I bought the bike in the month of january so it's been just 8 months but my bike looks like 2 years old because of the rust in many parts. Engine is all rusted along many of the parts. I have already replaced my headlamp and now again i got a defective piece. I am struggling with all these from last 3 to 4 months. I have been fooled by hero. When these problems are raised to the service provider still no action has been taken or initiated. My bike is in loan for 3 years but it seems it will not last for 3 years. Please take some suitable action or get my money back. Everyone i visit for service i have to go twice after the service to recheck the issues. Very annoying and dissatisfied service provider. The problems faced are from very long time but i waited that someday service provider will take care of all this but they didn't so i finally decided to raise a complaint.

    Hi.
    I had given my hero maestro edge for servicing at authorised service center named Tirth Automobiles at 31st of August 2019. I did not receive any message regarding my vehicle acceptance for service or final delivery. All they did was that they provided me a receipt and a manual bill of Rs. 650 for free service. No measage was sent to me of the final amount.
    I went and took my vehicle on the same day after servicing by giving them the receipt and paying the bill amount of Rs. 650.
    And now on 4th of September 2019 I am receiving an sms stating my vehicle is ready for delivery and amout payable is zero (0).
    Is this some kind of a joke. Is the company serious about this or is the software broken by some means .. Do something about this.

        Hi

        I bought a bike splendor i3s in April month. Within 6 months my bike parts are being damaged clutch wires, metre wires and shock absorbers.i went to showroom and complained about my bike problems they charged me money instead of giving free service for those faults made by the company.they charged 1100 rupees to me. Even my indicators is not working proper. My mud guard screws are loosened. I bought bike from Sr motors Ghatkesar sub branch of Phoenix Habsiguda Hyderabad

        There is no complete service for customer satisfaction ...every time I am facing problems with my bike they are not rectifying..my vehicle met with an accident ..through insurance my vehicle repair @12000 rs but not completely repaired I am not satisfied with service done by the hero

          I have paid 65, 500 for splendor plus. And difference between payment and bill is of 2670 rs.
          Totally fraud.in which head rs.2670 added. Dealer says this is commission of rto agent.
          Why i have to pay for rto agent's commission.
          It is company's duty to clear all paper work and give to customer.
          U can't take extra charge to customer.

          Bajaj and honda also provide actual received payments bill.
          Why hero not?
          If hero company want money.
          There are to many ways to became rich..
          Don't misuse of your brand.

            Hello sir/madam
            I would like to update you that it's been more then 1 month i have given my splender bikes battery for the repairing on 27th of july but still i didn't got my battery back.

            As per my discussion with the service manager of the balaji he was saying that the excide company is not returning their batteries who has been submitted for the repair.

            Can someone tell me that who is going to handle or deal with the excide company? Me or you (The service manager of balaji)?

            I have purchased the bike from balaji not from excide company okay.

            This is your service? I would never recommend anyone to purchase the bike from you (Hero motocorp)

            If someone want to get the world's poor service then please go for hero motocorp. 😈😈😈😈

            This is my last waring to you guys that return my battery with the fixes or provide me a new battery.

            Otherwise i am going to file a report in police station against hero motocorp.

            I am tired of begging you for my own battery.

              I bought new splendor last week from punia automobiles sk road radaur. After running just 108 km bike got problem of stuck of gear in top gear. They repaired it on friday and told that it would be fine now.
              The bike just run 5 km and the gear stuck again. Now they are saying to open full engine to repair it.

              As its a defect in new engine so i want engine replacement for it i do not want to get it repaired again and again.

              This is really a bad quality of product and after sales service example which is not expected from hero motors

              Kindly step in and help me getting my engine replacement as the bike is just 100 km run

                We have booked hero destiny 125 lx through speed riders - 3, baleshwar plaza, nr. Savan bunglows, new ranip, ahmedabad, gujarat. M-[protected]
                With rate quotation of rs.70478.00 including all taxes, rto, insurance.
                He had promised to give us back rs.8000 as exchange offer for old scooter.
                We give him rs.500 has booking amount and rs. 61978 has full and final amount.

                To over surprise the speed riderz has not given me amc receipt of vehical and has given me different model of hero destiny 125 with less basic price.

