Sir, I bought a HERO MAESTRO EDGE, Matt blue, about 1 and a half years back from Kalyan mobi
kes, Hero motocorp, Puzhakkal, Guruvayoor road, Thrissur. After the first service itself it had starting problem due to weak battery. Except the 4th service, after every other services, either I have to take the vehicle to the dealer or they have to come and get it as the battery was down for twice. Once they send the battery to the company (EXIDE) and brought it back saying no problem with the battery, and now it is charged fully.
But the complaint recurred and the dealer somehow managed it and said it was not due to battery issues. Its last service was on April 3rd 2019, that time too it had some starting issues but they never admitted it was due to battery issues and passed the warranty period.
Today, again battery completely down. It is a fact that I didn't took the vehicle yesterday, but don't make me a fool by saying that it is because of that. As, my husband 's bike takes rest 1 or 2 months, and no battery issues till now.
Today, after seeing the complaint, I dialed to dealer, Kalyan Mobikes, and no call was ringing. All available contact numbers were not available. So, I forced to file this complaint.

    I had purchased duet bike from v n motor indore in dec.2016 intial free services were done with satisfaction but from last one year not providing good services with satisfaction. Today i was given my bike complainig with frequent problem with self stator please check self with servicing. At the end of day received my bike no mp 09 ue 0365 with self starting trouble they told battary has to be changed. I told a month back the same trouble occured that time i had checked my bike from unauthorised person he told coil has to be replace then he did bike started nothing else. He did not mentioned about battary. Bike was working without any trouble but today they rsised battary problem. They did not informed about battery at the time of servicing. It means they mischeived me and manager service also ignored my observation without taking any action. It means your services are not trustworthy now please resolve issue immediatly and take action againest v n motor indore.

    I faced the problem twice when i got my bike's service done in Prem Motors Agency in Kharar they are charging 2% extra on using credit and debit card for payments which is not legal as merchant has to pay Merchant Discount Rate on using POS machine they cannot pass it to consumer as the PREM MOTORS is doing.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

        I have hero xtreme 200r which i financed from tewatia hero motocorp.ballabgarh. After first service this will be happen that the engine oil was leaked from bolts which are situated under my bike. When i was stand my bike at one place then the oil was dropped out from it i will show the pictures and video under below columns.
        Please provides a good facility for my bike because this query was not solve at agency too i already take my bike to agency for fix this problem but they tight one bolt and Don't do anything anymore.

        About 10 days sent my bike not starting work in accidental repair of after intimation not any work in my vehicle by the bodyshop advisor. Irresponsible for work and not attend my calls for tha status and not status of my vehicle

        ko only 2 days hu hai liye hue.Bike only 104 km chle hai.aaj (13.08.21) is bike ke engine mai problem a gye engine mai head wall band ho gye hai company ke service center ne kudh agree kiya hai but ab wo bol rhe hai hum isko repair kr de ge but mai repair nhi krana chatha hu muje permanent solution chiye pls provide permanent solution or mai is bike ko approx 80 km se 1500Rs de kr meerat se sonipat laya hu company ko call krne ke bad bhi Mere koi help nhi milee.

          Maestro edge bought in the month end of feb. First came across with shocker issue now within 3 month the headlight of the scooty got fused. And singla mayapuri service, supervisor shiva refused to change it and asking for the charge. It's shame full that largest two wheeler selling company is charging. As we all know even household bulbs having 1year free replacing warranty then why this bigger company is charging, and how the vehicle get certified and what is their criteria of passing the certification of the vehicle. Please do the needful and it is the harassment to the customer that first pay 60-65 thousand for the new scooty. Then pay for replacing the parts of the scooty. It's really shameful that company with big names having no credibility. And charging unnecessary. I changed the seat belt of tvs scooty classic free of cost as it was broken within the 4 months from buying the scooty. And, their service center is also in mayapuri and they change the part free of cost as scooty was only 4 months old at that time not the 1 year old. Please do the needful.

            Dear sir, i got my hero pleasure serviced at sai motors - mysore road in march 2019. As suggested, i got my battery changed for the auto start problem.
            However, inspite of visiting and re-visiting for the battery not charging, the same has not been done till date.
            I have again given the vehicle yesterday, they have promised to do the rectification by today evening.
            I am highly dissatisfied with the service rendered (Vishnu, the manager & bharath the serviceman).

              I have purchased a bike hero passion x-pro110 (Discselfcast) from metro motors, rohini, delhi on date 05th november 2018.

              After 17 days, the bike started sounding too much from the silencer, so i took it to the hero service centre for checking what's the problem.
              They took 3 days to repair the bike. But after 2 days same problem arise again, i took bike to the service centre, they have done something and returned the bike, after sometime again same issue arise.

              I have given bike for repair in november, december, january, february and for second free service in april that means every month my bike is in service centre.

              I purchased that bike for using it to go my office, but i always see it in service centre.

              Continuously, bike's performance is getting worse, now it start showing several problems like overheating of engine, loud sound, decrease in mileage, self start not working, getting strange sound when trying to start, and several more problems.

