I purchased a new glamour on[protected] at balaji motors, mancherial dist, telangana state now I didn't get my temporary registration papers when I am going to complaint about the showroom but showroom dealer didn't receive my complaint and they are not giving complaint book and he was telling no complaint book at the showroom..

    passion pro 110 is not working properly

    My name is sumit singh rathor. The reason for being here is that i have just bought a new bike hero passion pro 110 on 23 march 2018, it run only 146 km. As i said that i have just bought a new one so that there should be no problem into it, but i am facing lots of problem through this like 1. The pickup of this bike is very bad,
    2. It creates sounds while changing the gare, i could hardly change the gare its veri tight sometime.br...

    Hi team,

    I made service my bike, before the service my bike handle was working properly but after service my bike handle was unbalance so i came back to service centre they sd every thing is good but i was sd it is not balance they started argument with me i went to mr n k singh (Manager) he did not support us. Plz help me and take action as soon as possible. It is my first experience and my first experience is very poor.

      Sir I'm purchasing a hero xtreme 150 bike. But agency give me a bs3 bike. Against to supreme court order. And agency give me a one year old bike.. and the bike is not my name. And insurance is in my name. Sir I'm purchasing my bike 1 February 2018. And the bike paper not in my hand
      . Only insurance paper and sales later gives me by agencies. Sir plz help me or I'm going to consumer forum or court..

        Hello,

        my name is sweety oswal. i am using duet bike from 2016,
        from last month their is some handle forkout problem in my bike so i gave my bike in Arul authoriesed hero service station, which located in narhe (411041).

        first time what work they did i dont know & they charged me 800 Rs. i send my bike return for same concern with my husband, but no use my bike problem is still same and also a new problem they gifted to my bike. the problem is that my bike, s front side & wheels noise are started.
        Hero service is not providing a job card copy to there customers so how could customer will understand exact work is done.

          This is regarding the service center name jk enterprises in amar colony, i took my scooty there for servicing around a week ago. Despite telling them about the problems that i am facing like suddenly shutting of engine, pickup issue and scooty's horn, they didn't repair it and charged me around 1300 rupees for nothing. I took my scooty the very next day for a check up with the same issue but they didn't did anything. The engine is over polluting and i faced mamy problems to obtain a puc.
          The manager at the service station is not very supportive. So i am looking for the help from you so that i could take my scooty for long diatance ride.

              We are not satisfied with the showroom dealings. We took new maestero edge from your dealers jubily hero kottayam branch kerala. But the scooter is not good condition on the first day in showroom. It is not properly washed, no tool box in side the carrier, self is not working from the day beginning. The hel met we got with the scooter is not good quality. The consumer who traveling on the scooter, there is no safety for his life because the helmet is not good. We borrowed for 66167 on road price. Why the company provide the poor quality helmet. Totally desperated.

                I am using hero pleasure & i want o change the side mirror. I am searching the mirror from last 6-7 months in my area, ambernath - badlapur situated in thane district, maharashtra. But i am not getting a simple side mirror. What is this rubbish.
                Even your authorized dealer also not at all bother to serve our request & they are saying that, don't buy hero's bike.
                I really fade-up with your servicing & availability of spares.
                I had a very bad experience.

                  My vehicle number mh-13 ag-7853.
                  Your authorize dealer laxmi automobile located at vishal nagar, jule solapur, solapur.

                  On 30/03/2018 i have done servicing for above mentioned number bike.
                  They generated invoice number 10314dc18v7818 of bill 2, 776.00 rs.

                  When i offer the bill through e-payment. They state me that 1% will be charge extra on amount bill. And they were unable to give bill of 1% extra.
                  Then i refuse to pay electronically and paid in cash.

                  Charging 1 % extra is illegal.

                      My name is mohd. Naseem, i got finance passion pro bike, no. Dl 13 su 8068 from himgiri showroom, loni road, delhi-110093 on november 4, 2017 by hero finances. Problem is that last three emis did not make ecs, every time informed me that there is some technical problem, so, your emi of this month could not ecs while my account is funded. Due to this your customer care call me again and again and harass me to pay emi in cash or something else.in spite of my request, they do not try to solve the emi presentation problem as said above. I also request on your customer care to give me account statement but nothing was spent to me. I have paid fourth emi while i was informed at the time of purchasing above said bike, you will get your account statement after payment of third emi.

                        I own a ignitor (Dl5sak8940). I gave it for service at aman motors yamuna vihar on 3/3/2018 under claim but i had not receive my bike till now. Whenever i call them they always say that 1 or 2 parts are not available. I am shocked that on a authorised service center of hero there is no parts. It is ok that some parts are not available in 5 or 10 days but it is 26 days now.
                        I buy a hero product because i have faith in the brand but i think it is not worth it.
                        So please if you can, check the problem and solve it.

                          I purchased a new glamor on 27/03/2018 from sln automobiles at hyderabad. Hardly, i have driven it 18km, i got know many manufacturering faults such as, gear is completely unchangeable, even i had to drive with 1 & 2nd gear, clutch is broken within itself, engine is making very harsh and problematic noise. Moreover, i had three hero bikes, just before three to four months, i purchased the same model, though, i provided all the documents, they kept on insisting to provide aadhar-like ragistration id weather your respective state transport department provided you or not.
                          Finally, i request you to sort out my problem within to days or i will proceed to court and consumer forum for replacement and pay back.

I had visited 3 times in the company (Shivam hero) for the same work, but problem is still there, now they dined to work on this issue, because they are saying that your vehicle got an accident but there is nothing like this, my vehicle did not got any accident ever.                               Dear sir,
                              I, tulushi mondal, a customer of hero motocorp company, bought a hero splendor, self start bike on 31/01/2017 from avik motors. Gt. Road. Ushahram, asansol, bardhaman. West bengal and equipped a exide battery on the same day. But due to defect of the battery i sent the battery to the aforesaid company. They rejected the battery showing the cause of "out of warranty period."though according to the manual warranty period...

                              This is regarding the bad experience i faced in the hero honda service centre.
                              I serviced my two wheeler, hero honda passion at grande motors, gurukulam junction, alathur, palakkad, kerala on 24 feb 2018. After the service, i was handed over a bill of rs.16350/- and while making the payment by sbi credit card, a service charge of rs. 327 was charged extra to the bill amount. Upon inquiring about the charge, the concerned people said they are charging the service charge on customer (Which is supposed to be born by the dealer). Also the huge amount of bill was made by changing the items which is not at all damaged. The petrol tank cover was replace by a new one without informing me and after complaining about it, the old one was given back, but not the money which they charged for the new one. For enquiring about the details i have to go to the service centre for atleast five times, but the lady who seems to be the owner of the centre is not at all bothered to give the details regarding the payment and the spare parts. I am mentally and physically tire d due to the monetary loss and wasting my time and energy but of no avail. Please look into the matter seriously.

                                I am given a my vehicle no is ts13eg7421 maestro edge for lakshmi motor somajiguda free 5 th service from 20/03/2018 till now i didnt get and i am not satisfied about his service he was damage my vehicle and 15 km extra run and manager employee both he don't no how to talk with customer and he is not doing his work properly and not having any security of customers vehicle even camera recording is here the cash counter just taken the cash and give gate pass the customer only see his vehicle and take out only he knows to take the cash have all employees are irritate to the customer and he was telling paid 50% for damage and i wont pay any single rupee this is not my fault its you r staff fault.

                                    Engine guard was not available in my bike colour so that's not fitted
                                    Handle grip nob was not available so that was not fitted in my bike
