I am doing regular paid service in kottara mangalore branch, but this time i received my vehicle in poor condition, they damaged my vehicle body parts, and they bounded by ropes of my vehicle body.     My name is sajjan singh chouhan and i parche a xpro see when i parchage a bike that time i am not checking that bike main stain broken and when i check that time i found it broken and i inform to vss moter cop staff that time they told me they will be change but not at done an i am calling again & again but no response so now what will do
    So i think they are only selling bikes not given a good service

      Dear sir this is anil kumar here i serviced my bike in service no even for one service i went to outside but now there is one problem in my engine need to open it so when i went in service center bahalgarh haryana they are saying only our service we can show outside center we can't show but in sonipat all services are showing its complete a online software problem

        There is boggling problem in my passion pro 110 cc bike.
        I complained since 5 months ago but there is no proper solution by the dealer.
        Then I also meet to dealer of wheels but he not able to change the both the wheels he said that he's able to change only one wheel.
        now till date there are 3 servicing are completed.but still I suffering from same problem.

          My splendor ismart 110 cc bike pick up is not good when i change its self starter which is not working properly. After change this part my bike speed & pick up has been down and automatically slow-fast when running on road with accurate speed 40 to 60 km/h. I have service in hero service center chapra (Saran) about four time with this complane but no any solution provided by service engg. At workshop.
          So, please i request u to check my problem and shot out them.

Here the staff is less and they are giving answers by rude manner.. I’m really not satisfied with your service center.. The technical people are worest and please kindly change the staff here.. Here most of the people are illiterate i[censored] have any chance just visit this service center you will definitely know what is happening in your authorised service center..               1. I wanted to purchase a bike of a best branded company and after all i trusted in hero and a passion pro 100 cc has been purchased from delhi and facing the following problems :-
              (A) firstly there is no tubeless tyres fitted in the bike and due to defective tyre i expended rs 2000/- for replacing its tube four times. Without struck any things in rear wheel, tube fitted has been torn. Finally the tyre has been changed and purchased...

              This is ritesh salve from daund. Tal. Daund. This is in regards to the showroom (Arihant showroom), i submitted my hero duet for wheel sound related work and its been over 1 week and still they have not started with the bike work yet and the concerned showroom person gives very rude, ignorant and dashing answers whenever i try to reach out to them regarding bike work completion status. I am very very unhappy and dissatisfied with the hero brand for such kind of repect given to customers. Kindly take appropriate action for the same as earliest and hand over my bike back again.

                Hi sir,
                I am parveen kumar owner of bike passion xpro vehicle no -DL5SAW9042 .
                I had visit so many time to karawal nagar service center regarding to complain with my bike after servicing .as i fell there was sound in my bike from back tyre and chain, my lock key and petrol key was stuck and my horn button not working properly but when ever i talk to center manager named ( Manish kumar ), he did not give me any resolution and said i have to visit next time for the same due to some manpower issue .and regarding same when i go there than the same excuse provided by manager to me .so like this i visit to service center 5 or 6 time but no one give me any resolution regarding my problem .but on last saturday -06/04/2019 when i went to center again then also he said on monday i have to come again .and yearly morning at 9:00 am when i reached at center than the manager said you just leave your bike and go, your bike work will be done and now when i called to him then hs said this time part is not available and did not reply properly and talk to me in slam language .you know from the day of buying my bike i always done my all services from the same center, I never go any where and now the service center person is giving me this type of resolution which is not acceptable .or this type of service is providing by hero motocorp .I am very disappointed regarding center service and behaviour .I want the resolution and repair my bike as well .

                  I have visited at barakar hero service centre while visiting the service centre employee ask that what happen i told him that i came for my first servicing he ask that from where you purchase the bike i told that from avik motor he didn't ask anything just he replied that it will take time again i ask him how many time he say's that first we have 3 or 4 bike (Barakar hero showroom) thats it after that he was looking that very busy but he was not busy. When i can buy bike from any dealer but why i can't take service from any dealer is there any rules and regulation that from where i purchase bike on that showroom i take service. It was very bad satisfaction from hero showroom and hero employee. His name is subha from barakar showroom.

