Sir/mem,

I have purchased hero passion x pro from rajdeep hero showroom (Aavkar hall, prankunj society, daxini society, maninagar, ahmedabad, gujarat 380008) since 1 year and is running now 12900 km (Approx.) and i have done 5 free services from bike auto (Hero) show room (Opp. Gold coin flats, near vijay cross road, navrangpura, ahmedabad, gujarat 380009).

My complaint is that oil sometime leakage from engine in my bike and another problem is my bike is over vibrating and when the bike is running it is over voice and also when running bike then automatically off the bike in gear mode with clutching.

My previous problem solved as a mention in previous mail but another problem is existing as above.

I fully disappointed from service and i hassle from this problems i want replace my bike if possible because hero gives me faulty or damaged product.

I full support bike auto (Hero) show room but they did not get the work done. For this fault i put bike in showroom 5 times, which has led me to be more time consuming and also petrol.

So, please give me solution as soon as possible because i fully unsatisfied from hero motocorp.

    On kamachi amman motor melur
    When two people go to the buy cart, it automatically stops
    I told my completed my complaint in the company and told them that they would check the vehicle two days later
    They brought the car because of the reason they say they're right but then the same problem has come back
    I take the right action and ask for a different cart

      Dear sir i have taken hero glamour from lakshmi motors somajiguda 2017 model bike the bike has 5 yrs warrenty also the issue is left side back cowl was damaged they are saying it's your problem how can they it's my problem 😡. It's the manufacturing defect after 9 months the part was cracked i have shown to the hero staff they have said it will not happen anything to you. But now it's happened

        Dear sir/ madam,
        I am yogendra. I bought a splender bike from pashupati showroom of hero motocorp adhchini in january 2019 but i have not received my rc yet. When i went to receive the rc to the sarai kale khan rto office i got to know that the address mentioned in the rc was incorrect and as i had not received any insurance paper or invoice from the showroom so i could not make the corrections of it. This mistake has been done by the showroom's staff. When i asked them to make the correction they denied to do it. Even a single installment has not been recovered from me. I am not able to understand what is going on? I request you to coordinate with the showroom and help me out. Thank you.

          बहुत बदतमीज़ी की और बोहोत मुश्किल से मुझे मेरी गाड़ी दी।सेटीस्वीकेशन कोड ओर डि सेटीस्वीकेशन कोड दोनों में से कोई एक कोड वर्क शॉप पर बताना पड़ता है लेकिन सुनीता शर्मा जी ने बहुत बदतमीज़ी की और बहुत मुश्किल से गाड़ी दी हीरो मोटोकॉर्प के बाइक फ़्यूचर में कभी नहीं लूँगा और न ही किसी को परचेस के लिए सलाह दूगा।हीरो मोटोकॉर्प कंपनी का कोई कंट्रोल ही नहीं है डीलर्स पर।कस्टमर्स को चोर डाकू की तरह व्यवहार किया जाता है बोहोत बतमीज स्टाफ़ है।में कम्पनी के मिस बिहेव की शिकायत कन्जयूमर कोर्ट में भी करूँगा।आप तुरंत प्रभाव से वहाँ के स्टाफ़ पर कार्रवाई करें।हीरो मोटोकॉर्प कंपनी को किसने अधिकार दिया है कस्टमर के साथ मिस बिहेवियर करने का। सेटीसफीकेशन कोड को ज़बरदस्ती जानने का।आप सुनीता शर्मा जी पर तुरंत प्रभाव से कार्रवाई करे वो कहती है तेरे जैसे 50 आते हैं तेरी मर्ज़ी हो जिसे कंप्लेंट कर। कंप्लेनतो चौधरी जी के पास ही आएगी सर्विस वर्कशॉप पर जो सर्विस इंचार्ज के हेल्पलाइन नंबर लिखे हुए हैं शिकायत नंबर लिखे हुए हैं वह भी हमेशा ओफ रहते हैं।और अगर आप लोगों ने स्टाफ के अगेंस्ट कार्रवाई नहीं की तो में हीरो मोटोकोर्प कंपनी की कंप्लेंट करूँगा।या कस्टमर चोर डाकू या सड़क पर चलता हुआ बेवड़ा है? मेरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है स्टाफ़ बोहोत ज़्यादा बद्तमीज़ है।

          Just before 3 months i purchased the new passion pro i3s but as per the rated mileage it giving only 50kmpl. so plz resolve this problem or i want replacement for it. Its running Upto 68 kmpl in 100 rupees. Before it was running upto 80-85 but suddenly its giving very low mileage.

