Dear sir,

My name is sanjeev kumar my bike no-up14cq1287. I bought a hero bike extreme sports from uppal motors pvt ltd block a3 sector 10 noida uttar pradesh on 15/06/2015, whose invoice is no[protected] sinv[protected] and my bike is still almost used 42500 km, which has all the service done by the hero's authorised service center on time to time and i use my bike single hand yet, still in my bike 2 times half engine's work have already done in uppal motors and now according to the hero authorised service center my bike engine is lacking and the work of half-engine is to be done. I bought the hero bike for a brilliant brand, but i did not know that i have a manufacturing problem in my bike or in the service center worker, i have complained about it several times in uppal, and he fixes the problem, then the same problem received second problem occurs again even after the all service n authorization service center has been done by me, i am more worried than hero's bike, and on today's day, i have stopped believing on the hero bike, so you have to get my bike for rectify the problem as soon as possible.

    Dear, my self sandeep kumar from patiala. I went to s&s goyal agency on 26jan19 for servicing of my super splender bike hr16t9666 & mob. No.[protected]. But after servicing of my bike i observed uneven noise from bike. After that i went back to agency and asked the supervisor to resolve it. After that bike alloted to technician to resolve it but its not resolve it and handed over to me told me it resolve. For your kind information its not first time its second time this problem happened after servicing. I m not satisfied with company service agency. Plz sir look in this matter

      I m buying hero pleasure scooter dated 23rd Dec 2018 on black colour from Rangpuri Mahipalpur KS Automobiles Rangpuri NH 8 New Delhi 110037 in the name of my wife, there was few part is missing like silencer cover and mirror of the scooter and it’s very surprising if you purchase new items the company would take responsible to get it arrange the parts. The another issue while taking scooter and moving out the location the scooter stop working in mid of the area and nor able to start. I have tried several times and called the customer care but due to late in the night no help was coming. I reached home in the late night and it’s the bad experience of my life forever. After 3-4days I have Contacted the service station where I bought scooter and personally visit the place and aware the facts and figure for issuing of fuel pump cover and they listen and ensure that the same will be rectified now and it’s not repeating again. Secondly after waiting the parts of scooter I m not able to find out the parts as of now and there is no positive response and nor the problem being rectify as yet? I m very frustrating about for those product and see the details are as: name of scooter is registered from Sangeeta

        My name is chahat ali and i purchase a bike passion plus 110 cc from aligarh auto sales on[protected] after submitting all the related documents and registration fees at the same time till[protected] i didn't get the registration certificate. When i talk about the same to the agency employee, owner even to the hero moter corp via call and via email. But not get any call back or reply from the agency side. I am still waiting for the rc after paying the whole amount. No one is there to help me and sort out the problem.

          I have purchased a new maestro edge scooty in oct 2018.in dec my scooty got some scratches on right side. I have contact to the service centre. They told me that my order has been placed on 4th dec. And they will get changed my scooty spare parts within 10 days. But after 2 months i have not get my scooty spare parts. They are not doing anything just giving next date of arrival of spares. Very bad service i have ever seen. Very poor way of talking ofthe executive of hero reps.

            The above deler create new problems in our bike and again going to service center for rectifying new problem but no respond at service center... They doing fraud business and giving bad service... So it will impact on hero motors... Please take an action on aditya motors..

              Hai, Iam Mathi kumar. I own a Hero duet in 25/05/2017 (Tn69 bd 0529) and have done follow-up servicing only in authorized hero service centers in Thoothukudi. It's aravinth hero motercorp in Thoothukudi. In my bike there is a default problem from the date of buying. Petrol tank cap is struggling to lock in each and every time. I said to that service center in every time of service. After service it runs normlaly for 1month. Then it repets. Then on day they change the cable of petrol lock. And also its countinues till now its a major problem in my bike. If it is a manufacturing defect hero motor corp is the respinsible for that. At last i service at dec 28th 2018. And also the complaint is not rectified . And i cal the deler they said to came. And rectify that temproveriely at 4.1.2019. But now 22.1.2018 the same complaint petrol tank is not closed. Who is the respinsible for this error. And how can i rectify that error. In every service i pay a service cost. Even after all services my complaint is not rectified. Is hero delivered a manufacturing defect bike to me. How can i clear this pblm in my bike. I[censored] cant rectify that, refund my bike money or exchange my bike. I really very disappointed about your services Thanking you

Today i went to some other hero service center which is located in kanuru area and the service center name is m/s. Sai swarnika motors hero services denied due to the card inactive vijayawada, krishna district, andhra pradesh. Immediately, i called to rr motors who were sold the card to me and convey the information to the dealer. Then they sent snap short regard the card details to my whats app even though i was not get any services.

