Hi,

I have purchased maestro edge bike in feb 2018. From than i am facing following problems:

Patrol leakage problem. Whenever you fill petrol, patrol leaked.
Start problem: some times vehicle is not even start. After so many tries it start.
Engine shut down problem: whenever you release accelerator, engine of vehicle shut down.
Race problem: some time vehicle is not going beyond 40 speed.

    Sir i purchase maestro oct2016 at subham center jaipur (Chassis no. Mbljf33aag4h14666). During this period there was so many time self start problem occur. During service i was tell to service center about this every time. But till now problem was still persist.

    Bike not start even with various attempt of kick many time. And i brought it by moving from 2 to 3 kilometers 3 time only during last 18 month due to not start even with kick. This is worst bike and service seen in my life.
    I will suggest my relative, friends and on social media not to buy heroes vehicle because they not take responsibity of there vehicles after selling.

      I own a hero duet which is bought from cheran automobiles kaimanam, trivandrum 10 months back. Now i cant start it using the self start. I already informed my dealer regarding this 2 days back and they are not attending my complaint. I talked with the supervisor, and he is giving false promises that they will attend the issue, still the problem is not solved.

      Totally disappointed with the customer service.

          I bought vehicle on 19/05/2018, till today i coudn't gt t/r form, when i am goin to the showroom they are telling silly reason internet not working and then simply com by tommorrow, it is repeating. They are telling that problem i from our ide, it will tak anothr 1 week for procesing your t/r. So kindly solve my problem as early as possible.

            I have procured hero i-smart with registration number dl9sba 3442 in july 2015. I have gone through all free services. One free service was not considered by the service centre "shiv service station, sec-1, dwarka, new delhi" as the it has exceeded the km limit for 25 km. After all paid services were carried out.
            In my last paid service which was done on 6th may 2018 for 33.5 km. There was no issue in the bike prior to the service. Neither the service centre pointed out any issues in the bike. After 2- 3 days there was some sound coming from the engine side. On 21st may the engine was seized as per the service centre people.

            Need to know when there was no issue then how engine can seize. I had to pay rs. 11555 for the repair.

            Also when making the payment I presented the Hero Service card for the rebate on Hardwares but it was not accepted by the service Centre. Then why it was provided to me for some amount charged.

              As per term and condition hero corp is offering 5 year of engine warrant and 50 thousand km which ever is less.
              My bike only run 9000 km and engine crank sound coming and my scotty not getting pickup. I was approached to hi tech, anandpur kolkata, this is the authorised service center of hero. But his service manager is telling i will not taking any warranty without higher formation intimation.
              I am requesting to higher formation take my request for major repair of scotty engine.

                Please recall of all i-smart 110 bikes for engine problem. It's create a another type of sound just like timing chain problem. Another problem of this bike engine off in running condition. I think that your company is not suitable for manufacturing another model except hero honda because you have not technology just like honda. So, please manufacture only old model. Thanks...

                  I purchase my bike on 6 may 2016 in the name of anuj burad from himat jai motor (Jodhpur) (Rajasthan). I purchase i smart but i m not satisfied with bike due to average. From purchase date to free service date given by company.in all free services i complaint for average problem but always reply from the company service manager say sir we adjust the average this time you check... From purchase date to till date i get average between 42 km to 48 km per litre.
                  Company claim for i smart 102 km per.
                  Litre.
                  I request to please solve the problem.
                  If i didn't get solution in future you loose your hero bike customer.

                    I am a owner of hero hf deluxe rc no rj08su2684, i have submitted my vehicle for repairing on 21april2018 and after that last 30 days continuelly take update on goyal service center located at deoli rajsthan but for some specific repairing part doesn't available now, from 22.04.2016 at 10:00am while submitting the vehicle i gave full authority to the service center personnel to rectify all the other irregularity if found during repairing but after all hamper my personal work during your unmanageable service i m last 30 year your customer but not i really dissatisfied for your work now.

                      Dear sir,

                      I had purchased hero xtreme from kottayam jubilee motors on may 2015. Till now i had done every service from the same showroom itself. On 11th may 2018, i had given my bike to same showroom for full service. I had, in clarity told the concerned personnel about the troubles including the missing occurring in between and chain socket change. After two days the bike was returned back and a bill of rs5724 was paid by me.

