I have hero mastero (Hr48c 3519) and i bought it on 14feb2018 from tosham, bhiwani (Haryana). Three months ago its battery stop working and kick also didn't work. Hardly i managed to take it in servrce center but they temporarily worked on it and again after just 3 months i have similar problem. Your service makes me very diappointing and i never suggest anyone to take a bike or scooty from hero motor shop.

    From service center, call me that your 3rd servicing has lapsed. According to service book for 3rd service it is 260 days or 6000 km. My super splendor is purchased 22nd jan 2019 from sakchi show room. When l object on 3rd august at service center slag rd. Bhuiyandih jamshedpur jharkhand. They told me servicing will be done. L told them days & km is not now reached. Why did you call me? After 2nd service bike has ran only 1000 km. I complained some problems but the mechanic just remove the dust, washed, filled nitrogen and handover me the bike. My bike no. Is jh 05 ch 7468.

      issues occuring in bike's performance during rainy season

      I have bought a maestro edge in november 2017. The bike working fine but after using it for 5 months. I started facing issues as the light bulb fuses in a day or 2 after installing. Indicator sensor failing frequently. The bike is also not giving the promised average. I have shown in the service center, they charged me every time and the issue occurs again.

      In the rain, the bike is performing really badly. It stops in between...

      Himgiri motors, a 74 main road kanti nagar near, krishna nagar, delhi 11005, launched exchange offer in 2011, i exchanged my cd dawn bike registration no. Dl7sam7665 in this offer on dated 20.11.2011, and all original documents submitted along with form 28, 29, and form 30 to himgiri motors. But after 8 years to till date company has not transferred the the old rc in his name still my name is showing on govt. Records.

      Therefore, it is my humble request to you that please take appropriate action against himgiri motors so that further no body can cheat to consumers, otherwise i will move to consumer forum or towards appropriate authority regarding this matter.

        Sir i buy new bike on 10/5/2019 and after 500 km across i went 27 july 2019 dadri hero agency on loharu road date they told me direct 3 rd service bcoz in their software warranty start on 10/01/2019 i said this is my loss check my details said (Hansi agency haryana saini motors) fault bcoz i purchased bike this agency i contact too they tell 2 days wait but till now i wait for my solution.. Sir after purchase warranty start how can do this for this i wait for bike first service. Sir i hope you solve my problems as soon as possible.. Thanksq

        I bought passion xPro in August 2018 from SHRADHA AUTOMOBILES, Ahmadabad. I have 7 month old problem and at least 5 times i told about it but still my bike's problem is not solved . They just did wash and oiling the bike they not solve the problem also behavior is not good.

          सर शोरूम द्वारा वारंटी नहीं मिली गई
          They do not care about the service...I found some parts damaged after service...So I doubt they also do something which may harmony or damage the bike and we go again to check and they can earn from that. After they don't care what you are saying. They do not have a CCTV camera installed in the premises so they can avoid customer complaints.

            I had purchased bike 1 years back, now there is problem with hero passion xpro, i am facing problem regular problem of self from the date of purchase bike, my bike having 5 years warranty also, at the time of last service of my bike service center charged charge of resole problem of self. Also yesterday at night around 12:10 am when i riding bike my bike was automatic off and after that bike is not stating, currently i am in faridabad and not able to go to the service center (Hans automobile), because service center in delhi. No solution provide by the service center, dealer, so kindly let me know next course of action. So i can get rid form this issue.

              Dear sir,

              I am karunakar jha
              I bought a new motor bike from hero motocorp and bike model is
              Hero splendor+ i3s self start drum brake alloy wheel - i3s granite blue.
              Since purchase 5 months onwards we are facing bike starting problem in my bike no self work no cick work properly automatically very bad conditions and stopping in the mid of road while moving, if i explain same issue to dealers they said poor driving skills you have to improve your driving skills. I don't want to take risk by holding this problematic bike. Either i wanted to return this to hero motocorp and need refund my money back
              Kindly please help to resolve my problem.