                  मेरा नाम श्याम शर्मा है 6 सेप्टेंबर में मैंने ऋषि बाइक्स हीरो शोरूम सारंगपुर से डीलर अशवेंद्र सिंग छाबरा से मैने हीरो माइस्ट्रो एज खरीदी थी l अत्यंत खेद के साथ आपकी जानकारी में यह बात लाना चाहता हूँ कि ये स्कूटी डीलर अशवेंद्र सिंग छाबरा ने मुझसे पहले भी इक़बाल खान को बेचदी थी जो उसने 1 महीने मे स्कूटी को शोरूम पर स्कूटी की कीमत से 10 हजार कम कीमत ले कर शोरूम पर वापिस कर दी थी और वोही स्कूटी शोरूम वाले ने रेपयर कर किलोमीटर 00/ कर के मुझे नई स्कूटी की कीमत 63500/- रुपये में मुझे श्याम शर्मा को बेच दी ओर मेरे पास इस स्कूटी को 4 महीने हो गए लेकिन मुझे अभी तक बिल ओर गाड़ी के कागज रजिस्ट्रेशन भी नही करवाया l फिर अभी मेरी गाड़ी में चाबी सूज खराब हो गया था तो में उसको रेपयर करवाने दूसरे हीरो शोरूम पर गया तब शोरूम वाले ने गाड़ी के चेचीस ओर इंजन नंबर से शर्च किया तो शोरूम वाले ने मुझे बताया ये गाड़ी इक़बाल खान के नाम पर रजिस्टर है तब मैंने इक़बाल खान को कॉल किया और उससे पूछा तो उसने मुझे ये सारी बात बताई उसके बाद मेने जहा से गाड़ी खरीदी थी उस शोरूम पर कॉल किया तो डीलर ने इस बात से इनकार कर दिया l
                  मेने इस गाड़ी के लिए 22000/-हजार डॉनपेमेंट किया था बाकी रकम 41500/- पर फाइनेंस करवाया तो शोरूम वाले ने हीरो डुएट गाड़ी का 47188/- का फाइनेंस करवा दिया और उसमें गाड़ी की कीमत 68800/- है जब मैने ये बात शोरूम पर जाकर बोली तब मुझे शोरूम वाले ने मुझे बोला गलती हो गयी ये हम सही करवा देंगे यह कह कर मुझे गुमराह कर दिया लेकिन उसके 3 महीने के बात भी वो सही नही हुवा ओर मेरे अकॉउंट से क़िस्त कट रही है लेकिन मेरे पास वो गाड़ी ही नही है जिसकी क़िस्त काट रही है ।
                  इन चार महीनों में में शोरूम पर बिल ओर रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए कई बार जा चुका हु लेकिन मुझे कोई न कोई बहाना बना कर गुमराह करते आ रहे है ।

                  कृपया इस सन्दर्भ में शीघ्र ही उचित कार्यवाही कर मुझे इस पुरानी ओर फर्जी गाड़ी के रिप्लेस में नई स्कूटी के साथ बिल दिलवाने का कष्ट करे l

                    I went to hero showroom on 14th jan 2019 in mahabubnagar for my bike servicing, i have explain problems to your employees, they noted the problems in tab, i requested to your employee for test drive to my bike, they said that they will clear the problem, after 4 hours they will called me for delivering my bike,

                    But they did servicing to my bike not yet cleared my problem, your employees are not at properly not responded for my 5th servicing to my bike.
                    Hero is most valuable company in indian market, but your employees are very lazy persons,

                    I have suffering last 9 months bellow major problems:
                    1. Gear issue problem when i purchased bike,
                    2. Burning smell in one month,
                    3. Your employees behavior&negligence

                    Hello sir,
                    I am from Udaipur, Rajasthan and I had recently sent my glamour bike for service in an authorised hero service center. I'm very disappointed by the service. The worker had broken by bike's mask and when I went to show them they were blaming me for that.
                    WORST EXPERINCE with the service.

                      Here i'm for complaint against himgiri hero service centre, jhilmil.in last 4-5 month my bike splendor+ registration no - dl-13ss 8570 had service about 3 times and each and every service i'm complain that my neutral light is not blink or not switch when bike is in neutral. Apart from this in last service i registered complain that my self and horn is not working properly but these are also same as these was. And i have complain also about gear shifting problem that is also not correct by them...

