One of my ratives have bought a hero hf deluxe on april 2018 from rajesh auto sales partapgarh and the main dealer is janta trading company, but didn't receive rc yet. They belong to a very poor family but even they had paid all the money cash to rajesh dubey, who is sales man of rajesh auto sales. Saler who saled bike to us was a fraud and now he is asking more money from them for rc and nobody is here to help them. Suggest what to do? Should we suggest other people not to buy hero bikes because their dealers are unable to provide comfort or convenient to people??

    destini 125cc engine problems

    This is with reference to a new hero destini vehicle that i have purchased from dealwel showroom, asif nagar.

    I purchased this vehicle on 26th dec 2018 on my child, mohammed ikhlaas hussain, name.
    Pl find required documentation attached above as reference.

    The purpose of purchasing new vehicle was to have a safe and peaceful drive for at least 3-4 years.

    However, it turned out to be a nightmare...

    As I was change my Hunk shock absorber 2 month back for which I paid Rs. 4400, , now it was liked and I am not getting any positive response from hero service centre which on NH80 near to Nathnagar chowk, Bhagalpur.
    My problem is to get service for new shock absorber because it was leaked and not working properly. As I am among the hero service provider they are providing any solution and making delay from last two weeks

      I am amandeep singh from village-dhunike, distt - bathinda, i have purchased a hero hf deluxe from rounka motors branch bhairupa. I had a very bad experience with the dealer.

      I have purchased a vehicle on 17th dec 2018 but i have not received the papers of bike. I was keep on tracking them over phone and person many times, but there is no proper responce from the employees of the shop. I requesting you to deliver the papers to me. Other vise i have to take a legal action against the dealer and very strong complaint against the employee mentioned. Kindly revert with a favorable reply.

        Respected sir,

        I have bought a new bike (Splendor plus) on 17 september 2018 and after a few months during 1st servicing of the bike on 23 october 2018. I have changed the spark because i was facing problem to start with it and till then bike travelled 626 kms.. And then that problem was solved..
        But now a days the new spark again creats problem and today it stopped working and bike was not started and i am facing much harrasment and suffers a lot..
        What's the reason behind it...
        Was the spark duplicate or any other issue..?
        What's the reason for continuously bike starting problem???
        I m your customer... But not satisfied with this type of your product... Plz check the issue and reply me the reason and solved the peoblem as soon as.

          Sir me complaint all level in hero moto corps. My bike hero achiever register number kl24p 1905. My name pradeep j. Me give my bike in change my odometer cable on 02 february 2019 in venad motors kollam, kerala. But me faced another many problems in road after changing my odometer cable. Starting trouble and off the bike many times in road. So it's servicing is very bad and mechanics is not good... So please forward my complaint otherwise me go to consumer court soon.             Aapke company hero ka ek bike liye hai splendor plus is3 jisko liye huye abhi 90 days bhi nahi hua hai aur uske engine kharab ho gaya hai to keya usko thik karane ke liye aagancy ko paise dene hoga aur average bhi nahi de raha hai engine ka aawaj bhi engine kharab hone ke karan aawaj bahut karta hai 3 din se ghum ke ja rahe hai agency se ek hamare bagal ka hai 5 km dur to wo jane pe har baar yahi bolta hai ki 4000 rupay kharcha parega nahi to jaha se liye hai waha le jaiye jb waha e gaye to bola 2 din baad aana abhi time nahi hai to aap bataiye keya aapke company ka saman purchase karne bahut aasani hoti hai pr aagar kuchh thik karane jao to 1 din baad aao 2 din baad aao 3 din baad aao aisa kyu karte hai saath me paise bhi mangte hai yahi aapke company ka rule hai aur yahi fayada hai aapke company ka gari lene pe

              I purchased a hero honda Glamour byke ( chase no [protected]) on january 2018 I servised the vehicle in East Venice Service station at Alappuzha, Thookkukulam. Kerala. after first service seems engine oil leakage in the top of the portion, in the time of second service they are not maintain properly and this problem is continues after third service

                Hello, i have hero glamour bike 2017 model bs4. I am giving my bike only in hero service centre inka erragada, hyderabad. I have always problem when i gave my bike to service they charge more money but they don't do anything, they just wash the bike and gives us if we come back to service centre to compliant they say other reasons so please i am requesting to hero to improve service

                  I have purchased a hero karizma zmr 2014 model in feb-2015 from sri shiva shankar hero showroom visakhapatnam. My bike has some very critical problem with the engine, and it is a manufacturing defect. I am facing it from the beginning when i bought the bike. And i have visited about 18 times to the service centre regarding the problem, but i have not received much of a response from the service centre. Present engine noise sounds and black smoke came out. Service person checked and engine was boar problem. Need to change the boar. I have bought this bike 4 years completed feb-2019. I have an 5years engine warranty, please provide information what can i do

                              Yesterday i give mine pleasure for servicing in your workshop in my nearby locality. I am highly unsatisfied with your service. There is oil all over my vehicle when i complaint about it was cleaned by your worker beside that also there is oil all over. I said them to clean it they said they can clean that much only. The vehicle should be available to me at 5:30pm, but they say they can't provide it on time thus i collect it at 7:20pm with such unsatisfactory results. I must say if a customer paying you for service it's your duty to provide them with a good service. I m highly unsatisfied... I think if a local vendor done it i could get a better results than your services...

                              After my complaint i got call for showroom n they again promise me to give their best service. Again i have to leave my pleasure for a full day... And see my pleasure appearance is same as before... When i told them to wash it, they wash it so nicely that even a single stain of oil didn't remove, and about your free polishing service, what is it? That service is only on the mouth of your service providers that's it. One more thing.. Nobody in this world is so free that can give his /her vehicle for a full day again and again after doing complaints and receiving dissatisfaction. I think you should look after your working staff and doing such things to other people.. I know about this platform to complaint but many of your dissatisfied customers don't know how and where to complaint and the result your company will see after some time.. Just wait and watch... Poor service... poor service providers...

                                    Engine se voice abhi v aati h bike 38-40 ki millage de rhye h and bike abhi 7500 km chli h agency me millage testing ke liye bolta hu to bola jata h ki 200 charge pay kiya jaye ga because sir its not my fault its u r mine phle milage test krwale pa no charg but ab ye log bolte h ki millage test par charge pay krna hoga and properly bike service time to time
                                    And sab se badi problem bike ke engine se voice aati h please solve sir/madam

                                      My name is sanjeev kumar my bike no-up14cq1287. I bought a hero bike extreme sports from uppal motors pvt ltd block a3 sector 10 noida uttar pradesh on 15/06/2015, whose invoice is no[protected] sinv[protected] and my bike is still almost used 42500 km, which has all the service done by the hero's authorised service center on time to time and i use my bike single hand yet, still in my bike 2 times half engine's work have already done in uppal motors and now according to the hero authorised service center my bike engine is lacking and the work of half-engine is to be done. I bought the hero bike for a brilliant brand, but i did not know that i have a manufacturing problem in my bike or in the service center worker, i have complained about it several times in uppal, and he fixes the problem, then the same problem received second problem occurs again even after the all service n authorization service center has been done by me, i am more worried than hero's bike, and on today's day, i have stopped believing on the hero bike, so you have to get my bike for rectify the problem as soon as possible.