                I handed over my bike splendor under job card no 21317 02-rjc[protected] for service. I was told that i'll receive a call when the bike is ready for delivery, without receiving call i should not come. I got no call for two days. I tried to contact on the no. Sent in sms but that no. Was not in use. I went next evening to receive it and came to know that my bike was ready for delivery on yesterday. When i complained for not to inform me and not to provide right mobile no. To contact, there was no satisfactory reply. I contacted work manager personally to complain it. He took no interest in it. I asked to chnage the faulty mobile no. Of manish chaudhary ([protected]), he mock on it and suggested me to feed another no.
                Experience at r. L. Motors, jaipur (Raj.) is bitter and needs care.
                I request to make arrangements to put helmets for every customer. It can be deposited with the bike and handed over at the time of delivery. Customers have to carry helmets two times.

                    Why hero motocorp give goodlife card. Dealer points badle gift deneko mana kar rahe ho, bo kehete hai ki only service karne baqt gift denge. Or pending gift bhi nehe de rehe hai. Unka bolna hai gift hum apne paise se kharid te hain to hum apne phide se hni denge. So mera quastion gift unke pese se milta hai yaa company se. Showroom main koi gadi dhonebala nehni hai. Enginer khod byke service karne baad khud jesetese byke dhoke customer ko dete hain. Ak delar debesh motors, padampur, odisha. Ak washing person nehi rakh sakta. Main engineer se baat kar raha tha to unhine bola 6month above koi nehni hai. Bcz bahut kam salary deta hai washing kelia so koi nehni reheta hai.

                      We get only reply that spare parts not arrived.

                        I arun kumar bhandari had purchased a hero mastero edge vehicle from one of your authorised dealer delalwe motors nampally, hyderabad with registration no. Ts09eh2547.
                        As there was a company defect in the rear tyre of the vehicle i went to the company on 26-7-19 afternoon and showed them the problem and after a through inspection of the vehicle they assured me to get the tyre changed in a day or two.
                        But till date it is not rectified and my vehicle is still in the workshop.
                        As my vehicle is in showroom i m helpless to travel in cabs and auto, for which i ve spent some hundreds unnecessarily.
                        I want to bring this matter to ur notice and want a speedy action on it.
                        Hope you ll do the needful to me with the problem rectified at the earliest.

I want change my bike engine as soon as possible.

The company provides a warranty period of 5 year but the agency is not treating it. So i request u to plz help. The service provide to customers by nishania kanina agency is not so good noone customer of nishania kanina agaency is satisfied. So i request you to plz help me.. The bike km are 15500 only and now it has prob in engine i have an another bike of bajaj which is 96000 but still he has no issues regarding engine.. I think u should take an early action otherwise no one will but any bike from kanina agency

                              This to inform your good self that i have given vehicle bearing reg no ts10es7620 extreme 200r to m/s krishna sai motors malkajgiri hyderabad on[protected] still the problem is not solved saying that parts not available with them and the spare parts incharge mr jagdish say itrs not his responsibility and the vehicle is lying ideal and on daily basis i am spending around 200 rs for my local transportation and daily i am late to office and got a remark for late reporting to duty, kindly look in the matter and do the needful at the earliest assuring the favorable remedy for the same and see to it that i can enjoy my vehicle

                                abhi iske engine me problem aa rhi hai mene hero agency Rajaram Dharniya agency me visit kiya unhone isko repair krne se mna kr diya unka khna h ki iski koi service nhi krwayi aapne. rural area me agency malhi auto mobile bhikhiwind me online service facility unavailable thi.
                                mene jo bhi service karwayi hai uski sabhi entry service book me enter hai.
                                wo ise manne me inkar kr rhe hai.
                                mene 2-3 bar agency visit kiya koi proper solution nhi diya gya agency dwara.
                                unka khna hai jahan aapne bat krni hai wha krlo kuj nhi ho skta.

                                  I had bought xtrem 200r before 9 month ago and continously facing problem. 4 nos. Servicing already completed, but problem has not yet been solve your machiniques. Problem are as follows:
                                  1. After run 5 to 10 minutes the sound has going increase so loudly.
                                  2. After run 60km/h the bike has not stolen its smoothness and taking more gear.
                                  3. I am not satisfied to ride on this bike or not get smoothness like as my previous bike pulsar-150.

                                    I get the service of bike done through your service centre and changed the chain set and indicator but my problem is still the same again the chain set broke.
                                    If some kind of mishappening accured, then who will be responsible for it.
                                    Due to such carelessness people are getting fool.
                                    I have already paid 2250 for this after that also the problem remains the same and when i speak to your service centre they misbehave.
                                    Kindly provide some instant solution to this problem else i will take some strict action.
