I have bought bike from godhra rajai motors in september 2018.. But still rto passing pending and number plate also pending.. I have called many times to showroom but giving proper answer and asking me that u will get call and msg.. But 3 months done still no msg and called regarding this..

Now in 2 nd october my bike got accident and my bike is in show room.. For claim i have take many times follow up but no response from showroom as well tata aig department.. Pls explain me i have bought my bike on cash now this is the benefits for purchase bike through cash..

Kab milega hme kai baar traffic police is wjh se rok ke rs 800 bhi le chuki hai kya ye shi hai hm kab tk apni khud ki kharidi hui bike na chalai aap iska jawab dijiye bdi maharbani hogi.

Sir my bike is in workshop for 1 week today, my bike was accident claim after surveying today, it has gone up to 4 days and we are demanding time by telling them that it will take 3 to 4 days, the people who are on the good post inside this workshop are so lousy that they do not talk to the customer well no one wants to take responsibility for any kind the luggage is not a big problem, it's a head light. Today our car is parked in a workshop that is over a week. Never work in this workshop, the good life card that is made can not be used anytime (Paytm and phone-pay) we had to get the bike out for our friend, the points of good life have not been reached yet, it has been 1 month, the internet problem is always being told in the workshop for 6 months, the people who are on good posts in this workshop do not do their work at the right time.

I am ganesh. I brought splendor ismart bike from sarathy motors redhills, chennai in march 2016. I have complained my times that mileage is getting only 50 kms for my bike in all the free service done. But every they said we have checked the mileage. Even in free service i was charged more than rs.1000 every time.

Service is very poor, last month i paid rs.2000 for service to sarathy motors for my bike. But they didn't check problem as back tyre is scratching something while riding bike. I specifically told them to check. Even though i said twice, still problem was not at delivery after service. Still i hearing some bad noise from back tyre and its scratching something.

I need mileage to be increased to 80 kms as said by seller and convinced me to buy ismart. I planned to buy passion pro but the seller promised ismart will provide 80 kms per litre as company stated 100 kms per litre.

Also, i have not received hero goodlife rewards for 7098 points. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

I am a consumer of your hero showroom manikchak, malda, west bengal brunch. I purchased hero glamour fi on[protected] from hossain automobile. And as per rooting service i went to service center and ask for first service. They received my bike and i told them that for personal reasons i will receive the bike after seven days they say "ok" but when went to receive my bike they told that service manager accident my bike. And they ask my all papers for insurance claim. I gave them all papers. But after one and half months to till date i have not received my bike. When i asking for bike they told one perts not found in market. And always used filthy languages and throw out from there showroom

Super splendor 2018 i3s modal purchase, but in the motorcycle, there is a great problem, you are requested to remove my bike problems.

Problem details are-
1- gear box not properly work, 1st & 2nd gear veri hardly working
2.- engine noise & vibration their on after vehicle running mood
3.- right side mirror adjustment loos, i. Running position mirror left down.
4.- handle angle not ok. Handle down to right side

I've been very dissatisfied with the service provided by one of Hero Motocorp's franchise in Kushalnagar, Kodagu, Karnataka. The name of the showroom/service center is M.S.M Automobiles. Hence, i decided to complain about it through the official complaints section of Hero Motocorp's website which would help us to resolve the complaint efficiently without bringing the name of the company in a public forum, but i couldn't do it. Because Hero Motocorp had not listed this particular franchise in it's site and you cannot make a complaint unless you select one of the franchises they list in their site. The service center seem to follow deceitful practices such as borrowing the customers phone to collect the 'experience code' and give themselves a positive feedback which i think, is very disrespectful towards the customers. I noticed a clause in the 'Delivery receipt' which said " Vehicles in this workshop are handled/driven and kept at owner's risk". I wonder how we're supposed to trust them with our vehicles... Upon taking the delivery i noticed some scratches on my vehicle and brought to the managers notice immediately, to which he proudly says that they might have bumped the vehicle to the wall while handling. I couldn't say much to it as they had already made me do the payment even before showing me the vehicle.

I have bought bike on 26TH AUGUST 2018 from JAYDEEP AUTO DEALERSHIP MAKARPURA, VADODARA.
And from last 3 months i have been waiting for my number plate, still there is no response regarding my issue. and i had visited the dealership many times the people are not taking responsibilities, there is always delay in providing service. now they have told to come for my number plate on 3rd December 2018.

Again complaint againts with service center due to service done without customer care no happy call no satishfactory from service canter on 11 nov give bike for service he did not propely service today when i comming to my office i saw whole engine oil fall down on road might be possible nut was loose oil waste due to technician fault i did pay extra charges to service center as demand when i told to him bike making extra sound doing like bullet.

Want to complaint againts service center who is the responsible for that my office located in okhla and who is pay again engine oil amount and nut amount and might be possible engine got damage pl provide soulation and take strict action againts service center they are doing like a local service center...

I have bought bike on june 2017.
I have paid half amount via online payment and half amount via credit card.
He is not giving me any bike related document.
Insurance document and not register my bike with rto.
Didn't get bike number also.
I have raise complaint to hero motor customer care but no output.

My bike was accidentally and i claimed this bike insurance, but before my bike claim some part was fine now it also got spoiled as if some parts of the brake wire handle and bike locks and i talked about it in snowy so they say that this part was not meant to change. Now tell me to change the part that is fine, but it is not ready to listen to me, and i complained about this there was no action of the branch manager of the company, yet tell...

I purchase my new super splendor on 11/07/2018 from ds motor teliamura tripura. Engine no ja06ehj9e18867, vin :- mbljari6xj9e18560. Customer name :- dilip deb. Mainly complain is that after delivery from showroom the leakage of engine oil is continiously flowing by drop. I also inform ds motor but they did not satisfactory response as what a customer want.

I want to say that hero provide me very bad service.in past 2 years my maestro edge engine got repaired twice. I am faced such disappointment from this company. My vechile number ch01bk1651. I was also talked to the customer care and manager but they are not cooperative with me, instead of giving good service to me they are arguing with me that they will not come for the pick and drop service.

I 'm drawing your attention to the matter with great disappointment that i decided to own an indian made decent looking bike i. E, hero super splendor & owned it on 06/11/2018. At the time of buying some vital accessories were unavailable with the dealer and they assured me to make them available subsequently. But to my dissatisfaction accessories like engine plate, seat cover & dikie are not available with them till date. Upon contacting the dealer they are saying repeatedly the same line that these are not available with us. So, i think it brings a negative remarks on your brand for such minor services despite your monthlong advertising on various media. To me you are just like a cheap street seller. You are far interior than any brands like honda, bajaj, etc.

Since then i have not been able to start the service. So useless service. There is no hearing in the workshop. Maintenance and clinics are not taken care of. Go to workshop not a helpful part, coming after a week.

I tamnoy das, from barasat, north 24 parganas, pin 700124, i purchase a hero glamour from cynosure manik's auto center madhyamgram on 23/09/2018 vide invoice no. Vsi-19244. At the time of purchse they forced to me buy a insurance policy of rs.8000/- but i purchase a insurance policy out side of the showroom of rs.5040/- and the idv of rs.70000/- instead of 61000/-. After that i several time go the dealer and failure they are not given the documents. Till date they forced to me insurance purchase from the dealer.in this circumstances the insurance co have no problem about the idv also rto office. The insurance co said claim given to the party i have no problem.
