नमस्ते मेरा नाम मोहित खत्री है मेने कुछ महीने पहले यानी 24/01/2019 को राजस्थान बीकानेर राजाराम धारणिया गोगागेट सर्किल से गाड़ी खरीदी दी थी गाड़ी नम्बर rj07 ds 7470 उसमें 2 महीने बाद एक प्रॉबम आई थी गाड़ी बबलिंग हो रही है मेने गाड़ी कंपनी में चेक करवाई तो वो बोले इसमें चार्ज लगेगा मेने कहा ठीक है बस मेरी बाइक ठीक होनी चाहिए कुछ घण्टे बाद कंपनी से फ़ोन आया में बाइक लेने गया बोला था ठीक हो गयी है मेने पैसे दिए और वहां से चला गया मेने कुछ घण्टे ही गाड़ी चलाई थी लेकिन उसमें कोई सुधार नही आया में तुरन्त वापस गया फिर से उन्होंने टाइम लिया फिर भी वही की वही प्रॉब्लम में थी गाड़ी मुझे कहा 2 दिन बाद आना हमारे सीनियर आएंगे वो बतायेंगे इसमें क्या प्रॉबम है में दो दिन बाद गया उन्हीने वापस वही प्रॉबम बताई बाइक में बबलिंग है और टायर में लाईन आउट है फिर से उन्हीने चेक किया मेने वापस बाइक चेक करवाई लेकिन कोई सुधार नही आया अगले दिन वापस गया उन्होंने बताया टायर खराब है मेने कहा गाड़ी को 2 महीने ही हुए है इतनी जल्दी कैसे ख़राब हो गया वो बोलते है आप गाड़ी बहुत चलाते है मेरा काम ही गाड़ी का है तो गाड़ी ही चलाऊँगा ही मेने कहा घर मे सजाने के लिए नही ली में एक डिलिवरी लड़का हुआ सारा दिन गाड़ी का काम होता है मेने उसके कहे टायर भी न्यू डलवा लिया कंपनी ने माना कर दिया हम टायर नही डालेंगे आपको कोयला गली सूरज टायर वहा से डलवाना पड़ेगा जितने पैसे लगेंगे देना पड़ेगा मे वहा गया उन्होंने कहा हम टायर की कंप्लेन टायर कम्पनी में करेगे 2 दिन बाद आना हम आपको पूरी रिपोट देने 2 दिन मेने बाइक जैसी है बेसी ही हालात में चला रहा हूं मेरे पास एक ही गाड़ी है क्या करता फिर 2 दिन बाद कॉल आया में वहां गया उन्होंने बताया बाइक 6000km चली है ₹404 लगेंगे मेने कहा मान लो मेने टायर भी चेंज करवा लू फिर भी वही प्रॉबम हुई तो वापस टायर निकाल लोगे क्योंकि मेने पहले ही कम्पनी के कहे पर 10 बार लोकेल मित्री से टायर की लाइन सेट करवाने में ₹600 बर्बाद कर चुका हूं और गाड़ी के लिए मेरा काम बहुत ख़राब हुआ है अगर फिर से गाड़ी में बबलिंग प्रॉबम रहती है तो आप मुझे मेरे पैसे वापस कर देना और अपना टायर निकल लेना में एक दिन में ही बता दूँगा उन्हीने कहा ऐसा नही होगा फिर मेने वहा से टायर नही बदलवाया मेने मेरे भाई की गाड़ी की दुकान है मेने उनको बताया उनके पास मेरी जैसी है एक गाड़ी उनके पास थी उसके टायर मेरे वाले में एक्सचेंज किये तो मैने 2 दिन गाड़ी चलाई कोई भी सुधार नही आया मेने वापस कंपनी गया उनको बताया मेने टायर भी चेक करवा लिया उन्होंने कहा अब हम क्या करे यह बात उन्होंने बोली अब हम क्या करे हमारे हाथ मे कुछ नही है जो प्रोबम होती है वो बता दी वो बोले रिंग में प्रॉबम हो सकती है कलेम लेलो मे वो भी लेने को तयार हो गया कलेम वाले भाईसाहब बोले इसमें रिंग खराब नही है अब बताओ में क्या करूँ कम्पनी वालो ने तो हाथ ही खड़े कर दिया हीरो कम्पनी में इसका कोई हल नही है मे पिछले 20-25 दिन से खराब हो रहा हु और कंपनी वाले बार बार बुलाते है कोई हल नही होता है आप से उमीद करता हु आप कुछ करे या अगर गाड़ी ठीक नही हो सकती तो एक्सचेंज करो गाड़ी में जब गाड़ी लेने गया था तब मैंने एक रुपये तक काम नही करवाया और तो ओर उन्होंने मुझे 2019 की वजह 2018 मॉडल दे दिया मेने घर जा कर चेक किया तो मालूम हुआ मेने बाइक 2019 24 जनवरी को ली थी उन्हने पहली बार मे ही धोखा दे दिया चलो कोई नही लेकिन गाड़ी एक प्रॉबम उनसे सही नही हुए में जब यह प्रॉबम लेकर गया था आपसे रेकवेस है आप मेरी प्रॉबम का सोलुशन निकले में बड़ी मुस्किल पैसे कमाए है मेरी इतनी औकात नही है में बाइक दूसरी ला सकू गाड़ी बहुत बब्लिंग करती है में बहुत मुश्किल से कंट्रोल कर के चलता हूं वरना मुझे भी उपभोक्ता शिकायत करनी पड़ेगी

