This is to inform you that, i am very disappointed with hero bike service station at (Rithala metro moters), last week i had gone to same service station for my bike 1st service, when i describe the issues in my bike to service man, he will not attending me properly, also when my bike service is done, i have go to billing counter, the cashier man mr. B. R. Mishra is very rude with me, his behavior is very bad with me. When i told him how you talk with the customers, he said (Jiska bolna h bol de mera naam b. R. Mishra h)
I will never go again this service center, i just told you please look into this matter, this is matter of your pride, for your knowledge (I have purchased 4 bike from this rithala metro moters showroom (First-2006, second-2009, third-2016, fourth-2019).

Updated by Davinder k i have registered my complaint on dated 06-Aug-2019, and today is 16th-Aug-2019, but still i have not receive any positive response from your response, this is clearly show that my mail was completed time vaste.
