I have a Model:-Mastro bike first time engine related issue came than given to Chandan Automobiles Patna and he repaired pay basis not given warranty on 24 dec 2017 .Second time same problem came and given to Rohit Automobiles hajipur .Workshop person said engine cranck is damage and i replace at customer pay basis why your warrnty policy.

My name is hitesh shukla. My complaint discription given below:-

Final the bike passion xpro rs 61260/-, in kalsi moto (Showroom of hero motocorp) with exchange the tvs sport es 2012 model at rs 12000/-. I pay cash rs 19700/- + 12000/- (Exchange bike) total= 31700/- and balance for loan rs 29560 /-. But my loan passed rs. 35410/- & its emi rs 3280/- for 12 months

This according total paid price of this bike will be 71060/-. My loan acount no is 59985329. (Proccesed by mr. Raman) on 12-aug-2018) hdfc counter in kalsi motor, gt road, ludhiana cheats many customers on behalf of short knowledge of loan & price of vehicle. I also include in this list of customers.

Got call from one lady who told she is calling from hero motocorp and your resume has been shortlisted for telephonic interview and she took telephonic interview. Next day she told that you have been selected and you need to send 8k for document verification.
The account number which she send was sbi account in the name of mr. Jitendra kumar sagar.

It was not the expectations from hero. I have another bike of hero honda passion 2003 model that was fantastic but from the new onei am totally fed up.

0n 23rd Aug./2018, my vehicle Hero Maestro ( KL 48 F 6396, Registered owner Sabu P.M.)scooter engine stopped on running. I rolled off the vehicle to home.
Informed the condition nearby hero dealer(Guru Associates, Kunnamkulam, Contact No: [protected], [protected]). They are asking me to drop the vehicle at their sation in any pick up vehicles. As we (I & my wife) both are working it is very difficuilt to drop the vehicle by taking leave from the office. Hero motors don't have any pick up service/ or they won't attend such compliants on the spot. If it is the situation I wish to discontinue the services from hero and planning to sell off my vehicle. I have hero maestro 2016 model of your company bajaj moter limited . Its average is 20kilometer to 23 kilometers per litre. I checked my scooty to many mechanics. I have service this 2 times and changed its oil filter and plug but the average of my scooty is low and low day by day this problem cannot be solved by any mechanic. Please tell me about this and answer this mail on my email address.

But there staf is not servicing good, my bike engine oil likeged and servicing not done properly... And today gave return servicing my bike same showroom but same issue repitbagain my bike not starterted in main road... Plz take complint same...

I'm purchased a hero motorcycle i-smart on 26/09/2016. After purchased this motorcycle i realized that a very bad sound made from my moto.. I complaint to my hero dealer cynosure manik's auto center. They had just overlook my complain, i reapetedly complaint them but they can't hear me or take it seriously. So i'd feeling harrase. I pray to you please relieved me from this major problem.

Sir i got a mail from naukari.com that your cv is shortlisted in hero motocorp and one contact no ([protected], sr hr divya jain) was provided with that mail for further queries. Her name was divya jain. She took my technical and hr round and both interviews was telephonic. After two days she told me that you are selected in my company so you need to submit 6k rs for training letter and 20k for joining letter and all 71k for one year bond and 55k for bank account and every money is refundable after your joining. Sir i submitted approx 152000 rs in total within 15 days. She provided me each and every letter very properly. My joining was from 16 of may, so on 14 of may i resigned in my previous company evalueserve pvt ltd. When i tried to contact on 15th may she started disconnecting my call and after that her phone was switched off. I fired fir in sadar police station, gurgaon but there is no positive response. Please help me, it's my humble request. I'll be very grateful if you will provide me any help. Thank you in advance.

A call from a person(female) and told me you are selected for job in heromotocorp.then she ask some questions and send me the letter about job...then ask for training money...then i pay all money...after that i visit hero motocorp company..there they said that...job letter is fake and ...when I call back them they said...this is hidden process under Hr (Sujita khemka)...caller name (divya jain she said)..now my mobile number is blocked by her(Divya Jain)

Because these type person misuse the company name and person name in the market .

On 28th August 2018 i received i call from [protected] number and girl who called me said your resume has been shortlisted in our company.
Next day on 29th august i got a message on number is that "dear candidate your telephonic round will be held on today between 10:30 am to 3:30 pm so prepare for telephonic interview.

and at 12:32 pm i received a call and she said hello i am Shilpy prasad calling from hero motocorp limited this call regarding to your telephonic interview so are you ready for that. i said yes and she asked me some question and gave answer of her question.
then she said we will tell you later about your result.
on 31st August 2018 i again received a call from other number which is [protected] and she said hello my name is (don't remember) and i am calling from HR department of HERO MOTOCORP LIMITED. yesterday your telephonic interview was held and let me tell you, you got selected in our company in Production department all that.
i said mam can you please send me all these information on my email id.
she sent me details. detail was completely fake.

