I purchased my two wheeler (Hero splendor +) in 2012, wanted to complaint about the kind of services your authorised services centers are providing is not good, not even upto the mark too. Every time i submitted my byke for servicing they left something or the other & now my byke engine has been open twice within 22000 kilometers. I requested to you that my motor cycle hero passion xpro more noise coming at rear brake.i shown to showroom (vishal motors Alibag)but problem not solve.also very low mileage 40kmph.company mileage is 65kmph. please rectify this problem.

I had purchased a hero pleasure scooty from kukreja automobiles, munirka on 26.06.2018. On 05.07.2018, got the massage regarding registration number (Dl12sm1531) after that i made call to the kukreja automobiles and they told me that they will call in 4-5 days for fixing of number plate. I am the owner of hero pleasure vehicle (Ts 08 fd1974), i have purchase bike in dec-2017, since the first day starter is not working till now for every service they changed the plug and recharged the battery and added that bill to me.
After the service of next day starter won't work. Service showroom in habsiguda hyderabad.

Worst service why there will be problem with starter from 1st day onwards.

This is to inform you that i have service in bhagwan motors, delhi road saharanpur-247001. I am not satisfied for services regarding:-

1. Compressior not working.

2. Service provider is not punctal about services.

This matter are taught to manager, supervisior but there is not positive response. I attached the video of this matter.

Purchased new vehicle super splendor at mohana motors chennai on 10.07.2018. Delivered vehicle with damaged key with out inspection. I found the key was damaged and inform to mohana motors. But till date no response from the mohana motors. (Vehicle no : tn22 dl-4663) kindly arrange and solve the issue as earliest. This is leads to affect the integrity of the company....

Dear sir,

It is sorry to inform you that the hero authorised service center avik motors (Asansol) has very poor in service. They make bill 2000/- with out giving any estimate against my mastro (Reg no-wb-38ak8184). Again they deny to give warranty of my scooter's battery. My scooter is still now under warranty.

Hope sir, you will take an action about the problem as soon as possible.
