I service my bike at STAR AUTO DHOLKA, AHMEDABAD and they give me 3, 800 rs bill ..and i just check the engine oil level after bike srevice and its almost empty...and im shocked...bcause hero service man include engine oil in my bill...i just think if im service my bike at hero service centre so atleast i believe that its safe..but its tottaly wrong...and including me all other bike owner has same complaint..so pls resolve as soon as..hero service centre name:STAR AUTO DHOLKA, AHMEDABAD

I am a unsatisfied owner of. Hero duet no AP04BC7785. Resently 20 days back my vehicles' front parts damaged when I met with an accident. I am an official in SBI, By that time I am roming around the authorised service center at cuddapah (sree gopal hero cuddapah. Andhrapradesh) to replace the damaged spare parts. But till date they are not even respond properly with customers. Even at the time of general service also they are are showing hell. I am tired with the behavior of the service center personnel and decided to sale the vehicle to the scrap. I am also strongly recommend with my friends not to purchase this vehicles because proper service and spareparts are not available at the service center. When we come with a problem to the service center to resolve the issue, they not even clear the issue but create another issue in the vehicle. I am requesting you that is ther any time norms at the service centers that a customer has to roam 4 or 5 times to change the vehicle sparepart.

They said that total bill is Rs. 1771 and i paid the same but no invoice is provided to me.

after 4 days i got message from Herocrop that your bill value is Rs. 1446

Dear sir,
I have purchase new hero pleasure on 1st of June 2022.today suddenly front wheel Stuck on the way. This is very serious defects in scooter like hero. This is safety issues, it is running slow speed so we save our life other wise it is lead heavy exidance.

This type of error I Hero brand scooter is not aspects. I need replace with new because repair not allowed in 10 days old scooter.

I had taken hero duet in April 2018 was 30 installments, which is 31 installments from me and Rs 2000 for getting NOC. I just want to take extra money which has been taken from me.

I have purchased hero glamour xtech bike in august 2021 from mahajan motors dinanagar ..

Recently my bike engine stops again & again in traffic.
I visited three times to the service centre for the same problem .. They tried there best but my problem is not resolved ..
I want company main representative comes in service centre to fix my problem. If not then company may change my bike..

I had paid 98000/- for this bike.. What for facing problems on road..

In June 2017 I bought the Hero Maestro Edge scooter. I paid initial amount and remaining amount I got loan from IndusInd Bank, Udumalpet branch. In the time of purchase I have received only one key of the scooter. In dealership they informed me that another key will be given once my loan gets complete. Now, i have no loan on my maestro edge scooter. Few days back I went to ask for another key. But the response I got was ridiculous from the concerned person who is working under the RP Hero MotorCorp dealership udumalpet. I don’t know the reason behind the second key whether they missed or they are not ready to give back. My scooter comes with antitheft locking system, I cannot make duplicate key so, it is very difficult to make a copy of second key unless I get original key. Kindly, provide me original second key from company. I hope hero motorcorp will take immediate action on customer queries.

I have two issues to complain about one is the seat problem...the seat fitting is very loose. There is gap between the seat and the body.it a very wide gap. Rain water goes in the seat very easily.. and now is the rainy season started. Much water goes inside and gets accumulated near the petrol cap, as chances of water getting inside the fuel tank when you fill the petrol..secondly the seat gap is more, if you put finger at side of the gap it goes inside, , I have seen and riden many scooters like old pleasure and other brands there is no such a seat or even find one as this so poor Quality, structure, and fitting. in heavy rains more and more water will accumulate under the seat and the metal will rust easily.. even the spacers under the seat are not good.. and there is a vibration in the seat
Please consider this issue and solve it as early..
Secondly the mileage problem ...it is 109 cc nongear bike it has to give 55 KM's per litre as per specifications of your company . But it sometimes gives 45, or 35 even. When I approached the service centre. They said we cannot do anything...

Till now 3 june 2022, no. Any bill or invoice given to us.

Can you suggest me what is the process of https://eshop.heromotocorp.com/ website, We have booked a bike from #eshop on Order Date: June 1, 2022 and my payment has been debited from my account but we don't receive my bike and the dealer tell me amount not receive yet so we receive payment then will process for your bike booking and delivery,
So my question is why payment not credit to dealer and very bad feedback of Eshop Website, no any proper support from the customer care i don't like their service of Eshop,

(And you are not able to deliver my bike then kindly cancel my booking and process for my all amount refund.)

Without permission washing .. worst service .. extra paid bill of washing with premium polish.. but there is no polished.. indicator broken at the time of service..very bad behaviour of staff .. gave me mental stress .. thinking about consumer court.. if you have any solution of extra bill of washing and about replacing the indicator

All repairing of engine at cost Rs.13300 on 2/04/2022 and after 1 service on 500 km. Bike shown oil leakage problemafter on complaining told by agency there will no expediture on again engine repairing .but Rs.2000/-charged and told that crunk was defected that shows parts are used which are not well cheked before. There are carelessness and currption. Packing are used in my bike are of new model. Vehicle no.UP16AL 2751.

Tyre got damaged less than 1year poor quality tyres has been installed in new maestro edge 125… and vehicle bouncing Handel it cannot be repaired as they said I want to get a new vehicle from hero or change my parts and parts were not available at the store

Today I have given my Maestro Edge-5th free service to Radha Hero located @ Tambaram chennai. Once given my bike within one hour I got a msg that your service is completed. But after getting it from service center it stopped in the mid of highway also It never started for the half n hour.Later i went to nearby mechanic shop while taken all the parts only I came to know like they just did water wash & given to me not at all did the basic service also simply they charged me 355/- its waste of money.FYR I hereby attaching photos also.while calling to manager in Radha Hero who named Thirukumaran he is speaking in such a flithy language to my mechanic stating that there is no problem from their side. nothing they did full & full of dust also some tubes my mechanic changed etc...kindly consider this concern & take immediate action on this.Not only this time for the past 1yr with the name of free service only they are doing water wash & giving it to me...I never seen such a worst service like Radha Hero.Pls do the needful for your perusual actions.

Two days ago I went to Dharaniya Hero Motocop in Nokha to get my motorcycle serviced.But due to poor service and maintenance, the lock system of my motorcycle got damaged. The handle of my motorcycle is not locking and the seat is not opening properly since service. I have been circling the agency for two days nobody in the agency is listening to me.I have got the lock fixed outside, then what is the use of your service? I am very unhappy with the service of your agency
