Dear sir. Today i'm visit to hero authorised service dealership r. L. Motors riico industrial area mansarovar jaipur rajasthan for my scooter maestro's 1st free service. Those service center people who told me the cost of engine oil only when i was on the scooter service, but when the scooter was ready and i saw the bill, there were also several other charges in it, which were wrong.. While entering in the service form, a guy is writing "DICK OIL" Instead of disc oil. Woow what an english. I want purchase a new bike in mumbai. When i approached hero moto corp and many other agencies they are asking for a rs 2000 extra (Apart from on road price). They are saying that if you don't have your own house in mumbai then you have to pay this charge. I have rent agreement as address proof.

Kindly provide your valuable suggestions how to deal with this kind of corruption.

I used to serve on hero motor car, even after i got the service, my bike was not cured. I have served many times but this problem is not being fixed properly and every time i get a service ka le is taken. Maneger has also been told, but even if the bow is done properly every time, my bike is not cured, i am very worried and this showroom has been missing me for 1 year. Please take any action on this....

I haven't got the vehicle number yet. It's very frustrating me as I took the bike by cash and still it's taking too much time. I want to return the bike and get my money back earliest possible.

I have buy new glamuor on 14th-apr-2019. Since the day i am facing problem regarding less torque and power not climb in height roads and flyover.
I have complained three times in concern showroom and service center but they not resolving my issue. The service technician is a also given feedback the bike clutch plate and gear have problem and need to replacement after that the service manager not resolving bike issue....

I bought a new hf deluxe last month. Now i facing an issue with braking system. As the hero motor corp is providing 5 years warranty. I have visited the service centre but their mechanic are not able to rectify the problem. But when i request them (Dealer) to replace the defected part in warranty, they are telling that warranty is applicable on engine only.
Please suggest what to do....

I bought passion expro on 29 of march 2019 and i found some problems.
1. It does not have power and pickup as 110cc engine. It seems like a repaired or old engine.
2. I found that it does not have good quality breacks on both the rear and front like dream yuga and honda shine.
3. Third one is, its head light does not cover all the road. It shows some dark spots between the light area.
