I have purchased super splendor from tewatia (Ballabgarh, faridabad showroom) in june 2017 and facing issue in gear shifting. After 2nd service this problem is very much i had avoid 3 times meet an accident due to this problem. I go to showroom to rectify it but they don`t have material in stock to replace some item in gear system. Please avail the material and ask him to call me once the material issued to them. I am so much disappoint with your product.

    Good morning,
    I had buy the hero bike ignitor date of buying[protected], presently have drives kilometre is 2022km,

    But my bike was automatically race for every time, drive is very critical, much more time have service for, ganesh motors at tittakudi-tk, cuddolore-dt, but they're not solve the problem, they're properly didn't service my vehicle, 2days before they're said me, can goes to vridhachalam-babu motors, they're service your vehicle is perfect, than im gone to babu motors t vridhachalam 5th january early morning, but im doesn't getting a sollution, the babu motors mechanic said for please can come to monday early morning, hence im went to 7th early morning to service centre, today morning 11am they're called me, said for your bike corroborator was problem, taken time is 2 days after you getting the bike, but my question is this is a new bike, how about problem is corroborator???
    Who is responsible this repairing charges, can you give me a properly solution to me,

    Please can i return to the bike to hero bike company and i'll goes to indian high court chennai,

      I had bought a hero maestro edge on 27/11/2015, with warranty of 10 years. Its gear box and bearings are being damaged and needs replacement. Your authorised service outlet m/s aditya auto agencies, ghat road nagpur are charging me for bearings and gear boxes which is not worthy.
      As such immediate action is requested to resolve the matter and provide replacement of all defective parts, to honour your committement.

        hero splendor plus starting issue

        I have purchased hero splendor plus in aug 2017 from the first day daily i am facing the same issue that bike not starting easily, every day it takes 10 to 15 min to normalise the bike and till now many spark plugs i have changed as spark plugs got damaged (Stops working) in between while bike is running.
        I have serviced bike from hero service centre every time they are saying we resolve the problem but till now same problem is continue,...

        Several problem, with starting problem. Battery problem. Sound problem. Several time it even stop responding even after trying with several kick start. Using 4th vehicle of hero and this is the worst product they delivered. It stopped in between at night midway, and it happened many times. Complained and serviced several time in authorized service center but no improvement seen. Action required.

          I have hero duet bike. From so many servicings i am repeated ly complaining about handle vibration. I can say handle is dancing instead of vibrating.
          Service centre team least bother about complaint. Especiallt phonix - nagole branch-hyderabad. Most irresponcible responce which i ever seen. Three times i visited after servicing. Such an irresponcible staff.
          Iam asking from last 4 months for foot rest. Even called call centre and requested. No responce. When spare not able to provide why the bikeshttps://questions.consumercomplaints.in/ are being manufacturing??? Asked in service centre for higher officias contacts. Not providing. I left my hopes on my complaint resole. But m/s hero motor corp i will never ever will go for hero veichles and and iam will not suggest any of my known persons to go for hero bikes.

                I met with an accident as i was riding pleasure and when i went to chandan automobiles, the behavior of the supervisor was really bad as he claimed and i quote "i won't take the vehicle as i don't have the spare parts". If this is what i saw hero then you are the most disgusting company, i have ever encountered. Please do tell your employees to be in a good kind. That person behavior was so awful that i felt resented towards your big company. Please teach them some manners or i'll take this case to another level.

                  I bought a bike passion x pro chasis no mbljar154jgm02287 from reliable industries katras road matkuria dhanbad. My name is fidaul haque ansari. The engine of my bike passion x pro is making a lot of noise and the cam shaft and crank shaft block kit has changed since i did not have any time with the engine. I have taken passion xpro on december 18, 2018 and the problem has started since december 24, 2018. Now the problem is not going to go, so please please replace the bike or i will be forced to go to court