                    I complain against manish motors koraon allahabad.
                    They not services my bike properly they are make fool to people. My bike no is up70 dw1950 (I smart 110) has some engine problem but and the promise to repair in 1week but they not repair my bike. It has 1 month of time but they are not taking responsibility of engine of bike.
                    It is not only my problem but all the people who services bike in manish motor garage faces same problem. I request you for solve the problem very soon.

                      Dear service quality team,
                      Hearing motorcorp,

                      I have given my bike to sukumar motors chomu jaipur for 3rd free service. They have given me time of 2 o'clock to collect the bike. At 2 pm niwas on way to collect my bike. I got the call from staff that we are closing the service center and you have to reach at in 2 min otherwise we close the showroom and will deliver the bike on tomorrow. I said him that i am on the way that i am coming.
                      After 2 min i got the call and the service center person said to me we are closing the center. I went there and i collect my bike. The level of free service is very pathetic and very down as level of service. Dust was on parts and no clearness on bike.
                      I have issue like the level of free service and timings and patience of staff.
                      I have very pathetic experience of service from hero motorcorp.

                        Today sunday, i visited at hero service center noida sector 58 sigla hero for servicing, i have already, hero joyride card for last service, hero execitive offring me for 1200 hunderd, my service cost is total around 2600, and he says if you renewed your card you save 400 hundred i say ok
                        Then says your bill is 2600-400= 2200+1200= 3400

                        Then where job card complete
                        Elective asking for mobile number, i told i dont know then he give me job card and after 20 min asking for rc
                        I gave,

                        Then he says me estimate for 4000
                        Then i cancel hero joy ride new card
                        Then he says, i can not cancel please provide approve form dealing executive then
                        Cancel
                        Last he crowdly give me final estimate for 3000

                        I, asking for every part of costing no body answer me
                        Very bad dealing by job card executive

                        And last service from hero authorized service basicalyy sector 58

                        I feel totally lost only service basic - 500 yet i have service card then
                        I lost my 3-4 hour for line every service and service time period full day lost

                        Hero service basically sector 58 totaly lost lime and money

                        My bike passion

                        Line number is 66
                        And 4 time line for serive then received 1 service

                        1 line is gaurd provide number
                        2 line for job card recipt
                        3 line for finally job card and estimate and key
                        4 line ans last line for payment

                        Then service complete from hero

                          This is to inform you that i have submitted my extreme bike on 1 april 2019 in hero service centre, dogra varanasi, because of bike not start properly, but in 7 days they cannot identify the problem, mechanic told me there is a problem in cdi, after adjustment of new adi bike not started, than he told me there is a problem in wire, after changing there is no response, can you told me how i have find my bike in proper condition, they has not handover my bike, so plz consider it as soon as possible.