            Hello, I'm R SAI PRASAD has been facing so many problems whenever i give service in Sangareddy Delight showroom.
            That showroom In charge sathish is behaving very rudely and he is collecting more amount than the actual.
            Even if there will be small damage but he makes a bill of 5k to 6k INR.
            I'm here by requesting The Hero Moto corp to take action on him so that You can improve your sales.
            Don't encourage such type of ### if and only if the whole company is.
            I was disappointed very much.
            Hope You will take an action on Sathish, Delight Hero Showroom, Sangareddy.Telangana

              Respected sir,
              I would like to inform you that i, kulbhushan raja bought a hero maestro edge (Jh-22c 5172) since last june 2018 from narbheram hero, adityapur. My contact no is-[protected]. I have done my 4th servicing on 27.03.2019. There are creating so many issues after that servicing.
              (1) my scooty engine gives very noises just like 4-5 yr old vehicle so it irritates me.
              (2) my hero maestro edge vibrate & also gives jerks after starting my scooty.
              These two problems occurs after servicing. I am also unsatisfied with your service after purchasing this product from your narbheram hero adityapur. All technicians are useless. I think your product and services also so worst. It annoying for me. One more issue with this scooty is that the odometer metre vibrates all the time from the time of purchase, i think it is your company fault.
              So, please co-operate with me or resolve my all issues otherwise i will sold out this product.

                  I purchased a super splendor bike in cash mode. After twenty five days self start not working properly, i called & tell my problem to hero dealers. But they told to come my showroom with bike. Then his mechanic checking & find some battery charging issue. He kept my battery on one day for charging. Then after charged my battery at that time self was working in good condition. But after few days self was not working properly again. I sending my bike to service center with my friend but manager (Rajesh dhunia) of service center could not receive my bike. After that day i went in service center with my bike & tell my all problem like self was not working after charging the battery. After service my bike self was working good after replace the battery. Manger said your bike problem is fix. You check and test drive before receive the bike. But i facing same issue again and again... Last five days ago subham paul (Senior person) said to me that you go to salkia workshop to carry the bike for service under saurav dutta. He checked my bike self condition after he said a problem is found like loose the battery terminal. He fix that problem & handover the bike. But after five days my bike problem is facing same problem again and again. I was very disappointed for your service. Your service is very worst. I am sorry to say this but that is truth
                  This is my last complain against hero motocorp i want replace or refund my bike price i don't give any chance for any services.

                    I am neeraj kumar purchased a bike on 1feb 2019. My bike is passion xpro. At the time of purchasing seller told me that witin 45 days paper will be ready. But now no paper provided by dealer. When i asked from the bike dealer about the rc he behaves very rudely. Total staff are very bad and mental, donkey. I am facing very loss due to my company not provided my bike convence.
                    So hero provides very bad services.
                    So i request u to pls suspend the licence of this type of showroom.

                    Nick number RJ 14 JK 5082, There is a voice in the car's cell, no one raises the call. I repeatedly go to all the centers and the service center speaks right. My car is not right. I am not just anyone 6 months ago.

                      Today i went to hero service centre to service my hero ignitor there service was very unprofessional and frist the said we can not give you bill now for the service after a lot of requests they give me bill with unnecessary charges like accidental labour 472 inr, total they charge me 1900 and bill was 1860 they refund 40 when ask for the it and when i asked about unnecessary charges they simply refuse to give me any reasonable answer for it please look after these kind of employees who spoiling company reputation

                        I am shikha singh. I purchased a hero duet scooty on 10/6/18 from sunny motors cuttack odisha. The very next day it did not start at all. Since then i have sent it more than 10 times for its persisting problem in start.
                        I want to donate it to hero company as such a worst product should not be sold in market but they are cheating their customers continuously which could due to some dire needs.

                          In first service of my new hero xtreme sports bike, a part of side sticker got removed and it was accepted by showroom crew as it was their mistake and ensured me of replacement without any cost. This incident happened on dec 31st 2018. But till now they have not replaced the bike sticker. I have been continuously in follow up with them. But everytime they are telling, they ordered the sticker but not came to showroom from last four months. Required immediate response on the issue from the showroom and also from spares and materials department for not providing enough spares in time.

                          After my complaint in this website, hero replied to mail my bike details and contact number to their email address - [email protected] Then i sent all the details to that email address. After 3 days showroom people called to my mobile number and enquired my problem and ensured replacement within a week. As told, they replaced my sticker without cost.