                    I am really very respectfully visited till now but my patience has been gone completely,

                    why you cannot take action again MAYA Motors (Mirganj), why you have such kind of Service center and Product Dealers, I pay lot of money because I trust hero MotoCorp, and now I can drive my motorcycle because motorcycle is not yet registered by your so called Dealers MAYA MOTORS, Remember!!!                         मैंने हीरो Duet गाड़ी ली है, मैने कल स्टार ऑटोमोबाइल सतना में इसकी पहली फ्री सर्विसिंग करायी, पर सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा ठीक तरीके से गाड़ी की सर्विसिंग नही की गई, और पूरा बिल बना दिया गया, जिसमे Engine Oil & Nitrogen Gas का चार्ज लगाया गया, पर जो काम कंपनी बोलती है वो नही किया गया, इस सेंटर में कोई भी कंपनी ट्रेंड मेकैनिक नही थे और जिसको मेरी डुएट सर्विसिंग के लिए दी गई उसको गाड़ी के बारे में जानकारी ही नही थी, उसको ये नही पता था कि इसका एयर फ़िल्टर कैसे साफ करते है, और उसने मेरी गाड़ी को Damage भी कर दिया जब मैंने इस पर अपनी आवाज़ उठाई तो कंपनी वाले मुझे ही चुप होने को बोल रहे थे। एक घंटे की एक्सप्रेस सर्विस बोलते है पर गाड़ी की सर्विसिंग 4 घंटे से ज्यादा टाइम में पूरी करते है, पूरा दिन खराब करते है, बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस है स्टार ऑटोमोबाइल सतना में। इस पर एक्शन लिया जाय। इस बैनर में जो लिखा है वो है नही इस सेंटर में। इमेज देखे।

                            मेने duet GJ06MB6864 दो महीने पहले ली थी। मे गाडी की दुसरी सर्विस के लीये दी गई थी और तब गाडी मे से आवाज आ रहा था। आवाज ईंजन मे से आरहा था। मेरी गाडी के ईंजन के साथ छेड़छाड़ हुआ हे।तो क्या आपकी कमनी की गाडी मे फोलट वाली देते हैं। सरविस सेन्टर बोलतेहै की आपकी गाडी मे कम्पनी का फोलट हो। आपसे निवेदन करते हैं कि वह समसया को आपकी ओर से सुलझाएं और मेरी गाडी क़ो मुझे संतोष कारक हो ऐसा कुछ कीजिये गा।

                              I used to avail vehicle service from khanna automobiles from
                              Mayapuri since i purchased the vehicle. I am sure that they are not doing servicing honestly. My vehicle even after timely servicing gives mileage around 30 to 32 kilometer, many times i told them but there is no improvment even after timely servicing. I am surprised even after servicing vehicle automatically gets off. I have to restart it many times during driving, told the same case to khanna automobiles while approached for service but no improvment in their servicing.

                              I think company should take some measure for improvment of such dealers, either they will dis fame the brand and company will suffer in future.

                                Aisi bakwas gadi aaj tak nahi dekhi
                                Pichle 20-25 salo se hero ki gadi chala raha hu lekin ab kabhi nahi lunga aur na hi kisi ko lene ki salah dunga

                                  Today as on date 30.12.2018 @ 10:00 am i am present here at jai kumar arun kumar pvt. Ltd. Meerut. U. P near roadways bus stand. For service of my vehicle no. Up 15 ck 0067. Hero achiever. The service assistant defined the service charges as (317+20) rs. 337/-. Rs. 317 for engine oil and rs. 20 for consumable (He told). While i ask why this rs. 20 stand for in service. He had no answer and he just said that this is company policy. While i force him to define this then he said that they are using shampoo in washing... Etc etc. When i do not satisfy with his answer i told that there are already mentioned in their service quality that they used only shampoo then why this charges again for the same. Then he said aggressively that i don't know. You just have to pay this 20/-..!! Even when i have already taken company there joyride scheme.. Card that means my service charges has been already paid by me while i purchased that chard. It means i should not pay more then engine oil cost if there is not any such problem. Then i have checked there jobcards on counter of another customers they are taking these illegal charges from several customers. Kindly look in this matter bcz they are making money by fraud with the name of hero moto corp.

                                    Sir mene hero arnav moters bhilwara se[protected] ko new bike li thi par vha se lene ke baad me jyada se jyada 10 din bike ko chalai fir dekha to usme se oil nikal rha tha to me company par gya tha usko sahi karwane jo unhone kaha bhi tha ki abki baar nhi hoga sahi kar denge uske baad me bhi oil nikal rha tha to fir mene 1st service par lekar gya unko fir se bola par bolne ke bad me bhi wo oil nhi ruka uske baad me bhi mene 2 baar gadi ko vha par sahi karwane ke liye dekar aaya par fir bhi nhi ruka total mene sir vha gadi ko 4 baar dekar aaya hu par ab me preshan ho gya hu esliye ab sir aap meri madad karke wo jaha se oil nikal rha he usko change karwa do sir ya fir me bike ko return kar du sir muje visvas he aap meri jarur kuch na kuch help jarur karoge thanks sir kailash chandra teli