At next day when i tried to start my bike it could not start normally then by using choke i started my bike. From that day i face this problem several times today again i face the same problem the by pushing my bike i reached to the r s hero workshop from where i purchased my bike, they told me that your spark plug is shorted i have replaced my spark plug but still at evening when i tried to start my bike i face same problem.

                      Myself md. Gulam jilani ansari & im using hero glamour bike reg. No.-jh09al1193. My complaint is about tyre that has been swollen. Its come under warranty but dealership not providing it under warranty. My concern is my bike is not having any accidental claim n concern then why they are not claiming tyre under warranty?? Asked your staff to replace the engine oil with brack shoe. Your staff refuse to say we do not change once the good are soled. I requst you the product we bought should be replaced by another.

                          Hero moto corp is big chitter. All hr in delhi. Mumbai. And chennai are connected each other. The send computer generated sms like vkhero. One call comming from mumbai [protected] and other call is telephonic interview from chennai [protected]. After that you go fr hr round in gurgau. The give joining letter. Take havy amount money. But when you will go for joining after some day. You will understand. This is totally fake.

                            I am dr devi prasda giri from cuttack, odisha. Sunny motor staffs are misguide me during my vehicle problem. I have only complains about oil seal (Left front shockabser and minar fuse problem. But they charged me as labour charges twice i. E.383+184=567. Is this fair that your company charges so much cost for only this work? Sunny motor also didn't provide me customer rating option. Not satisfied with that service at all. Definitely i will plan to sold hero vehicle as serve is not good at cuttack. Rating =1/10

                              This is to inform you i have purchased a new super splendor on 22nd april 2019 from a hero showroom in barabanki up. On this purchase i managed to win a gold coin, but i still haven't received the coin.
                              Every time i call or visit the showroom only reply i get that the concerned person is not available in the showroom right now, and they ask me to visit the showroom on some other day. The same story is going on and on for the last 3 months.
                              I can't visit the showroom everyday since i am also working.
                              Please see if you can help me with this.

                                I have visited twice at your service center in mohali, punjab-prem motors, kharar; this was super poor experience of visiting any service center. I had given vehicle on 24/8/19 at 2pm for fuel lid complaint they didn't responded me well and returned at 5:41pm when i shouted. No ac was working in waiting area, no water for customers, it was horrible.
                                Again, on 31/8/19 i submitted vehicle for routine service at 10:30 am but they returned vehicle with unsolved problems at 1;10 pm, when i took delivery i felt problems with non ringing horn and fluid lid alarm ringing, i again took vehicle there but i remained unattended for 20 mins, no work on customer satisfaction is there.
                                It seems they are doing favor taking our vehicles and doing service for free.
                                I am completely disappointed with the center's ambiance, cleanliness and employees.

                                  Pathetic service and i'm not aware of he needs the business doesn't have standards and ethics of business.

                                  Bike (Shine) was bought just 4months ago from bilgundi - gulbarga but now leave the service but wants me to talk in kannada only does to have the freedom of speech in india?.
                                  Apart from this his ethics as business acumen is worst. He uses filthy language and is warning that he will not hesitate to do anything (Meaning life). He's not fit to be a human as well. Why do we support these type of indecent people??

Service center me gaya lekin unka kehna hai wait karo maine puchha kitna wait karu 1 month 10 days aur kitna wait karu unka jawab tha 6 month. So plz solve my problem.

                                      Meri bike Jiska no DL11SW4295 Jo ki hero ki service centre Bawana me diya tha 22/07/2019 accident hua tha Jisme fuel tank head lights, mirror, damage hua tha service centre me diya parts change Karne ke liy but 1 month ke bad bike Mila Lekin fuel tank change abhi tak Nahi kiya Gaya. Service center me Gaya Lekin unka kehna hai wait Karo Maine puchha Kitna wait Karu 1 month 10 days aur Kitna wait Karu unka jawab tha 6 month. So plz solve my problem.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I was purchase a bike (Passion expro 110cc). Total time 3 years, total kilo metres 33000. This is current data. But my bike engine fail before 3 months.
                                        When i had gone to hero service center he told me your bike ring piston damaged. He give me projection approx 8500. But hero motocorp give 5 years engine guarantee. My friend also use same bike model and he is facing same problem. So please solve this problem.