                            I have given my hero glamour 125cc vehicle for service around 12.30hrs. The staff ride the vehicle and noted the remarks. I said only one problem of key on buzzer sound. After that they washed the vehicle with water and put it on workshop floor at 13.00hrs. After that they went for lunch from 13.00hrs to 14.00hrs. After handing over vehicle i went into customer lounge. Due illness i went into sleep from lunch hour. When i waked up at 14.20hrs they fit the vehicle for delivery and put aside and did not inform me. At first they given expected delivery time at 16.30hrs. After seeing all these i went to reception and asked about my vehicle position. They told service is not completed. I told that already service completed and they put it aside from stand and oil cleaning and nitrogen gas filling for tyres also done. After that works manger came with me onto the workshops floor and asked workshops floor superior about my vehicle service position. Then he replied that service completed and vehicle can be delivered. There i asked a question that "what works did you carry to fit the vehicle for services within 15 minutes. For my question they became calm and silent. After that i checked engine oil level as per page no.29 sub heading (A) engine oil level inspection/top up process of glamour owners manual book given when vehicle purchased by starting engine and kept it idle for 3-5 minutes and stopped engine. After that i waited for 2-3 minutes and i checked oil level in the oil level window and i found oil level is not visible and found oil level is above upper level mark. According to the manual book so far i have been referring engine oil level must be between upper and lower level marks when engine oil level inspection/top up process. Here they topped up engine oil level for my vehicle. After this i noticed the problem to man who is working as superior on workshop floor by showing the details of this from owners manual. Then he started to give vulgar responses and told" i am the author the owner's manual book and i have written plenty of such books and what i did that is the standard". Finally the problem was not rectified and engine oil level was above upper mark of oil level window. Meanwhile the technician who did my vehicle service used vulgar words and came to manhandle me. After these finally i asked about key on buzzer sound. The same technician disassembled head light dome and told it didn't work and told rs.150/- will be charged to provide extra part to work it. Then i refused to provide that due to their worst behaviour.in spite of not working properly they are blaming me and misbehaved with me and used vulgar words and insulted me. Finally without solving the problems they delivered the vehicle. After going sum distance i experienced that while on run both side signal buzzers not producing sound well when compare to before service. I went with same problems. The worst technician disturbed the sides signal buzzer system.in their view asking problems of service is not good. From first service i am giving my vehicle there. At before first service my vehicle was good. After services it's performance has been reduced, and even other two wheelers of low level cc even though old aged are going speeder than me. After giving a complaint they are advising to change my attitude. My attitude is correct of asking problem as customer life depends vehicle condition in view of safety. Here lot of technicians are not prescribed qualification and not having training in hero main workshops.
                            Finally what i want to say is that a customer never changes his attitude. But, a company should always satisfy a customer irrelevant to his attitude.

                              Dear sir i have purchased a new from aslif choudry (Rana motors suraj park rohini delhi) on 23/8/2018 and its run starting to know around 4 thousand kilometres in this bike a big problem now they run 3 to 4 kilometres in one time after 4 kilometres its switch off and can't start again.                                   I given AMC servicing they given timing 6.30 PM and I put phone request @3:00 to give bike at 5 PM .I reported to the company at 5:30 he said to wait until at 6:30 my request is not accepted .I sit at his chamber he said that sit at customer launge but I said if I sit here so that they can complete my bike with in time but the company person said that you can sit near bike servicing point also he insulted me.I given complaint to manager he didn't take any action on him .I asked manager to give complaint book he said that we are not maintaing that book .you can give complaint on line .So please take necessary action on him .For customer there is no respect here please take necessary action on them.Thanking you sir VVReddy

                                    I had my hero mastro scooty serviced on 05 aug 2018 in service centre at plot no 3, block a, industrial area, bawana, new delhi. The quality of service was very poor and the behavior of employees were pathetic. They damaged some of the parts while servicing for which i logged complaint with service manager mr naveen. He ensured to get it replaced soon. Thereafter, i visited many time but they always replied that the said part is unavailable and will get it soon. Till date, my complaint had not been resolved.

                                    Being a defense personal, i any how manage my time to visit the service centre but i think they hardly value the customers time and patience. Therefore, please look into the matter and ensure strict action against the unprofessional service personal at your centres so that customers don't find themselves wanting.

                                      My complain is that when i purchase this bike i provide my document copy whenever they mistake in my name in rc and insurance policy and billing copy.
                                      My name is suresh kumar mali whenever in rc, insurance policy and billig they mistake my name suresh chand mali
                                      I talk them several time they did not correct this. I complaint on toll free number my compalint number is[protected].
                                      When i talk to customer care they reply me that your complain is rejected due to not provide right document whenever i provide right document. I will try three time to reopen my complain but they did not reply me
                                      So please look in this matter as soon as possible otherwise i will take legal action against them