                      In every service i'm following them for each and every issue of bike and till then they are not doing correct and don't show any positive response or feedback against customer queries.

                      I humbly request you to please intervene here and get correct this asap.

                      Here I'm for complaint against Himgiri Hero Service Centre, Jhilmil. In last 4-5 month my bike splendor+ registration No- DL-13SS 8570 had service about 3 times and each and every service I'm complain that my neutral light is not blink or not switch when bike is in neutral. Apart from this in last service I registered complain that my self and horn is not working properly but these are also same as these was.                         सर मेने जून 2014 मे पैशन प्रो बाइक बदायूँ (जी ऐस हीरो)GS HERO से नग़द पूर्ण भुगतान करने के पश्चात खरीदी थी।अतः अब कुछ समय से उसके इंजिन में से अनाबश्यक आवाज़ आ रही है । जोकि सम्भवत इंजन के किसी पार्ट की खराव गुड़वत्ता के कारण हैं।
                        Gs hero से बाइक लेते बक्त मुझे अबगत कराया गया था की बाइक के इंजन की पाँच बर्ष की पूर्ण वारण्टी है।

                          Bought a Hero pro in the year 2017 and its total run so far is 27500 kms. only but a peculiar noise used to come from the engine, Sir i have bought passion pro bike MBLHAR185JHB43072 . Ihave complaint on my ist servicing that my handle produce some sound but no one see my problem and don, t serious . And in service centre dhanbad they only wash the bike and give to the customer they don, t work on bike . Very bad service .

                            Hi. I have a passion x pro bike purchase it from uppal motors sector 10 last year may2018. On12january2019 had my third service of bike. They ask me to leave me my bike in their service station. Yeaterday i picked my bike from their and now wen i see my bike, the new filled engine oil was totally spread out from the bike. Totally pathetic service and unsatisfied customer satisfaction. It's not first time they are doing the same thing. Last service also they did the same thing.. I want to escalte this complaint for uppal motors service station of sector 8 noida...

                              I ajit kumar owner of hero duet bought on 13thjuly2018 and travelled 2300km only and had 2nd serviced, but i revealed that the engine oil was leakingthe service center told that the packing has to be changed and it will take 4 days for the same. I think hero company are manufacturing a vechile with a life span of 2300km only

                                It's been about one month i have been contacted me mehra manager of arc motors okhla phase 2 service centre new delhi, the bike which i owe is xtreme 200r and silencer has to be changed but there is no response till now, manager is so irresponsible, he say that engineer will come it's been one month none of his engineer has can now.. I'm a youtuber and definitely it's going to charge high to you (Hero). I have also been given silver coin from hero showroom coz of youtube channel..

                                  Hero duet purchased from vatta motors authorised franchisee of jaswant motor on 26.11.2018.

                                  Still awaiting for my rc and mirror. Every time manager makes excuses that fund is not available to deposit the rc fee and part is not coming from company side.

                                  Totally unprofessional behavior from agency side. I cannot park my vehicle at any parking area without vehicle registration no. Using ola bike after spending money to purchase the scooty.

                                    From the time of purchasing this guys are hassel me, 1 st of they await me more then 1 month for number plate and rc, when rc comes i have found that father name is wrongly printed by them, and they are even not responding on cc number\'s as well,, they are awaits me to 1st service as well..

                                    I have run my bike for just 1 month and it got puncher 4 times when i have told for service man about that he says tyre wire is internally damage from the time of purchasing, today 10/01/2019 i am visiting to there showroom and they said i can\'t do any thing,,

                                    They have delivered me a faulty bike with faulty tyre's,, they have install a local mirrors they have install a local tyres they have not providing service

                                    Apart from the mileage they are promising at the time of purchasing that mileage is 80km/ltr,, but it only gives me a mileage of 42/ltr,,

                                    My bike's self start also off and i3s system also off I have totally service by hero but no any results my time waste my money waste my petrol west and also west oil because oil is leaked in the bike hero passion xpro is failed bike by hero company and it's service centre are fake service centre bcs no give proper solution only wash bike and give it to me please do not by hero products

                                      Which is my papa nahar singh ji are registered with
                                      I had served my bike from bohra motors fatehnagar
                                      My bike service was not done properly and there is a voice from the front of the bike
                                      And the average of my bike got worse, which is giving only 48 to 50
                                      Setting the average of two-three times was not correct
                                      And no employee is paying attention to this