I purchase hf deluxe bike in january 2018 at hero show room, yellamaguttanizamabad, telangana, black smoke come from silencer but no proper work at service centre and i3s technology is also not working properly, please give proper instructions to service the bike

I have given a pleasure for service on 22-aug-2018 at sai ram automobiles tuni.. When i gave the bike at that time, my bike battery was working fine... And i ask him to change the engine oil and to check front lights... When i was returned he gave me the bill of 1700/- and changed the brakes without my permission which are working fine before. He has to ask me before changing anything and inform me these are not working.. Without any intimation they had changed everything...

After that when i returned to home the bike suddenly stopped on mid way and self start not worked. So, i started the scooty with the help of 2 to 3 kicks

Next day again i went to the service center and ask them to check the bike and they replied that the battery has burnt. I think they had replaced my battery because which was worked fine before the service..

Please take strict action against them for charging extra money for unwanted things and for their poor service..

Dear sir/mam,

I bought my hero hf deluxe bike on dated: 24/08/2017 from dv hero service hoshiarpur punjab. And bike is running only 5000 km in one year. I have just availed service in dv hero bike service. They took 2 - 4 hours to get the service done.in fact they are doing nothing but washing.
Its rpm meter is not working, when turn the bike on right side its accelerator raised automatically, also over all bike performance is not good. And before a last service bike engine stop automatically in between road side. Issue in key lock & unlock from day one.

As i have been a hero user for the last 15 years. This is the first time when i have lost my faith. Now i finally realised why honda is on top...

As job card no is[protected]rjc[protected] is pending from last ten days. We get repeated answer about providing motorcycle that it will be provided in two or three days. Such answer we are getting from last ten days. How one will provide motorcycle for servicing to company showroom..

After regular servicing it was inform that the is issue of white smoke and to submit motorcycle for 2 days. Motorcycle was submitted on 19/8/18 and still we are moving to service center to receive the cycle but neither getting the motorcycle nor getting the correct answer.

Kindly suggest how a customer believe on the word of service center and will satisfied with service.

Hero maestro edge your, s produt has been purchased by me at 7.11.2018. After 1 months i am facing 2 problems in you product.
1inferior quality of part. Which are easily broken.
2. No much attention paid your company which fixing internal parts. It sounds while riding. May be less strong.
Average is not good. And lock too.

This is for your kind information that i purchased a hero passion xpro 2018 model from unique motors madhepura on 13.07.2018, on the very first date i faced some issue from the bike, the bike's engine off when bike cross the speed of 40 km/h, and the same has been told the technical person of your service centre but issue remain sustain with the bike and the seat made sound when bikes go through pot holes. Now on the way to kishanganj, bike's engine suddenly off and not started, i have given the bike to the maharishi motor, jokihat, araria, here the technical person told me that the valve as well as spark plug bend due to the mistake during servicing by the service worker. Original parts of passion xpro 2018 model are not available at maharishi motors, jokihat. Maharishi hero motors service centre was unable to sort out the above issue.

From the above said issue i did not resume my service at kishanganj. I have ladge a complaint against the faulty product to the nodal officer patna bihar, on 28.08.2018, i am still busy in repairing of the bike, the engine is open thrice in a month, how can i trust the product now, every body are questioning about the bike, is this the reputation of heromotocorp. This is a faulty product given to me by your reputed agency, the crome of the instrument cluster is also damage, and the same has been told by service personnel of the agency of kishanganj, how many times i have to visit service centre for this faulty product. Company should initiate steps in respect of change this bike immediately. I got lot of issues from the first day with the bike and fed up with repairing of whole part of the vehicle.

I purchase splender + bike (date -16/07/2018).in earlier days bike is moving good ..But after 5-6 day bike star shut down when I go to purchasing company (name -charisma goldwheels, plot no.7, industrial area, phase -1, Chandigarh) the machanic set the bike and give to my by saying that the bike tuning is not set we set these.But these happen again and again up till now I want there in purchasing company 7 to 8 time but no solution .its about 1 month and 12 day from by purchasing day and the bike shut down 7-8 time and I want there 7-8 time .I am not so free .so please solve my problem
