortunate to customer to change that part which are not necessary and they have 5000 then i also have not problem but whatever i have tell to adviser that is not resolved that is concerned...

I purchased bike from regent auto malegoan which is splendor pro.. After that passing registration not completed by dealer in the period of date... Hero agency pe nayi gadi ki free servicing ko seriously nahi kiya jata hai. Jab mai servicing karane jata hu to batae hue problems ko thik karne ke bajaye ve kehte hai ki scootey kharab hai, iska matalab hero ki nayi scootey kharab hai logo ko nhi lena chahiye. Jab kaise bhi karke servicing ho jaati hai to agar koi problem fir do teen din me aati hai to ve scooty ko kharab batate hai aur kehte hai ki hero ki scooty kharab hoti hai.

New glamour i3s engine overheating in less than 3 km ride. Changed engine oil twice still problem not resolved. Showroom guys tested different 125 cc hero bikes same problem. Hero bikes have faulty engine. Don't buy. Every bike getting overheated in less than 3 km. Showroom people also not supporting. Very serious fault in engineering. How this bike got quality certificate...

I am returning complet service for your rigesterd service center and total running bike 19500km but bike engine damage and bike up oil.

My complaint is that i purchased my vehicle on 26th july 2019. My bike reg no is an01p3624 resident of port blair, a&n islands. I'm Althameem, and I brought Xpulse 200. I'm happy to say your sales dept are having good people whereas your service dept is waste. I brought my bike on 19th Aug, and had an accident due to back brake jam, I got skided and hit a car on 3 Sep. I gave my bike for repairing and insurance claiming on 4 Sep, and had given all documents. Yet they haven't touched my bike, and haven't started the repair process as of today 21 Sep. All these days...

1) the engine automatically turns off while driving from 4 gear to third, second and first gear running condition this problem weekly 8 or 10 time coming. This problem complaint register on 22.07.19
2) there is a lot of noise when putting the gear
3) the speedometer not working
4) there is rust in some areas

This is with reference to the above said subject i had purchased a splendor ismart+110 (Dsc) by 21.06.2019 but yesterday the bike had been stopped on road suddenly and engine was going to off then today i am going to service center rk automobile near mansraovar park metro now the service center saying bike engine had been seized that is very ridiculous hero motor corp launched that kind of bike into the market...

My bike hf deluxe is not starting by self because baterry issue
And many baterry related issues.
And always having a lot of problems in my bike
I am not certified this company's bike and service is not provided godd.
And speare are not best quality products.
I maintain my bike always but clutch plate changing position creat in less than 1 year, and i am changed clutch plate.
So not good quality products...

I have a hero bike which i purchased at feb. 2019 month reg. number DL3SEF1846. on that time to till time i am facing problem in self start function. At any time it is shut down and we are help less in the middle of journey.
Four time i visit your hero service station and they was repaired and change the self start part.but still problem not short out.
Now I am tired for this. I have doing a job and i did not have enough time...

I was service my hero duet scooty from r s automobiles singar nagar lucknow on dt. 13.09.19. But after 2 days from service my scooty not start from self & kick also, i was check my scooty to local mechanic, he check scooty below seat and told me their is lot of dust on engine and air pipe to engine is damaged, he also told me that may be service not done below the seat only cleaning and oil changing work has been done.
I am very shocked...