    मेने 28 अगस्त 2017 को हीरो की hf deluxe bike ख़रीदी थी बाइक का इंजन नम्बर ha11 enh4h04804 है और मैने आज तक सभी सर्विस हीरो सर्वीस सेंटर से भी करवाई थी लेकिन अब मेरी बाइक का इंजन सीज हो गया लेकिन मेरी बाइक अभी वारंटी पीरियड में ही चल रही है लेकिन मेरी बाइक को वारण्टी में सही नहीं कर के दे रहे है और 12000 रुपये इंजन सही के मांग रहे है अगर मेरी बाईक को वारंटी में सही नही किया तो मैं उपभोक्ता अदालत में शिकायत दर्ज करवाऊंगा

        I have purchased Passion Pro 110 from Pashupati Autos (Aya Nagar) in April 2018 & get the bike serviced from their authorized Service Center time to time as per the service manual.

        Just after 10, 000 Km the bike engine started to make a lot of noise & when I visited the service Center on 27.01.2019 they changed the oil along with regular service was done (Attaching the Bill 1) the service adviser advised to run the bike at lower speed for 500Km & then get the bike checked once again but there was no change in the sound.

        Within next 3 days i.e. on 31.01.2019 i visited the Service Center once again due to no change in engine sound even by 1% the service adviser told to leave the bike for 3-4 days & the complete crank along with piston assemble was changed (Attaching the Bill 2).

        Still the engine noise was there & I visited the Service Center once again on 19.02.2019 & the complete oil was changed (Attaching the Bill 3) & told to get the bike checked at 1000 Km but no change in engine sound.

        Thereafter on 30.03.2019 when I visited the Service Center once again due to no change in engine sound the service adviser told to leave the bike for 3-4 days & the complete oil pump, shaft, filters rocker, gasket, spark plug etc. was changed (Attaching the Bill 4) & told to get the bike checked at 1000Km.

        After completing 1000Km when I visited the Service Center on 20.04.2019 the complete engine oil was consumed along with the same noise problem & very low pickup. Now the service adviser has told me to give the bike for at least 10 days.

        I am not able to understand why this type of problem is not been rectified by the authorized HERO MOTOCROP Service Center, from last 3 Months the bike has been kept by the service team for as per there requirement & they have change the complete engine assembly along with many different items. For a company like Hero Motocrop if such problem are not possible to be fixed then then please let me know so that further action can be taken on it.

        The Address of the Service Center is mentioned in the attached bills. Kindly follow up with the service team & provide me a feedback ASAP.

          Hello i adnan shafi from srinagar kashmir.
          I buy a scooty maestro edge 2016 model.
          My scooty only runs 14600 kms and the engine of scooty became in ill condition.
          When i go to the head office in srinagar. They told me i have to pay for the parts of engine. I have 5 year warranty for my scooty. Did i pay for it or not.
          Because from nov 2016 i only goes 2, 1/2 years.
          Is this your company policy to give not the best service for comsumers.
          Is the product of HERO motocorp very ordinary that only on 14600 kms the engine get broken.

          Please let me know about the condition as soon as possible.

            Few day ago sales manager of the showroom show me RC with faded print which is not be readable.

                Hi i sri ayushman basu roy from durgapur (West bengal) have purchased a hero xtreme sports (150 cc) bike from m/s shankari automobiles (Sub dealer of dutta hero) on 21st february 2019, but till now they are not giving me the registration number of my vehicle for 2months... When i am asking for the registration number they are telling that the court is closed for vote program... But there are other persons who purchased cars two wheelers after my purchase they are getting the numbers... Police is harassing me, and i cannot go any where with my bike...