                      After two days i returned the bike back again to the showroom upon finding that the troubles were not rectified. Even though i got the bike by noon it was not yet rectified then also. There by i contacted the customer care. Later service manager asked me to bring the bike and i did the same. After 4 days of service they returned back the bike on 19th may and charged me rs280 but still the troubles are not rectified.

                      I have never expected such negligence and unethical practice from a reputed firm. Due to my ill experience i had lost interest in getting service from the said showroom and since i had lost my trust in hero i hereby demand to bring a solution to my complaint.

                      If otherwise i will be forced to seek support from consumer court. I am attaching the copy of the bill. Expecting an apt solution from your side..

                      Hi i missed my 3rd free service of my scooter kl 67 6540 due to poor customer care service from kottayam showroom. They never told me that the service will be cancelled if the service date exceeds. I am totaly dissatisfied. Is their any remmody?
                      I have purchased hero glamour 2018 model from Bikes Auto, Vijay Char Rasta, Ahmedabad.
                      I have complaint bike gear issue of gear shift 2 to the agency but executive doesn’t response positively.

                      No First Aid box & no synch inside the bike

                        Dear SIR,
                        My bike ARC motor in okhla. ARC Motor gave me the 10th May time which is over If I call there, then to the service manager and to the adviser, then I say the same thing. The part does not come in the same thing repeating the same thing, then I do have a lot of trouble.

Vehicle no.-hp21b5024 i have purchase a scooty from mastero from a dealer reliable motors nangal dam, distt roopnagar punjab and after 10 days of purchase i am facing battery issue and scooty is not start so i make complaint to dealer and service center they check the product and repair it but after sometime i am facing same issue so i make complaint but dealer deny to replace it. And right now my scooty is dead so i complaint to the dealer but they not provide the satisfactory response and they said we can't help you aapse jo hota hai kar lo. I complaint to the company customer care but they not provide the satisfactory response. Please look into this matter. Sh

                              I have one hero bike passion pro 2018 model. On 15/05/5018 i met one minor accident on the road at penjim goa. I have no injury in my body. My bike's handle band, back side indicator damaged and one rear mirror broken. I had handed over my bike wheel magnet show room same day and i had reported to icici two wheeler insurance same day also. But after 04 days there is no action on the repairing work. So i contact to hero toll free number. After 10 days show room person has called to me and he replaced the good parts of the bike without any permission. There was no fuel tank dameged and other parts also but they replaced.

                                Hello my name is chandresh i purchased a hero passion pro i3s on nov - 2016 then later on i am paying all the emi before time still i got a bouncing charges from my bank as well as from you guys i want you guys to clear my case wherein i have a more than 10, 000 bouncing charges and just because of you guys my cibil score is been very low and on my cibil score it has been mentioned that there are 10 bouncing charges i want you to check into this issue ad resolve it from me so that i can pay the further pending emi on time.

                                    I, piyush tiwari bought a brand new scooty "maestro edge" worth rs.61, 200 inr from barabanki, uttar pradesh 225001 on 20th may 2018. On 22nd may 2018 i filled up my petrol tank and saw that all of my petrol was leaking from various outlets like air pipe etc and within an hour my tank was empty.

                                    I was in lucknow so i reached to the nearest hero motocorp service station. They put a new part in my scooty.

                                    Now when i complained about the issue in the barabanki agency, place from where i bought my scooty initially, they are talking in a very pathetic manner and one of their representatives who was coordinating with me and my complaint put my number on the reject list so that i cannot maintain connection with him further.

                                    However i have managed things, i want a compensation with either change my scooty and provide me a new one as the problem in the scooter arrived within 48 hours of buying it. Or they increase my number of free services.

                                      I have serviced my bike on your service center chambal moters in kota rajasthan\
                                      I was not satisfied with the service and washing too and when i was complains regarding this they said me they have gien washing on contracts basis and they dont have their own washing persons. That means they dont have proper facilites and also said that was okey we dont have proper staff.