              Every time i try to get help from service centre, i get a long bill and rude behaviour from employees working their.

              The last service that i have taken was on[protected], but their is no change in bike condition.

                No use of otp based suggesstion as customer based suggestion is not necessary in this showroom
                i serviced my bike and i gave dissatisfied code the showroom offical changed my number to his own number and started generating code again for satisfied code

                Waste service centre no response, the bike after giving there for service stared new problems there, it starting automatic, after locking also the bike engine and digital is on, meter is on only 24*7 after locking the handle lock..

                  I had purchase a hero motocorp passion pro 110 dt 14.05.2018 from shiva enterprises. From the 1st day a problem occur in bike like wiring issue, auto start issue and now from the last 2 months i face lock issue whenever i visit that showroom the employees told me "at this time we don't have lock". Only i know how to manage my job with this condition (Lock problem). I had visited 4-5 time for replacing the lock but every time they returned me with the answer "at this this lock not in stock". Now i have lost 2nd key of my bike and they are saying when you have both 1 and 2 key after that we can replace the lock.

                    Brought an new spkender plus on 27/12/2018 from divya motorcorps tvm. Now it ran only 3400 kms only. While i running once i felt huge missing. But latter its comes down. I informed diya motors and they ask me to come next day to showroom. Nextday i gave bike to them. They said there is only a issue in petrol cap, and they replaced that. But after that too bike showing little missing while riding. The service manager and technician also saying that that is common to splender. I dont think like that, inever felt sucha small missing while riding a splender. Please take an action to clear my bike's complaints

                      I bought maestrro scooty in jan 2015 and so far it has only 18000 km. Recetly i observed it sound is changed little bit and also have dense smoke when i contacted hero motorcorp they said these is problem in engine. Engine have five year warranty but they are reluctant to fix it. As a customer, i expect they will fix this problem as soon as possible,

Before 7 days i visit bike dealer. I talk to the bike dealer give me bike papers. But the showroom refused to give bike papers. And say bike paper will not found. So please help me. Urgent bassis. According to balaji motors it's fuel pump is not working & need to replace. When i asked to rajtilak automobiles for change with another bike, they are not ready to change.                             I had purchased an duet scooter from indian sales corporation, bhilai on[protected] vide bill no 10350bk17s4547 dated[protected] for rs, 52, 264/=. After 2nd servicing battery problem started and in the month of july - to oct 18 three time battery has been changed by dealer.in the month of feb-19 again the dealer repaired my above duet and finally in april-19 first week again battery has been replaced free of cost, (Reg no of vehicle is cg-07 bj 4240)

                            Now after one and half month battery problem again started and by cick also vehicle is not start.

                            Kindly advice me that i should lodge a claim to dealer for replacement of vehicle or sugest any other dealer name who repaired the duet perfectly.

                              I have given the my activa 3g on 28/05/2019 for service i told them the issues i have nd i forget to tell about headlight issue i was in hurry and took my vehicle and checked later. When i question them can't u check every issue vehicle having he said that no v just c what u tell, nd saying some bloody examples and covering mistakes. Then also he saying that complain whom ever u want. And also some parts also not available in the service center they said me to get from other shop, and the behavior of the person in the spare parts store is very rude she didn't say in a pleasing manner that the store doesn't possess some parts. When i went to complain the manager he is busy in talking phone... Very rude and careless service going on in "honda services pochamaidan, warangal, 506002". Please do take action on it.

                                Maine kl complain kiya pr koi solution nai hua hai Maine consumer court m 18/05/2019 I complain kiye hai docket no 1326182 hai agar ap koi karwaye nai karte hai t hm age karwaye karege

                                  The bike was dropped at the service centre at sahibabad, hero honda centre at 12 pm and was promised to deliver at 4:30 pm sbut when we reached there at 5 the bike was left untouched.
                                  This is highly irresponsible behaviour of centre management and the excuse given was lack of workforce.
                                  Being a field job holder its very difficult for a person to manage these things still these bad service providers dont understand the time value.

                                    Hi, my bike number dl4sch3404 and this is resisted to my name hari chander and my mobile no is [protected].

                                    I dont know how to sum up the issue.

                                    After multiple follow ups, thankfully above (Earlier message) mentioned issued is resolved. I happily accepted my bike. But after driving it few kms main chain got disconnected and it broke whole chamber along with minor injuries to me as well. When i took my bike to get it fixed in authorized service station, i came to know that the problem arises because of not putting lock in chain. I avoided a major accident but it could be otherwise just because of the negligence of your authorize service station. Moreover because of their negligence there is significant damage in my bike.
                                    I would like you to take this issue up and atleast get it repaired. Sangamautomobiles kanjhawala delhi

                                      Mere chain cover change nhi kar rage h jabki mene 2 service par hi bol diya tha service centre par ab wo mana kar rahe h ab wo kharab bata re h ese koi nai gadi me hi problem aati h kya mene pahle bhi head office me complend karwai thi par ab tak kuch nhi ho paya h or aaj service par h gadi or ab wo chain set dalne ke ke liye mana kar deya h please solve my problem