                    Sir i have purchased bike splendor i3s in august 15 2018. Since that from second service bike is bubbling continuously and i have been make note in each job card of service and also before 2 days i have been changed the rear tyre as warranty make sence that tyre get air and that wise its bubbling but after changing the tyre the running of 15 kms and bike make out of road that much bubbling. So i think that that is foult of poor customer service and carelessness of the people who make sense that they are right and customer who make running and use is wrong and thought that customer is come and tell wrong for getting advantage of free services. So please make me a solution of my problems so that i sincerely thank to a reputed autocorp and feel good services review.. Even my bike sounds different than purchased and i also complain for that but they only tell that everything is ok but you tell lie which make me feel poor customer services. And also feel that if the problem is not solved than it may be a consumer form complain also in future if possible filled by me.

                      I went to the nearest hero service centre at manjeri, malappuram dt., kerala (Pin:676121) which is working under mark motors perinthalmanna, malappuram dt., kerala. I went there the previous day morning in order to get rid of my karizma zmr v-2's tapet clearance and tapet noise. They returned my zmr today evening. Actually i was really shocked when it was returned because the vehicle have a lot of damages on it, some of its body parts are broken, vehicle have paint on it here and there, oil and grease are spilled on my zmr. The behaviour of the mechanic was really worse. One of their staff have told me that the whole mechanics working there are not working well. The body parts are not fitted properly. The tapet noise is not cleared. Honestly i would like to inform you that this is for the first time i am having such a worsen experience with hero. Anyway, i need a proper solution to this problem as soon as possible. I hope you will be able to help me in a best way without hesitation and i am eagerly waiting for your positive response.

                        Pb-13 ax - 8136. The hero cddeluxe have manufacturing defect (The petrol t cannot be working properly i. E. Chargrled rs200 by your employees) but your hero agency employee charge us. The total service slips can be submitted itself by the agency employee. The bike runs only 5000 kms then how the slips can be submitted in advance and the agency employee cannot be cooperative.

                          I ask service supervisor why they are not any use machinery for services he say our machines are not working. So i[censored] charge for services by me then why are u not doing good services.

                            Hi,

                            I am hero customer and have one of the most trusted bike splendor (Dl4sch3403).
                            Unfortunately there is rusting issue in whole bike specially fuel tank.
                            As my bike is still under warranty, i took it to a workshop to get it fixed on 09th march 2019. But till this date nothing has been done.

                            Even after multiple reminder and query nothing is being done on it.

                            These workshops sangamautomobile are malign hero core value to mud and giving customer value a toss.

                            I request you to take note of the incident and help a loyal hero customer.

Charitha motors, hyderabad, vehicle was registered in telangans state transport department (Rta-hyderabad - cz) with registration no. Ts09eq0918.

                              Before purchasing of this ismart, i have purchased glamour 125 cc in the year 2005 (Ap09 bb 6549- chassis no. 0kamc14366...

                              This is thiyagarajan from mayilduthurai. I bought hero splender on 9/2/2017. The bike run around 6259 kilometres. The major problem is bike suddenly breakdown somewhere and can't start again. Actually this like happened for five times on every single i severely affected by this kind of problem. I contact nearby sales dealer they didn't response good. I want to change my vehicle from company. I hope u will give a solution as soon as possible

                                I cant bare this bike anymore... Thinking that we are fools that buying this one for 80, 000. Waste of money... Not even responding and at last we dont want this bike anymore... We want our money back... Is it worth for 80, 000. So much of irritation... And so many problems are arising in the bike day by day... Plz reply us that can u repair this one without any issue...? Or will u replace bike... Or else we will take action against your company... And this mangalagiri branch in guntur district is helpless and useless... Better shut the branch here to save your company... No response at all... Plz do something

                                  I am from pune and have terrible experience from hero motor corp dealer lakshya motors of pune. His service is pathetic. Company doest seems to be having any control. Service department who should look to improve service seems to be completely defunct.
                                  On the top of it the dealer charges me 2% extra on my payment thru credit card.
                                  I want to know how legal is this and where can i take this case up so that the dealer stop charging and fleecing innocent people.

                                  On service part i have left all hopes on this dealer.

                                    We had a big issue with the hero destini125... That its self was not working... All misconnections, no response of digital meter and analog meter as the kick also not working properly. We had given that bike 4 tymes upto now in the hero motocorp show room... As the workers and employees are not responding for it and also not doing the work... But asking money... We bought the bike from hero showroom of mangalagiri branch... The worst response ever... And at last i'm complainting by their behaviour.

                                      It's amal sahani.. Bike no. - dl3sau 9102. My bike is in warranty.. Plzz help me i'm so disappointed
                                      From your service.. Self motor is totally damaged and battery is also damage. And i have submitted the battery in krishna motors service center and they didn't give my battery. They just postpone the dates.. Not getting proper service and they are just disturbing me...
