Hero agency pe nayi gadi ki free servicing ko seriously nahi kiya jata hai. Jab mai servicing karane jata hu to batae hue problems ko thik karne ke bajaye ve kehte hai ki scootey kharab hai, iska matalab hero ki nayi scootey kharab hai logo ko nhi lena chahiye. Jab kaise bhi karke servicing ho jaati hai to agar koi problem fir do teen din me aati hai to ve scooty ko kharab batate hai aur kehte hai ki hero ki scooty kharab hoti hai.
Agar aap chahte hai ki aage hero ki gaadi hi li jaye to meri baato ka dhyaan dijiye aur kuch action lijiye

    New glamour i3s engine overheating in less than 3 km ride. Changed engine oil twice still problem not resolved. Showroom guys tested different 125 cc hero bikes same problem. Hero bikes have faulty engine. Don't buy. Every bike getting overheated in less than 3 km. Showroom people also not supporting. Very serious fault in engineering. How this bike got quality certificate

    It's very worst that people here don't have value for time . The promising day delivery they never give. People live bike and go and they have to spend money to go and again come. But this useless people ll never no that. Just keep doing timepass

        My complaint is that i purchased my vehicle on 26th july 2019. My bike reg no is an01p3624 resident of port blair, a&n islands. After doing my 1st service in 633kms the bike is developing some defects regarding fork and cone set. I approached to the authorized service centre akt in dairy farm... They are not willing to take my vehicle coz its under one year warranty although after 3days i somehow managed to give my vehicle today i. E 23rd of sept but they returned my bike saying no issue... After a chat with mechanic he told me he will see the issue and inform me in the evening. Such a irresponsible behavior of the authorized service centre i not bearable. Kindly look into the matter and reaolve the same at the earliest.

          I have purchased new passion pro bike from paytm mall app. I have paid the ex-showroom price through paytm mall app and the remaining amount to the showroom. I paid rs 58400 including a convenience fee of rs500. Dealer has received an amount less than 57900 which is the ex-showroom price. But i have paid the full amount to paytm. Dealer says to pay the difference amount. Why will i pay extra money it makes no sense to me. I have contacted paytm and it said that the dealer will contact them if he has any issue related to payment.
          I have paid the amount in two parts
          1) ex showroom price rs 58400 through paytm including convenience fee of rs500.
          2) remaining amount as cash to the showroomi. E. Rs11805.

              I am facing staring trouble with my maestro edge scooter last 30 days. Many time i called up my nearest
              Hero sub-dealer : sana motors, mohammadpur azamgarh varanasi.

              Sana motor is the sub-dealer of eastern distributors azamgarh

              I got very bad experience with sana motors. Now my scooter is with sana motors. And he is saying i don't know what actually fault is this. Sana motors owner is very aggressive. His services are very redicullas. Now i am feeling very bad experience with hero motocorp.
              Might be this is my fault to buy hero scooter.in the last i am hope less and not suppose to do anything. Why you pushing your punchline if no support to customer?

                I'm Althameem, and I brought Xpulse 200. I'm happy to say your sales dept are having good people whereas your service dept is waste. I brought my bike on 19th Aug, and had an accident due to back brake jam, I got skided and hit a car on 3 Sep. I gave my bike for repairing and insurance claiming on 4 Sep, and had given all documents. Yet they haven't touched my bike, and haven't started the repair process as of today 21 Sep. All these days my bike was kept in an open area, and was affected by all the rains and harsh climatic conditions. I requested and warned them thrice to keep my bike atleast in the garage they've which they didn't agree upon. Now I want my bike in it's original condition as soon as possible, without any rust in it. As the fault was yours.

                  1) the engine automatically turns off while driving from 4 gear to third, second and first gear running condition this problem weekly 8 or 10 time coming. This problem complaint register on 22.07.19

                      And always having a lot of problems in my bike
                      I am not certified this company's bike and service is not provided godd.
                      And speare are not best quality products.
                      I maintain my bike always but clutch plate changing position creat in less than 1 year, and i am changed clutch plate.
                      So not good quality products

                        I have a hero bike which i purchased at feb. 2019 month reg. number DL3SEF1846. on that time to till time i am facing problem in self start function. At any time it is shut down and we are help less in the middle of journey.
                        Four time i visit your hero service station and they was repaired and change the self start part.but still problem not short out.
                        Now I am tired for this. I have doing a job and i did not have enough time for again and again visit for this.
                        So, I requested to you. please replace it with new bike.

                          I Tarun Roy, purchase passion pro i3s model bs4 bs4 bike purchase dated 9.5.2019. But this bike always shows disturbing me for starting problem, auto stop running time etc for riding. After this today 17.9.2019 automatic shutdown at time of riding on the road.                             My hero duet not start since 1 week I'm waiting for repair but till date not respons at your showroom service person not attend my call very poor service, damage parts not available since 1 week my work stop due to hero poor service who is responsible for my loss, company will be responsible for my loss 1000 per day loss.
                            Sir I Golam Mortaza, purchased a Super Splender red colour IBS on 04/09/2019.
                            At running situation when I press cluch the race is increasing very high. I consulted with our local mechanical, He said the problem of carburator. My question why without testing bike is delivered ?
                            Please solve my problem.
                            I ve purchased my scooty maestro edge on 19th December 2018..from last 2 days the problem of self start is started it's not working properly and the horn sometimes is not working...I m really upset with the performance about the self start and horn..
                            Please sort out these type of problems.

                              I was service my hero duet scooty from r s automobiles singar nagar lucknow on dt. 13.09.19. But after 2 days from service my scooty not start from self & kick also, i was check my scooty to local mechanic, he check scooty below seat and told me their is lot of dust on engine and air pipe to engine is damaged, he also told me that may be service not done below the seat only cleaning and oil changing work has been done.
                              I am very shocked that this type of incident have been done in your authorised service centre.
                              Please take action to r s automobiles singar nagar lucknow and report me.

                                I am deepak mewada from village - raipurnayakheda, tehsil sehore district sehore (M. P.) sir i bought a new hero hf deluxe bike at 2 may 2019 but my bike rc and insurrance paper not given me by showroom retailer he said that no reason to give you bike rc and insurrance papaer, he always said that your paper will completed in 1 day 2 day etc.
                                I want to complaint against the showroom..
                                If its not possible so will complaint against showrrom at consumer act.

                                  I purchase passion pro i3s model bs4 bs4 bike purchase dated 9.5.2019. But this bike always shows disturbing me for starting problem, auto stop running time etc for riding. After this today 17.9.2019 automatic shutdown at time of riding on the road.                                     I'm from mahe region i purchased hero xpulse on 9-9-2019. It has many complaints ie rusting of fork, monoshock suspension and chain socket. I already approached to the dealer ' ace motors' calicut. I submitting this complaint for an immediate effect. So please consider this asap. I used yamaha bike before this. I'm very unsatisfied with this company. My colleagues are also asking about the complaints. So please do the needful.