                            I had booked for service on 13th april 2019 at kadavanthara focuz (Eranakulam, kerala) hero service center for my two wheeler. The call center staff have repeatedly called and confirmed about the same. We reached the service center at 9:10 am and the staff there told us that they have closed accepting the vehicles for service by 9.00 a. M on account of stock taking. The call center person did not inform me about the stock taking at the service center and i had confimed of reaching the service center by 9 - 9.30 a. M, as i did for previous service. I am a working person and i adjusted all my plans accordingly. Do stock taking happen on all of a sudden at the service centers? As i have booked, confirmed multiple times already then how could they say that they have closed? Is this the way bookings work? Then why are the call center people calling and confirming the bookings, that too multiple times?
                            I have registered for a pre-paid 2 year service plan with this service center and this was the second service. During first service the oil cap was not properly placed and all the oil leaked. I could nt use the vehicle for 2 days until the service team from focuz, kadavanthra came and repaired the same, for which we paid separately. This was the second service where they say the booking is closed! Is this the way customers are treated? Paying us back for the trust we had in hero!!??
                            People like us opt for genuine hero service centers is due to a trust that, as product owners they know the vehicle better. But if this is the customer experience, the moral is that we should think 100 times before opting for such pre-paid services at genuine centers.

                              I have given my bike along with my helmet for servicing in mody motors which was located in hyderabad, tadbund area. But at time of delivering my bike to me they are not given back my hemlet and they are saying they are not responsible for it.
                              I have lost my helmet which was worth rs. 1500. So please provide solution for it. And try to return my helmet back. I trust hero and i have bought recently a new bike. So please dont loose that trust i am have over you. So please provide solution for it. This issue was repeated for other customers also in that showroom.

                                  श्रीमान जी मैंने अनिल हीरो मोटर सांचोर 343041 से hero splendor बाइक खरीदी परन्तु मुझे गाड़ी कुछ समस्याएं युक्त मिली थोड़ी ही चलने के बाद बहुत जल्दी गर्म हो जाती हैं साइलेंसर में आवाज भी आती हैं साथ गाड़ी प्रत्येक पार्ट्स भी बहुत लूज़ हैं हर जगह आवाज आती हैं साथ गाड़ी का क्लच पॉवर भी बहुत कम काम करता हैं गाड़ी पॉवर बिल्कुल नहीं रखती हैं साथ ही डियर देते समय उसमें आवाज आती जैसे कोई पुरानी डमी बाइक हो साथ ही सर्विस सुविधा भी शोरूम की सही नहीँ हैं
                                  अतः मेरी समस्या जल्द समाधान कर कल मेरी अगली गाड़ी की सर्विस उससे पहले उचित निराकरण करने का कष्ट करें जिससे हमारा हीरो मोटर पर विश्वास बना रहे।

                                      Since we have good opinion about the passion pro model vehicle we bought the above said vehicle and registered on 27.02.2018.
                                      We found light noise and mileage drop initially. We gave the vehicle for service at correct intervals. Each and every time they are giving the vehicle only the next day after service. Service centre people said vehicle engine will get set in running and after that noise and mileage drop will get corrected. But till the fourth service they managed saying the same.
                                      When we gone for 5th free service they said km is excess so will be treated as only paid service. And again we said about the mileage and engine problem. The noise is heavy. They charged 2316/- dt 04.04.2019 for service. We took delivery and that day we found engine oil leakage and too much of noise. So again we reached the service centre, now they are saying have to dismantle the engine and you have to bear heavy expense to correct the complaint. You adjust yourself and use the vehicle, coz passion pro perform only this much. We did service at 14651km. Since you used this much, have to dismantle engine.
                                      How is it possible for us to bear the huge cost at 14651 km itself?
                                      Please let us know the engine life is only 15000 km. Mileage only 45km/ltr
                                      Service centre people boldly says, wherever you want go and complaint? Nothing will happen... If you raise a complaint you wont get even this much of service like that...
                                      Kindly take this issue seriously and solve the same as soon as possible at free of cost.
                                      My business is totally based on two wheeler, vehicle condition gone worst in one year before loan gets closed.

                                        I had a very bad experience with the dealer.
                                        I bought this bike 6 month before.. But dealer is not giving me bike number.
                                        And i went to the shop heal a lot of times but an employee of the shop owner guddu his behavior was very rude and using abusive language to me. By dealer two loan on this bike... So please solve my problem..
