Bike off while running
Self starting not working

Note: For my last bike service they forget to tight back wheel main bold.

It's very annoying.
I told this issue while bike service time and they said battery got affected so need replace the battery. Actually bike bought before 10 months only. So they re-claimed from battery vendor and replaced into my bike. But again 1 or 2 weeks again issue started. Myself and my family members hate the bike riding (Passion Pro). My brother's named the bike as failure model. It's very painful and it's our first new bike for my family. Kindly do the needful at earliest

Asha Service Center in Shamli tomorrow Claims were made in the insurance but the service center did not give me the bill nor changed the parts which were demis, they changed a 1_2 of parts and said pay and get the bike

Customer should go to consumer court or do you take any action

My bike is parked in Hero showroom since last 3 days
The mechanic is not able to solve the deficiency in my bike and it has been one month and 20 days for the bike, every day some new problem is coming, sometimes the fuel meter does not run, then it does not start and from now onwards There is a sound whose mechanic does not understand where this sound is coming from, I am very much worried about Hero's bike, get it resolved as soon as possible I will not suggest anyone else to take Hero's bike.

Only traveled 7990 kms
I had my bike serviced recently(04/06/2022)
Number of complaints:-
-Mileage
(never resolved even till now, when I ask about the issue they just said it's an internal issue and can't be solved or drive slowly)
-Engine Oil Leakage
-Suspension Oil Leakage
The dealership's Bike service and Customer service is absolutely second- class as well. My experience there has always been crappy.

Hero MotoCorp has been doing great business in India as well as in our Karnataka state since long time. I dont want to speak about stats and figures of customers you have in our state, but there is no Kannada option for our people in your Customer Care Facility. Please provide Kannada option like you have Tamil, Telugu etc., I do not know why you have not consider us but please provide kannada speaking executives for kannada speaking people.

Fraud happened with me.But the agency people should say that I have given all the documents, but I do not understand it. I have been writing something else and agency people are giving some other answers.

Read all points carefully.

1. Total property amount 72500/-
2. With interest total amount 91323 /-
3. insurance value 50000 /-
4. provide a loan amount 54000/-
5. invoice copy 53000/-

Don't want to play mail mail then you take action immediately???????

The agency people and heroes have done a big fraud with me.

Below this as per discuss vehicle purchase 14 march 2019, Agency name is MAHESHWARI MOTORS Bilsi Road Bisauli ( budaun) pin code 243639.
My vehicle was stolen in Delhi from nearby Raja Puri, New Delhi 110059.

But the one time call received Mr.Naman call back letter but no solution and not reading this mail.
My Motor bike is only 72500/- and the invoice copy given is some Rs. 53000/- Because of which I am getting less money in insurance.i do not need insurance anymore.
I want a motorbike now. Tell me why my mail is not being answered as a joke ?????
I mailed on 4th june but got a reply today. He didn't have any response to who I am, he would have understood my point.
Once tell me why the agency people gave me an invoice of 53000 /- and that my motorbike was 72500/- .

Now it is the faulty of the agency due to which you are facing problems in the invoice .
And the price of the Motorbike from today's date is RS 84500/- I don't need insurance anymore . I want a new Motor Bike .
Hero company talk amongst themselves about wanting a motorbike to do whatever you want.

Now I don't know anything. I want a New Motorbike . There has been a lot of fraud with me.

And hero splender total amount is 72500, and invoice copy in ex showroom price 53575 so i was down payment in 20000/- pay and 24 for month in EMI, and inserts 12% .
But any issue in inserts . so my insurance claim 50000
My total vehicle amount is 91323. so i was paid to amount 42500/- in company
so current amount paid 78366.66/-
my vehicle was stolen in Delhi with near by Raja Puri new Delhi 110059.
My insurance 50000 but I have not received this amount, only new motors issued by the agency.
But the new vehicle is in its 10th month used only. I do not agree with the insurance claim.
And all information in my vehicle but any action my FIR, and not call and mail. received . i hope understand

My vehicle's fault is the Hero motor agency. So I want a new motor vehicle issue.
But conductance apply this to your agency giving an invoice copy. So less than this amount between the amount paid .
I do not paid amount 78366.66/- your amount this paid really amount not total finance amount .
if you can finance total amount 78366.66/-
But motorbike is priced at 72500/- new bike in 2019
So i am not happy with your service . Urgent action was not refused in this case.

And I will prove the fault of this agency. invoice copy incorrect, and insurance low this invoice so i hope handing this case senior team.

I have met with an accident because of which my bike got damaged, I have given my bike for service to Hero motors Anakapalli branch for service on may 9th if this year, You can't even imagine the position of the bike in the showroom it was been in sun and rain all these days there is no repair being done every day there was only one reason being stated every single day that parts haven't came it's been one month 15 days even today the status was parts haven't came . Please don't make customers worry and struggle just because we took a bike from HERO. Please solve this at the earliest, and also this will be my last purchase from hero.
